Wanna see that PENS-WINGS rematch this year.... fingers crossed.
Hmmm, well Detroit down 3-0 here.....
guess maybe they think there's no $$$$ in it for them going after the meth-head..
check the link in that post.... was talking about a different SEC case.... BCIT and Pino printing billions of counterfeit shares. How can there be NO criminal case after 4 years...

To All:
I/we won't be squelching the discussion of the SEC/Delaware stuff, but it does need to move off this board. This board is and will remain about Questions and Answers for iHub and a helpful resource for users here.
For any discussion of the SEC/Delaware stuff, please post it on this board:

Shelly's post will start being enforced tonight, as it's important we keep the boards on topic/relevant:

there is a civil suit, AND a criminal suit... copied that list from the criminal suit (DOJ) ibox is still a work in progress at this point...
admin deleted it cause it was essentially a dupe of this one.
yeah, that's why I started this board...
lol, don't know, but this is the most interesting thing I've read about on ihub for months...
guns kill people, stop selling guns....
This is the logic, I assume?
Dang, now there is one that I did play... what was the original CEO's name, I forget..
ok, thanks.
scion, I hope you are compiling all this info you are finding in a word doc or something...
Stay tuned to this board for updates and details..

"Son, you're driving your lamborghini too fast in the neighborhood, you're grounded for a week. Up to your room and back on that computer, NOW!"
hehe... jeez.
liking that MACD ,and the 50DMA starting to look like a base for rebounding soon.
OK, just updated the ibox with links to SEC and DOJ documents, and quite a few articles...
Comments suggestions, or new info, pls post back to me...
thanks.
Could we not get too out of hand with the OT stuff, prolly gonna be a lot of people coming to this board tonight for info....
the occasional shots are gonna be inevitable, but lets try to refrain from the 30 nonsense posts in a row stuff...
thanks....
knew I didn't want to mod this board! lol.... thanks for pulling me back in Janice... hehe.
lol ok.... man... I was gonna get riled up there.. hehe.
was that a joke? If not I hadn't noticed that...
hard to know what's kidding and what's not...
There was a board set up to discuss this SEC case earlier today http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/board.aspx?board_id=15452
no, if one knows of specific info, certainly they should bring it to light, but how many thousands of companies are out there getting promoted? If someone wants to take that crusade on, more power to them.
My main point was that everyone pushes their own "buy" button. If one is an unsophisticated investor, should they really be throwing their money around without knowing what they're doing?
yeah, but if they all properly disclose, they aren't breaking any laws, right?
imho, as long as companies aren't putting out false PRs, or doing illegal trades to manipulate a market, the responsibility for researching a stock and any potential dilution resides with the buyer. If one is buying stocks based on message board posts or glowing paid reports, without doing any proper DD, then it's their own fault.
There is no such thing as bad publicity except your own obituary.

either that, or it will bring ihub a lot more traffic...lol
agree with that... many too free with their money are entirely too naive regarding this underbelly market to be playing it.
Not to shift any culpability from anyone who committed any crimes, but caveat emptor and common sense have to play a role at some point as well, imho.
Man that was a nice Vette he had...
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=38025885
will get this into the ibox too, eventually.
Someone wake me when the DOJ issues a press release like that for Pino and his associates from the BCIT fiasco.
http://www.sec.gov/litigation/complaints/2008/comp20466.pdf
Fair is fair, you DOJ slackers!
I agree with that. I hope Matt comes out unscathed too, we'll let his attorneys and the system decide that. Meanwhile, this topic was certainly going to be discussed on multiple boards where it would no doubt be "off topic" so why not put all the relevent discussion in one place?
lol, no biggie. I knew a board would be made for it eventually.
