Does anybody know the science about how this thing actually works?

Chul.Chung, That is very nice news. What is this deal all about? Is it for China or Dubai? Appreciate any specifics you can share.

I don't know the details but to my knowledge foreign investors are trying to buy a right to distribute Savi's products globally in exchange for a big sum of cash.
Today, Nothing happened.
Huh! Still alive!

Who would buy 295 shares of this stock??? and Why????
Has SAVI ever tested a VW diesel to show an improvement? Would it correct an unmodified VW diesel to actually meet what diesel owners thought they had? I think quite a few owners would buy it just to get their resale value back. It would also prove what SAVI advertises: Cleaner air.
So, could the Dynovalve make a Volkswagen diesel as clean as Volkswagen pretended it was? THAT is opportunity knocking in the cylinders. 500,000 vehicles in the US, 11,000,000 worldwide.
over simplified, but yes. It is also sterilized, kept sterile, and the important part of all this is that it is not connected to a public utility and its' potential problems (see Toledo last week) and you don't have to drill a hole in the ground and worry about your neighbor doing the same to dump his used motor oil next to your well. These come in small scale for home and office, and large scale for shipboard or deployment use where a utility isn't feasible or quickly available. If Bravo can get this to market in front of customers that need it, I (my very humble opinion) think it will sell. BUT, read some of the past posts, there is investor unrest in Canada. I view it as a penny looong shot, but I still like the idea behind it.
YOU don't know me or who I am and to claim so would be more than untruthful. I am just another investor. I have no other connection to the company than my investment, in which I too have lost value. The SEC doesn't give wit about me, if they bother to dig they will find just another investor in another penny stock. I bought this on a whim, as I like the technology and hadn't seen it before. I did not invest my life savings. Most businesses take a while to start up and many don't make it. The management is taking the least expensive method to bring their products to market, which is just good business sense. The products are visible, and with reputable retailers, which is more than what most penny stocks can claim. That they sell or actually deliver in any quantity remains to be seen, and that is what the reports will tell you. If you bought stock and badmouth your own investment, then what does that say? I plan on sitting on this until it pays big or goes away. Either way, I am just another investor, like many others that bought into this stock.
Oh Boy, you have no clue to whom I am. I have to then extrapolate that you know as much about the company you comment on, which must then also be zip. You are critical to the point of libel in your postings, and so negative on a company trying to move product that I begin to suspect it is your goal to lower the stock price to buy in. OGNG is a penny stock, which makes it a long shot to success. It puts out quarterly reports that many stocks don't. Most businesses fail, it is a simple fact in the business world, but I like the idea of water not sourced out of rivers full of pollutants. That's why I bought in, and if they can get this machine in front of people looking at a chemical spill in their water supply, or even with aging infrastructure and rust in the pipes, I think it will sell in quantity.
Just waiting for the next Quarterly report.
Well, it would put me ahead $20....
Oh Boy are you wrong!

2013 2012
Stockholders’ equity (deficit)(291,853) 1,090,942
and this is why stock price is down. These numbers are going in the wrong direction. Management, the major cost of this company, is its' highest expense.
to wit:
Results of Operations
We realized $37,481 in income in 2013 from the sale of water harvester units (2012 – 2,995). During the year ended December 31, 2013 the loss is $489,019 (2012 - $302,218). This increase in loss was due to an increase in management and consulting fees.
On one hand it is an investment in a company that is losing money. On the other hand, the management shows the true expense: It is they, and it is reported without obfuscation that they need more operating capital. They have revenue of $37000+, an increase over last year, If they kept up that growth over two years the loss would flip and we could all be rich. Welcome to Penny Stock Land....
I like the product idea, that's why I invested, but this company seems more concerned with selling stock than the product. I wonder if they have ever sold ANY water machines, which is a shame because it is a great idea if it can be put in front of customers. Is the store front still there? Have they sold any product? Can they deliver? None of the company posts show deliveries of product to a customer or reviews by paying customers. This stock is in fall, not rise, and only sales will bring it up.
I bought into this for one reason: OGNG has a product that EXISTS, its' just hitting the market, and it is something everyone needs. I can live without my phone. I can't live without water. I have seen way too many chemical spills into the major rivers of the U.S., and when people realize they can have clean, chemical free water to drink, and you multiply that by the number of people who gag every time they smell chlorine or another chemical residue in their Oatmeal and coffee, or even more, their children's oatmeal, these will become de rigueur in the modern kitchen.
These will sell themselves when they hit the stores. 300,000 people couldn't drink the water in WV this week, and people won't believe the water company when they say it's OK. This is why I bought in.
Stocks don't go anywhere until sales start to role in and a profit is made. Yes there have been notable exceptions in the last decade with internet stocks, but they ARE an exception, and sooner or later the investors demanded a profit and dividends. This is just starting out, and the market potential for clean safe drinking water is HUGE. One machine and some electricity, and a clean known source of water is available. It can't ruined by an industrial accident, won't ever have sewage from upriver in it, won't need to be boiled before using, will always be ready for a cup of coffee.. I wanted to buy one when I saw it, but decided the upside to the stock of this product will so strongly outweigh the price of a unit, I bought the stock instead; and will continue to invest as funds become available.
Disasters are there, its just a matter of having the product for fast delivery:
http://pittsburgh.cbslocal.com/2013/10/24/municipal-authority-of-westmoreland-county-issues-boil-water-alert/
Once people realize they have an alternative to a water supply flushed from the toilets up river, this should take off.
The company is not doing as well as it should, that much is clear. Maybe if they got someone in NASCAR to use it. Anyway, as a speculative stock its a losing game for the moment, just wait for it to bottom out. Then wait for truly positive sales reports and profitability. Then buy all you can get. If you bought high, well, it's a waiting game. Hope you're not in too deep.
