That is a good point, you could prob get a little something for your shares on the grey market but prob not much.

You can trade this stock on Grey Market (no Bid/Ask) after the suspension is over in 10 days (April 21). KMAG was suspended and has been trading on the Grey market for a few years now and it has had some good runs.

Right can't sell, my mistake. I know if you sell for a loss you can write off the loss against any capital gains (I believe), does this count as a loss though?

No one can sell. The SEC suspended the stock from any further trading. There is really nothing to do now cause the stock no longer trades.

I do not agree. It would have been better to get .0001 for shares rather than the complete loss of investment shareholders have now that CRPZ was suspended from the SEC today and is completely worthless.

Ummm no, it was suspended from trading today by the SEC. I emailed them a couple weeks ago and told them to include this scam on their next round of halts.
