Ricko,
Thanks to you for your considered reply. I am indeed a bit disgruntled, and it is difficult to keep my frustration out of my posts. However, I truly intend my posts to be an honest objective presentation of information that I have which others do not. I also include my recommendation because I have seen how Cery raises money and how misleading the information presented to investors by the company can be. I went to many of those investment meetings and spread some of the mis-truths myself at Cery's direction.
I agree with you that the authorities will catch up with him in due time, but not without people like me pushing the issue. The authorities do not proactively go after people unless those harmed speak up. As far as whether the information is factual, read the links that I posted. Search the 10Q for my name and then look at the court case and see if they agree. Decide for yourself and let me know what you think. I am indeed pushing the issue with multiple government organizations. Even if they do catch up with him, it might be after many other small investors are harmed financially. This is the harm that I'm hoping to keep others from experiencing. I may never see a penny of my judgement, but hopefully I can stop others from going in without accurate information. If given the knowledge I bring, people still want to invest on the long shot, go for it.
You've mentioned "we are not in a position to do anything about it at this time". That's not true. As shareholders, you can speak up and make noise. Was your voice heard at the last shareholder meeting? When was the last time you cast a vote for the board? Have you contacted the board members and expressed your concerns? If enough people do this, then perhaps the board will reign in the spending.
You've mentioned "9600Sqft has rendered a service to us by keeping us posted on events that we not otherwise become aware of". What such events are you referring to? He has posted when the stock rises in a day, and things like "time to watch". This is either a statement based on live market trading which you can see yourself, or it is a hint at non-public information which borders on insider trading. I'd like to know who 9600sqft is so that I can know whether to trust the information or to know if it is being used to manipulate investors. Don't you want to know if the information is founded?
Finally, I agree with you that Spare Backup has a great product. Cery Perle has always shown vision for what the future of his product line will bring. That was the exciting part of working there. It's too bad that he does not run a more honest business and that he cannot follow through with business engagements, or I think you would already have made a lot on this investment.
As always, I welcome continued open discussion on this topic. Let's help keep people informed.
Regards,
Darryl Adams
