You probably know my guess by now having seen C. Perle at work. I suspect he has called in a friend and asked them to buy and move the price up a bit so he can close some private investment at a higher price. I saw it several times in my 4 years working closely with him.

I still cannot get a collection agency to take on my $100k+ judgement for even a 50% fee. The tell me in their opinion the company is insolvent.

As always, I'm happy to discuss with anyone interested to know more.
