Traders? That's what this is called? Haha now that us funny.
Holy posts batman! How much time is going to be spent on this message board? Lolzzzzzzz
At a point fast approaching the actual growth and value of the company will win out. Any one with half a brain can see how easily an OTC stock can be manipulated with the limited number of investors, traders, flippers, whatever, that can be influenced to create buying and selling both real and perceived. It happened on the way up and it's happening now. Obviously, the company is in an investment phase and there is still risk but the potential is undeniable at this point. Subscribers and revenues, once revealed, will make everything else irrelevant. As always the investors with patience and foresight will be rewarded. Simple as that.
Haha by adding A-list content to Ultraflix? An actual product available on Samsung and Vizio right now. Soon to be on LG, Sony, Hisense and virtually every 4k device including all android and ios. Signing deals with Paramount, MGM, Magnolia etc etc etc. Major marketing campaign featuring a Vizio television commercial and in store demos at major retailers. This is REAL verifiable progress by a small low capital company attempting to compete with the likes of Netflix for a share of the exploding OTT market. As highlighted by articles from the NY Times and CNET. What a joke the fear and manipulation re the raising of the A/S have blinded many to actually believe the pump and dump scam nonsense. Does anyone just think for a second Paramount would license their content and permit a scam to use their name in pr's. Sheesh. Yes, it takes a major investment but Nanotech is doing just what they said they were going to do, go all out on content. This is what actual investors want as these shares have the potential to be worth exponentially more if a fraction of the market is captured. Q2 will mark the start of a major effort to gain huge exposure for Ultraflix. Subscribers and revenues are going to explode and by Q3 as actual numbers are absorbed by the market the ridiculously low market cap will be more than corrected. NanoTech is already profitable and has much more going for it than 99% of the cesspool otc. Companies with nothing and a higher A/S are trading at much higher levels. Things change very quickly down here as per the 2013 chart and I'm betting on a repeat. Take advantage of these prices whatever side you fall, we all know it wont last much longer.
Anyone know how this prediction turned out?
Uh, I would venture to guess its specific to the clients needs and particular feedstock. That would make sense to me anyway.
Great post. Thanks. I walked around the building it's still there. So are the NYSDEC permits, so is the verification from Islechem, so is the validation from SAIC, so is the American Chemistry Council saying PTO processors worth billions to the economy, so is O'Brian and Gere, so is Mr Heddle, so is the form 8-k filed with the SEC Jan 8 2015 announcing the completion of sales, so is a beautiful Plastic2oil beast soon to be seen in the wild. I recommend buying soon. Nice entry point too.
"Ultraflix pulls of a content coup with Interstellar"...."by gaining the right to Christopher Nolan's extremely popular Sci fi movie Interstellar in full 4k resolution." Wow a content coup and the most successful elaborate and long running scam in history. Not bad for a boarded up office. I guess they pulled the wool over Paramount and Christopher Nolan's eyes too. Add em to the list. Oh wait, Nolan has no idea who Nanotech is and Paramount will just license their biggest film of the year to anybody as long as da checkzzzz cash right? Lol ;) Hey, I wish they would hurry up and swindle the guys from "breaking bad," I'd like to watch it 30 or 40 times. Dang NTEK hurry up and accomplish something already. Geez, a lot of us cats are getting sick of just content coups. Let's get to work already!!!
Obviously someone failed to read they are in the processor sales business now. They will sell and license to entities with a built in FREE waste supply to circumvent costly disposal and transporting fees to produce a valuable commodity from material otherwise destined for landfills. The price of oil is mostly irrelevant at this point.
Yup! National TV commercials including one from Vizio featuring Ultraflix as well as in store demos at major retailers. Email promos to all Sony, Samsung and Vizio customers as well as gift cards sold at Best Buy etc. Q2 marks a major growth spurt for Ultraflix. I expect more content news this week including the big promos re Interstellar 4k exclusivity on Ultraflix. Don't forget Sony ios and live streaming updates. Oh yeah Ultraflix will be a featured button on Hisense remotes. LG, Sony, Samsung, Vizio, Sharp and Panasonic all due to release 2015 models. Don't forget 4k handhels, tablets, set top boxes, gaming consoles and ios. Wow, that's a lot of REAL news to look forward to. Btw, check out World 1-1 it's on Ultraflix now. I saw it when it first came out it was awesome. A lot of unseen footage and interviews re the early days of gaming.
BIG WHUP!! A-List content, national marketing campaign, partnerships with Samsung, Vizio, Sony, Hisense, Paramount,Lionsgate, Millennium, MGM, Magnolia, Warner Bros. They don't work for free do they? Investment in 4k now leads to exponential revenues in the 2nd half of 2015. It's starting big time right now. Have you heard 4k with be in 10% of US homes by 2016? That's just months away!!! This is what actual investors want to see. NanoTech bringing tremendous value to the company and shareholders. PPS will adjust accordingly. Just wait until they announce they've reached 1 million subscribers. Rocketship baby!!!
Wow, Interstellar streaming 4k right now on Samsung!!! Stunning, great job NTEK
'Interstellar' news starting to spread. This is Huge!
http://www.onscreenasia.com/article/interstellar-comes-to-ultraflix-4k-ott-channel/17118
Think "Netflix of 4k" ;)
I would expect significant content and marketing updates this week.
'INTERSTELLAR' on Ultraflix right now!!! Boom shackalacka!!!
Uh because it's standard and done by every company on every PR. Doesn't matter now anyway right because you can go buy a Samsung or Vizio and watch Interstellar tomorrow on Ultraflix. Nothing like a little self verification. Make sure you let me know how it is. Meet back here same time tomorrow night?
Like people saying Ultraflix isn't on Samsung, doesn't have a deal with Paramount and isn't being promoted by Vizio?
"Netflix of 4k" Major content and marketing announcements this week imo ;) Samsung, Sony, Vizio, Lionsgate, Millennium, Paramount just a few names I expect to see.
'Interstellar' exclusively streaming 4k only on Ultraflix today! Paramount and Christopher Nolan don't work for free sorry. This is an ongoing relationship for many blockbuster titles along with the other biggest studios in the world. We all know it's a major investment but the returns will be exponential. Great job NTEK
A link that says all shares in the O/S, the float and newly unrestricted share MUST and HAVE been sold and WHO is selling them. You claim to know this as fact, where is the link? Thanks
Please provide a link to show ALL these shares WERE "dumped" on the street and WHO sold them Otherwise it's just another wrong opinion just like Paramount would never sign a deal with Nanotech let alone for 'Interstellar. Thanks'
Albert, I'm responding to you only because I know you are a legit guy. This is what we as investors want. It signals the completion of blockbuster content deals, major marketing and the iminent retail plush for 4k. Do we want rinky dink niche content and an unknown service nobody knows about or big time titles to compete with Netflix, Amazon etc and a massive awareness campaign with partners like Samsung, Vizio and Best Buy. It takes a huge investment but the returns are going to be exponential. The shares being used are insignificant in comparison to the revenues they will be generate which translates obviously to shareholder value. Nanotech is striking while the iron is hot. I know it may be hard for some to see the forrest for the trees right now but if anyone has the slightest faith in what I've been saying the last couple months now is the time to believe me. I've explained my opinion on this repeatedly only to try to help fellow longs.
Big Whup 'Interstellar' baby! Major marketing campaign baby! National television commercials with PARTNER Vizio baby! Much more coming and fast! The shares being used are nothing compared to the value being added and revenues that will be generated. Period. Does anyone think these content deals are just one timers? Lol Not even close they are ongoing and huuuuge! Just the fact that Ultraflix is given streaming rights to Interstellar alone is Amazing. Go ahead and name the other companies that have it. Are they all billion dollar companies? Yup and then there is lil ole Nanotech. The Netflix of 4k baby! Subscribers and revenues this year alone are going to shock and awe. Nothing said on this or any message board is going to change that. End of discussion. I'm dropping the mic and making a manhattan and I'm still smilin! ;)
Remember you said a few days ago there was no Paramount deal and how they wouldn't be "OK" with Nanotech even using there name? Lawyers were supposedly getting involved. What happened to that? Time to move the goalposts I guess. Lol They're going to be in the next county with what's coming watch!!!
Just had a STELLAR phone conversation!Oh Boy!!! Things are happening now folks. There is a reason NTEK is getting so much repeated endless ATTENTION here. Headed to my nieces dance recital grinning ear to fn ear and it ain't because I like dance. lol
Lol 100% wrong again. Several billion dollar companies STRONGLY disagree. Don't worry 'Breaking Bad will be available on handhelds and tablets also.
Really how many scams have licensing aggrements with Paramount for streaming right to mega blockbusters before they are on blu ray even?
How many scams are being promoted by Vizio right now? Enough said this is getting old.
Same nonsense said for over 2 years. Yet Content with Paramount, Armada TV Millennium and Lionsgate reavealed, updates to Ultraflix, and Vizio promoting Ultraflix all in the last week. Looks like major growth and things are moving faster than ever at Nanotech.
Enjoy the 50 cents! ;)
I'm not hinting. I'm saying it directly. Actual DD is a must when one wants to deal in facts. Vizio is is VERY helpful and VERY excited to be working with Nanotech. Goes pretty high up the chain too from what I hear. CTO Matt Mcrae for one is very high on a Ultraflix. He is an exceptionally bright guy. Gives a great interview also if you have time to check one out. The Vizio TV commercial will happen just like I said Ultraflix would be on Samsung, just like I said Nanotech would be at CES, just like I said the Paramount film would be 'Interstellar.' Mark it.
Yup, Vizio already starting to promote Ultraflix!!! 'Interstellar' premiers on Ultraflix Tuesday. Going to be a HUGE week!
Ultraflix getting streaming rights to Interstellar a GAMECHANGER. Vizio promoting Ultraflix on Facebook and Twitter is HUGE. Content deals with Paramount, Sony, Lionsgate, Magnolia Warner Bros, MGM, and Millennium is MASSIVE. Email flyers to all Samsung, Sony, and Vizio customers is GIGANTIC. In store video demos of Interstellar on Ultraflix at all major retailers is STUPENDOUS. Major Marketing campaign including national television commercials with Vizio OUTSTANDING. The growth of the 4k market in the U.S by a factor of ten. MIND-BLOWING. These are the things that matter and will lead to the long term success of Nanotech. This is what investors care about.
Ultraflix has Magnolia content right? Billionaire Mark Cuban is the owner of Magnolia right? Magnolia was one of the first content providers to work with Nanotech right? I do not claim to know who owns what stock and how much they own like some do but I think you can read between the lines. Still very early in the game no matter what anybody says.
Nanotech seriously undervalued. Conservatively worth .12 to .15 today even if the A/S was maxed.
Lol "all they did" huh Sony promoted Ultraflix at their CES booth period. Now Vizio has initiated a major marketing campaign featuring Ultraflix anticipating the release of their 2015 models. Ultaflix on Vizio facebook and Twitter right now, Interstellar available on Tuesday and national television commercials coming to a tv near you any day. That's the real deal.
Welcome, here's a quick reply to a newcomer last week. Just since this post we've learned the exclusive title from Paramount is 'Interstellar', added Armada TV, learned of addiditional content from Lionsgate among others and had Vizio initiate a major marketing campaign promoting Ultraflix on Facebook and Twitter with a national television commercial forthcoming. That's off the top of my head, much more going on. it's an exciting time and opportunity for nanotech and investors
Welcome Rob, bigtime opportunity here. There are several good posters here but as always do your own DD. Nanotech ran from trips to over .17 in just a couple months in 2013. It has retraced recently due mostly to manipulation, false rumors, delays and general impatience. The company has several divisions and posted a net profit of almost 1mm last quarter. The flagship product, however, is Ultraflix which just launched a few months ago. This is a 4k OTT streaming app with the most content currently available and streams under 10 mbps. It is currently available on Samsung and Vizio and soon to be Sony, Hisense, LG, Panasonic, Sharp and basically every android and 4k capable device as well as IOS. Nanotech has major content deals with Paramount, Sony, MGM, Magnolia, Miramax, Millenium, Universal, Disney and many other big studios. Ultraflix is set to announce an exclusive deal for an Oscar winning title from 2015 shortly. This is a GAMECHANGER. A major marketing campaign will kick off when this is released including national tv commercials and demos at every major retailer. There is MUCH to be excited about despite the noise you hear. The 4k boom is just beginning and Nanotech is a leader. They have been featured in NY TImes and CNET being compared with Netflix and Amazon Prime already. Many longs here have visited the offices and met with staff and are very impressed and excited for the future. This is a rare gem in the OTC market. They have a dedicated IR if you have any questions and oh yeah AN UNGAGGED TA
Check this out! Massive growth and revenue potential in the U.S. this year.
http://4k.com/news/4k-penetration-to-reach-10-in-2016-in-us-market-6009/
However, as of 2015 and into 2016, these numbers are expected to jump considerably and from there grow exponentially as 4K TVs become the dominant standard for High Definition display technology. In other words, researchers working for the company Strategy Analytics claims that 10% of U.S households will have ultra HD TVs in 2016 and that this figure will jump to a massive 50% by 2020.
I'm no mathematician but lets take a general look at a simple scenario. There are roughly 120 million "households" in the U.S. It is estimated approximately 10% of these homes will have 4k TV's within 1 year. That is about 12 million homes. If Ultraflix was able to attract 10% of the 10% just to look at Ultraflix that would be 1.2 million people. Now, obviously everyone is different, some people will just look at free content, some will buy 1 movie, some will buy one a week and some may buy 5 a week.
Let's just be ultra conservative and say half those people spend just 6 bucks a month that would be 43 million in revenue within a year just in the U.S. This does not factor in ad revenue, pay per views, subscription fees or pay channels within the network. This does not factor in Asia, Canada, Europe, India, S. America etc. Also, does not factor in Handhelds tablets and IOS. If growth projections are even close to met, just using this EXTREMELY conservative scenario that would be $360,000,000 in revenues per annum by 2020. That is just in the United States. Nanotech is targeting a much higher share of the 4k market and with almost universal availability and promotional campaigns with Samsung, Sony, Vizio and all the major retailers it's more than achievable....WOW is all I can say. What an opportunity.
Sorry bud, transition in display tech and resolution doesn't happen overnight. B&W to color, SD to HD etc. all took years. 4k growing exponentially and clearly Ultraflix has the attention of the big boys. Samsung, Sony and Vizio own the Lion's share of market. All have been heard and seen promoting Ultraflix. Oh yeah, Asian powerhouse Hisense is making a major play in the US. Utraflix will be a featured button in their remote. Pretty sweet.
When Ultraflix is featured in a VIZIO commercial on national television. Produced and distributed by VIZIO what will be said then?
1. It's Good
2. It's Bad
3 It's Ugly
4. Big made it from his tanning bed?
E. Frickn AWESOME!!!
I Choo choo choose E. for excellent Burnsy style. Stay tuned!
Haha awesome! Who needs Xbox one we got Atari!!!
Ummm yeah...no I believe it's because Nanotech just inked a deal with Paramount for the rights to stream 'Interstellar' on Ultraflix starting March 31st. How about Vizio promoting Ultraflix on Facebook and Twitter today. Let's discuss that a little bit further. Was the site hacked by an NTEK long? There's no way a company like Vizio would associate their facebook page with a stinky pink stock selling scam right? I heard many times nobody at Vizio had a clue who or what Ultraflix was.
Or
Is Vizio using social media to help David Foley and da ntek insiderzzzz ;) sell stock? Did they just tweet about Ultraflix to line David's pockets? Man, that guy has some serious pull. He must be in Bilderberg or something. Maybe he has pictures of J. Edgar Hoover in a dress. Whatever the case there are a ton of high level people and companies conplicitous in this fraud. Kind of risky for Vizio especially since they have nothing to gain but hey whatever it takes to help a guy sell his shares. Sounds about right. Thoughts?
