Missed another Thursday news day. Sigh. Let's just leave at this: News expected sooner or later...that should cover it.
I am very concerned about the Company's failure to file financial statements. This failure is very serious. It can lead to delisting and then deregistration. I hope everyone knows what that means. Shares will not be tradeable and our investment will be lost. Trust me. Unfortunately I've had the displeasure of first hand experience. Oitiko needs to get his sh@t together and fast.
That's all well and good but didn't Otiko tweet that we should expect FDA news any day now. So if the clock is reset, isn't that just more BS from Otiko that we've all come to expect? He should be bashed accordingly. It would be nice if he could just be honest.
Amitgupta, in light of your post, I have exhumed and resurrected a few posts that may be applicable in the near future:
-buckle up, this rocket ship is about to blast off
-the train is ready to leave the station
-buy now, you may never see these prices again
-this stock is way oversold
-this time feels different
-the market makers are going to let this fly
-next announcement and this will explode
-this is a zip code changer
-short squeeze coming
Feel free to invoke any one of these at your leisure.
"...set to go super nova." I love the sound of that. Still holding.
Someone must be listening. Thanks to the Company for answering many of the things I've been complaining about. Of course there is still a long way to go.
Follow-through will be huge to restore credibility. IMHO the price isn't moving because people need confirmation; otherwise it is just more words. Still, glad for the update. Still holding.
"but they JUST SENT the "requirements" for FDA Registration 2 weeks ago?"
How do you know that?
IMHO, blame our failed leader, not posters on a message Board.
Failed promises, no inventory, no sales, no cash, no profits, no financial statements, and a perpetual yield sign are to blame. I am heavy in this stock and I want to make money just like the next person. However, if we can't discuss things on a message board and bitch and moan and (hopefully cheer and celebrate) from time to time, what else in there? Wait in silence for our fearless leader to perform like he has promised many times over?
Agreed. The failure to comply with reporting requirements is a flagrant FU to the SEC and to the shareholders. It is very concerning. The SEC regularly suspends and delists companies for failure to comply. https://listingcenter.nasdaq.com/IssuersPendingSuspensionDelisting.aspx
The Doc needs to take this seriously and get his sh*t together.
That's a positive! Thanks for sharing.
Agreed. It happened to me on two occasions (you'd think I would've learned by now). Both companies were delisted and deregistered for failure to issue financial statements. After that they continued to operate as private companies but the shares were untradeable and worthless. It was a hard pill to swallow.
To me OTIKO operates with total disregard for the shareholders. He's the majority owner and controls the Board, therefore he answers to no one and is accountable to no one. That allows him to operate on his own timetable and in his own best interest; not the best interest of the company or the shareholders.
He doesn't even seem to be afraid of the SEC.
Slops, not being a smart ass here...did you mean "personal" or "personnel" issues. Those are obviously two different things and raises a lot of questions.
Anyone on this Board who indicates that orders are currently being filled, or any other information about the Company should make it clear that such statements are pure speculation and wishful thinking and not based on any confirmed factual information.
Did you mean "Worth the wait once orders are being filled"?
Or are you saying that you know right now that orders are currently being filled?
I am really perplexed by the Doc. You would think that by gifting himself 100 million shares, it would be enough incentive for him to want to grow the share price exponentially, yet here we are, stagnant with no product, no sales of any kind, no financials filed, yield sign is up, and languishing under a penny.
Yes, I am venting, but what else do we have to talk about?
I thought he also indicated that he was changing law firms as well.
I will agree that VDRM has a bright future .... for issuing PRs.
The dual carrier transdermal delivery technology phrase can be slapped onto an endless variety of medical afflictions to lead the investing public to believe that the Company could have a winning product for any one of the afflictions. As we have seen over and over and over again however is that the Company will not, cannot, refuses or just continually fails for whatever reason to produce any product for sales.
So, yes, I look forward to many more exciting PRs.
You've apparently have had a recent phone call with IR. Would you like to share with the Board why you believe that VDRM has a bright future?
Sure if you think being in a persistent vegetative state with no realistic hope of recovery is a good thing.
Maybe it provides some indicia of evidence that VDRM is alive, but it certainly provides no evidence that VDRM is "well".
Sorry, what actual substantive "facts" have you provided? "IR called" provides no facts and is not useful in any way.
Turns out that I may have to submit a right to know request under FOIA.
Of course it would be a lot quicker if the Doc just gave us an update. On second thought, the credibility of the update would be suspect.
Under CFR Title 21 § 312.130, availability for public disclosure of data and information in an IND. (a) The existence of an investigational new drug application will not be disclosed by FDA unless it has previously been publicly disclosed or acknowledged.I
I would like to confirm that an NDA for Nupelo has at least been filed. The Doc made the public announcement, therefore we should be able to confirm it. If we can confirm that an application has not be filed, then it would seem to indicate that the Doc has been less than truthful (being nice here) and Nupelo is all BS.
Agreed, the pump will come. Looking through the Company website, I see multiple opportunities for a pump and dump:
Acne Treatments, Anti-Aging cosmetics, Exzema Treatments, Psoriasis Treatments, Skin Cancer Treatments, Medical Cannabis, Nail Fungus, Burn Treatments Topical Antibiotics, Male Pattern Baldness, and Pain Management
Just slap the words "transdermal technology" in a PR coupled with any of the above categories and we'll be good to go for a quick flip. The Doc can keep authorizing and issuing more shares to pay himself and fund his private "Wound Care" company.
All of this is great for an opportunistic trader, but this is clearly not a long-term investment.
Wow, that's right. I forgot about Prolayed. Anyone seeing a pattern here??
The Doc is full of s**t through and through. To issue a PR indicating that FDA approval will be obtained in a few weeks was complete and utter BS and he knew it. At the time that was written, there was no way in hell that he really thought that a two-week turnaround time was remotely possible. It speaks to his capacity for BS. He never comes through with anything, ever. Hence the quiet period here again. Maybe he is running out of BS PRs...although probably not. Wash, rinse, repeat. Unfortunately, we have all fallen victim to this scam. I personally could have made a little bit of money at .03. I was warned on this Board to take profits but I got greedy. That's on me. However, the history of complete BS is on the Doc. He should be ashamed of himself. I hope he proves me wrong but I doubt it.
Not much to talk about.
I think the point is that the Company continues to promote a product that can't be purchased. Not sure how that business model benefits the Company. If the Doc has a plan, maybe he can share it with us "share"holders. You know what, never mind, it's all BS anyway. On second thought, share it for a good pump so that I can GTFO of this dog with fleas.
That is the goal!! Working for a living is getting old.
I have called other companies in the past. The information you typically get will be "puffery".
Puffery refers to the use of exaggeration and hyperbole, sometimes to extreme levels, to promote a product or service.
"We are extremely pleased with how xyz project has been going..."
"We are extremely excited about the market for xyz"
"We are expecting great times ahead."
"We are hearing excellent reports that our products have been well received..."
You should not hear:
"We have executed a $10B worldwide marketing and distribution agreement with Pfizer."
"We have secured commercial line of credit financing with Chase."
"We intend to spin-off our Nupelo brand division effective 7/1..."
In other words, no substance will be conveyed.
I can see a company wanting to replace a CPA firm or a law firm. But wanting to replace both of them at the same time? Doesn't that seem a little odd to anyone? Their excuse is not passing the smell test. I am wondering if the professionals owning shares in VDRM coupled with VDRM contemplating some organizational structural changes that is causing "independence" problems for the CPA's and conflict of interest problems for the attorneys such that they have to resign? Maybe they aren't getting paid. Maybe like another poster indicated, they are tired of the BS.
Of course the above is all speculation. I have no idea if any of this is true since we get no updates or direction from the Company. The only thing we get is the Company pointing their fingers at the professionals for the Company's failure to comply with there SEC reporting requirements.
I suppose this is what we get for investing in penny stocks.
The dog ate my homework.
Guess there is not much to talk about here. No inventory, no sales, no revenues and no pps to brag about....sigh.
Free beer "tomorrow".
You indicated that "he [the Doc] normally delivers". Really? In what context?
Yes, I would say that the Doc does eventually from time to time deliver a PR. However, his track record of delivering upon the substance of the transaction(s) referenced in the PR is not good.
I'm sure someone on this Board could summarize the various promises made over the years that never materialized. What PR promises have been made that have actually translated into revenue received (i.e. actual cash revenues)? A few licensing fees?
It is available through his privately held company under a different label.
Feel warm and fuzzy yet?? Me either.
It was a civil case.
Hopefully the issues in that case are barred by any statute of limitations or have become stale due to latches. Seems like if Keogh had claims where the benefits exceeded the costs of litigation in some material way, he would have brought them already...or who knows, maybe they settled. When it comes to the Doc, everything is conjecture, supposition, and assumption.
Reality is non-existent. I hope I am wrong.
"For $1, I have a bottle of this magical elixir. It's works wonders on wounds (sound familiar). lt'll work on just about anything. [spitting] How's it on stains?" Josey Wales, circa 1976
Guess I'm tired of the games. Is it to much to ask for a real product that sells and actually generates cash flows and net income and leads to a respectable stock price. Guess I'm on the wrong exchange for that.
Still holding.
At this point, I don't want 1/2 cent pps. I have had enough with the "buying opportunities". The time is now for the Company to produce. Its been long enough. The Doc ought to be embarrassed.
