I contacted John Scott back when this was at no bid and he never denied the connection to CBYI. Actually, I don't think anyone can confirm he has ever denied the connection between CBYI and Camber Tire.... Really happy with how things are gaining ground. Finally got some filings, STOP sign removed, and name change in the works. Really looking forward to the days ahead. Here is the post for those of you interested in his response even as far back as no bid.

Thank you very much for the DD! I really appreciate it when someone takes the time to do real DD and shares it with everyone else. Thanks again. Great post.
CBYI Recent Updates:

Pretty obvious they are not working towards anything... <(extreme sarcasm)
Status: waiting.....
The PRs have stated over and over they are working on getting everything up to date. I don't think a massive $5k fee is going to hold this back from occurring..... business takes time......
From a business owner standpoint, why would you pay this fee until the other paperwork is filed? From others posts, it seems if a name change occurs this is irrelevant anyways.
Also,
"SOS -first they are not a regulatory agency
Cal-bay has 5 years to become current in order to get an active status
if not they loose there name, or any trade marks"
and to finish this off. Why does it need to be posted every five posts? It's already sticked. Can't you try to dig something else up with some more substance?
"Stock awareness is incorrect ... I called the SOS -first they are not a regulatory agency
Then:
Cal-bay has 5 years to become current in order to get an active status
if not they loose there name, or any trade marks
Then
After 5 years the become permanently revoked....look at SOS NV more companies are revoked than active....means nothing"
According to a post via another board member. If this is true.....
Thanks for the heads up! GLTA.
Ok? Again, a simple $5k fee is not as important as a signed, legally binding, agreement between John Scott and CBYI. Would you like me to write it again?
This status can be handled and updated.... along with all the other issues that still need addressing. The big picture is more important at this point in my eyes.
Agreed. Controls seems to be a completely different company at this point.
This is a simple $5,000 fee, which seems to be negated with a name change... I don't see it being as important as a legal document with John Scott and CBYI or a name change at this point.
Also, I swear when I originally looked it up it said $15,000 does anyone know if they paid down some of the reinstatement fees? That would be reassuring.
CORRECT CAL-BAY CONTROLS, INC. "PRESENTLY" ACTIVE:
http://nvsos.gov/sosentitysearch/CorpDetails.aspx?lx8nvq=uTg7YwUV6K3%252fQrPj0Pd5BQ%253d%253d&nt7=0
Now the real question. Who can prove what's what? Be pretty amazing if it was indeed controls and inc was no longer in use.
trying to get my 16s to fill. SELL PEOPLE. thank you.
100 million volume and a green close is looking quite possible today. If this momentum keeps up it should be a solid month. GLTA.
I can't image the regret people will have if they get out now and this takes off. This speculation period is fun. SO much time to accumulate these cheap shares....
waiting patiently for that one piece of news that changes everything. GLTA
looks like we need a dump prior to moving back up.
We have no clue what occurs behind closed doors.... Making claims that the delayed time for progress makes it a scam is hardly creditable. It could have been multiple disagreements on conditions, funding, creating contracts, or a million other variables.
Everyone knows the price would not be this low if no one was skeptical about the future, but we are making steady progress. Just going to have to wait and see.
Between the article "promotionstocksecrets" and the Pawson appearing on the OTC site scare it was panic selling. Great timing for the shorts, but the fear got bought up and it was a healthy dip. Actually is probably going to benefit us in the future with creating a new, much higher, base. No need for people to point the blame on dilution, no data to back that claim up.
I agree. They stated multiple times NO R/S (even in the most recent one), but a year from now it's anyones guess... that's all I was trying to portray. I'm not concerned with it at all. Seems more likely a buyback, SPAC, or they already have locked up a lot.
I agree. Hard to imagine dollars currently with this share structure and new endeavor, but we are too early to know what's going to occur in this aspect of the company. Copper to silver maybe on the current structure.
Could be a SPAC as listed on the otc page, buyback, or future reverse split (if my memory serves me right it says, "not the near future" or something along those lines, but who knows down the line.)
For all we know they could have a billion shares locked up right now. Patience is crucial here. Just have to wait and see in the days ahead.
The dips and fear selling is just creating a higher/stronger base. It's going to be difficult for this (still possible, but difficult) to reach into the .000x's. Based on the volume/chart it's poised for a trend reverse and climb with the right catalyst. Even if it does touch the lower 10s, as we recently saw, it got attacked... and for those who missed that dip will want to snatch them up if it occurs again.
Can't wait to break the 3's and a fresh PR.
Business takes time.... CBYI/Camber Tire is making fantastic progress and seems to be following what was stated in the PRs. Nice solid new base forming and a solid catalyst line up for the next few weeks.
Full complice with otc (stop sign removal etc)
More filings (attorney letter etc)
Name change (The name change is in effect and in the hands of "FINRA" for final approval.)
New board and hopefully new names for managing Camber Tire
Future:
SPAC information
Licensing $$$$$$
Contracts $$$$$$
Revenue $$$$$$
dollars and dividends?
...the future really has no bounds. This is industry changing technology.
curious to know what's going on with this.
274,760,021 PRE-power hour. Everything is looking great, this could start a leg up very soon.
All of the conflicting information from PRs and data on otcbb etc. is perfect. Massive speculation, heavy dips, and lots of bashing. Pinkies are hardly regulated along with otcbb, PRs, etc.... It's simple, we are going back to no bid or dollars/dividends. It has two different outcomes. What can your stomach handle?
Potential is still unreal here. No concrete information on either side... until we get some legal documents binding something, really anything, it's going to be a roller coaster!
Like many of you, I believe in John Scott and would love Pawson to disappear, but the risk vs reward is too overwhelming to sit on the side lines.
PANIC!!!!!! You're all getting scammed.!!!
please I want some 11's......
The panic here is unreal. Am I the only one not concerned?
Terrible volume. Need those otc updates.
*****Information on financing for Camber Tire*****
I think a lot of the new posters are unaware of CBYI's recent change to a SPAC. This is the general consensus on how Camber Tire is going to obtain capital to establish its self.

Theory currently is this:
READ: Maxim Group CBYI
$CBYI is listed near the bottom of page 1.
Think this is the reason "Cambertire" is doing so well, read this:
Why would Maxim Group be buying up shares for their hedge fund:
http://www.maximgrp.com/disclosures/third-partyIndividual.asp?typeref=1&page=20
"Maxim Group is recognized as a leading underwriter of Business Combination Companies™ (BCCs™), commonly referred to as Special Purpose Acquisition Companies (SPACs), with over $2.6 billion in issuance in 26 transactions, including acting as lead manager in 11 transactions. Maxim Group is also a leading M&A advisor with respect to BCCs, having been involved in 6 BCC M&A assignments representing over $1.5 billion. To date, 5 of the 11 offerings which Maxim Group has lead managed have announced or closed an acquisition".

1.9 bil X .0003 =$570,000.... interesting.

Between CBY* and this... not worried.
REAL DD POST: READ
Dreamhouse33 posted this in regards to the name change. Interesting stuff.
"I asked Jeff @ (949) 375-3208 yesterday about the symbol change. YES, the symbol WILL change, but not at the same time as the NAME. Symbol changes could take several days for the transfer agent to convert all the shares to the new ticker. This causes confusion since investors shares will be locked up until the process is completed. They don't want to disrupt the stock right now. Expect the NAME change next week, but not the symbol. TRUST me the symbol will come though."
Could you image being John Scott and getting harassed all day? I would have removed the ticker and my number a week ago. This is still a deal being processed. Business takes time..... I have said it probably 5 times on this forum..... If you can't handle the uncertainty sell your shares and move on, this is the pinks and everyone needs to remember that.
12s up maybe someone knows something we don't. Can't wait for an update.
18s are up. Looking like a very solid day considering no news. Still 100+ mil volume am trading.
Great support should hold us until the news. Looks like it's not coming until next week.
"Name Change: The company anticipates the completion of the name change this week, subject to no additional comments that may be requested."
The key word here is anticipates, people concerned about news dropping today, don't stress yet.
Undervalued be ready to chase once news is released. Real working products are so rare in the trips.
Not to mention what the SPAC is capable of locking up. The share structure should be on the back burner to some of these other issues. We have no idea how it's going to break down until further confirmation of the SPAC is released. Confirmation of name change is essentially the short term goal in my mind.
Hopefully the next PR sheds some new light on some subjects. Even if I have to wait another week, I can hold tight for the potential this ticker has. Disruptive technology, patents, plus this reassures me every time I second guess myself.
"Anticipated"
"Name Change: The company anticipates the completion of the name change this week, subject to no additional comments that may be requested."
anticipates, anticipates, anticipates, anticipates, anticipates. Dont forget it says "anticipates"
People will run with fear if this does not occur tomorrow morning/after hours, I'm sure. I will keep restating business takes time.... lots of time. Quite possible they hold off until monday and the speculation/fear will grow to a whole new level over the weekend. I can't image the price drop if this occurs, but the run after if you get in low could be something for the books.
Whatever happens, it sure has been fun, got to love the pinks! GLTA
Most recent PR states "name change." Looks like they will not be changing the ticker currently, so it will not appear on otcbb from my understanding.
What keeps me going is John Scott has been so transparent and is putting his name on the line for this. Business takes time..... often a lot of time. It sounds like they have a lot of finalizing to accomplish between CBYI and Camber Tire to get the finances and paperwork handled correctly. I wold rather they keep it behind closed doors and do it right. IF this was what the bashers make it out to be, why would John Scott put a direct link to CBYI on his website?
http://www.cambertire.com/
I can't quite wrap my head around that. What's he going to do... walk into this prestigious conference in October know as a penny stock scammer? Long and strong I'm not letting go of this. Hopefully we get some much needed updates. GLTA
