Thanks Truthofthematter! Well said.
This has been a test of conviction and discernment along the way. Love seeing the posts from our longtime longs! We will get there.

While it is true that hope, prayer, patience are typically part of any new disruptive type technology and investment; overly and chronically pessimistic and dichotomous opinions against such illuminate a darker agenda that betrays balanced transparency that is based in dialectical perspective taking. I remain optimistic in the face of clear risks and possible success with AOT technology. The power of choice and happiness are imbedded in this very human process.
Remember…We then applied an electric field and gradually increased the field strength to 2000V/mm. After the electric field exceeds a critical value, around 750V/mm, the nanoscale particles form short chains along the field direction. From the scattering pattern in Fig.4, we can estimate the size of the chains. The aggregated short chains are similar to the short polymers used in DRA (Drag Reducing Agent), which lead to the viscosity reduction. DRA is an expensive, widely used, chemical added to crude oil to increase flow rates by reducing viscosity. The result clearly shows the microstructure change of crude oil under an electric field leads to the viscosity reduction, confirming the basic science for the electrorheology technology.
All the root cause analyses of the electrical shortages has resulted in a re-engineered AOT that has passed key tests showing no shortages and full voltage. The engineering has caught up with the proven science.
I believe the AOT works
Update just out. Hydrostatic testing done and successful!
Only if she’s a dog, but we have our selves a pure stallion
I think it bodes well. Similar space but different product focus. So our device would be additive to such a division within GE. IMHO
What the heck happened today? Knew I should’ve bought more last week
Original or knock offs?
I think impatience is a factor for all in most all aspects of life these days. But the FDA backlog is real and quite significant. Just gives us more time to accumulate on weakness.
FDA- in researching how the FDA is doing with processing medical device applications, it is clear that they are very delayed due to COVID and it will take them time to catch up. This likely explains why there hasn’t been news in the timeline expected. This isn’t bad news. Patience is required. Still a green light in Europe. And that approval bodes well for a probable FDA approval
Agreed Zerosnoop. Worth the wait and see. At this point there is not much to lose. Hoping Gallagher can solve the physics mystery. Wonder if Dr Tao is involved at all.

What’s everyone’s takeaway from the recent quarterly releases today?
What is the volume of short positions?
Is there any reason why FDA wouldn’t approve? What concerns might they have? Seems unlikely they’d have concern on this technology.
Zerosum,
Much thanks for digging into this more and providing more information. It definitely helps ZS....you are a trustworthy and balanced person on this board. I wasn’t selling anyway, but your post is helpful. Wish we still had the FB group going.
02
Well said Zerosum. I appreciate your going deeper into the common antics in the OTC markets and how QSEP doesn’t have the characteristics of a pump and dump. And I will add that Pump and dumps don’t typically have huge insider buying going on!
My take on the volume right now....folks are waiting for the outcomes from the live pipeline.
All In,

Did someone already say Baker-Hughes?
I believe that you are spot on Faith! Great analysis of the situation. There is no way they are doing this “hoping” it works. That’s what happened before with TC. Part of this company’s evolution and now with oil people at the helm there is no way they don’t know it works. And knowing this, of course they’re getting the company ready for the next phase.
02
I Am going with conocophillips. What does the winner get?
02
Zerosum you are soooooo right. After the positive results come thru, then the game is over and we will launch to a new stage of this company’s and products evolutionary destiny. It is inevitable at this point. Buckle up!
Once this happens and things takeoff, I will propose a a QSEP investors vacation on the island of Anguilla at a specific resort (maybe Four Seasons or Cap Jaluca) during a specific date window. And there we can all really celebrate the journey together over many toasts!

Houston we have a go. Let the countdown commence. Buckle up ladies and gentlemen

The science can be complicated. Heat does not explain the chaining that occurs at the molecular level when oil is exposed to electric field. They are two separate processes. The science on why the viscosity is reduced in an electric field is indisputable. A neutron scattering microscope has shown the chaining of dense particulates in the oil that does not occur with heating or the adding of diluents. The chaining that results in viscosity reduction lasts for up to 24 hours. You can spin this anyway you’d like to support your thesis, however, the science on why an electric field reduces oil viscosity is correct. We also know heat and diluents reduce it as well, but it is different mechanism and property effect that costs more money.
02
Very well said Zerosum! Very good summary of where this company is.
I recommend going back several years and reading posts, read the shareholder updates, read.
This is similar to a new promising cancer drug awaiting FDA approval. If it’s approved then the price takes off and people jump in to buy. If you believe in the preliminary research and human trials, then you buy ahead of the FDA decision and reap much much greater returns on your investment when it is approved versus after the price jump upon approval. I believe that the demonstration site data will be a huge success and lead to industry adoption. Buckle up!

The recent Seeking Alpha Article on QSEP last week validated what we know about R&D company business cycle. New industry Innovation= TRY FAIL...TRY FAIL...TRY FAIL...TRY FAIL...TRY FAIL...TRY FAIL...TRY SUCCEED. Innovation is never efficient...it is messy and fraught with disappointments and setbacks. Some will focus their comments and criticism on the failed attempts and make outrageous statements, usually because they have short positions in the stock and need the price to drop. Best to ignore biased commentary and do your own research. Seeking Alpha article was balanced.
QSEP is on the verge of success as it exits a long R&D phase of their business cycle. Most companies who are developing new tech as a startup...fail...QSEP has persevered like no other. And the perseverance is driven and supported by all of us who believe the science and the tech and support the process of evolving to higher stages of product innovation and development. Almost there in my opinion. Others will disagree and say this is a scam. Scientific articles and studies highlighted in the physics journals and at Temple University clearly say otherwise. Just as some insist the world is flat and the pictures of our planet being round are a hoax, some insist similarly crazy notions on this board about the intentions of QSEP. Hold on tight as it’s about to get crazy good this year as the demonstration site comes online.

People at small companies know more than those at larger ones. At small and mid-sized companies, virtually all insiders are privy to company financials. At big corporations, information is more dispersed and typically only the core management team has the big picture.
Evidence reveals that insiders tend to act far in advance of expected news. They do this in part to avoid the appearance of illegal insider trading. A study by academics at Pennsylvania State and Michigan State contends that insider activity precedes specific company news by as long as two years before the disclosure of the news.
We definitely have a pattern that is widespread thru our tiny company. We know what we know, but they know much more detail obviously. The BOD has been buying for over a year now..closer to 2. Nothing but a big buy signal with the CEO buying recently!

Rep
Remember the AOT was improved upon after TransCanada Pilot...
"The re-engineered AOT measured 100 times more impedance then the pre-modified unit," Dan Miner, President of Industrial Screen and Maintenance, explained. "As modified, the AOT needed only 500 to 800 nano-amps to achieve a test voltage of 15,000 volts. After more than three years of working with QS Energy on the commercial AOT design and fabrication, these are by far the best post-manufacturing test results we've seen. This new design exhibits dramatic improvement."
02
The most recent research is the critical issue that drives everything else with the AOT. The tech works beyond what was initially expected due to Dr Tao figuring out that their is an optimal electric field for each oil and temp. The results are beyond what the industry had even hoped for a few years ago when they paid for testing of this technology. It has subsequently been improved upon. 40-80% viscosity reduction...simply put...homerun! All other attempts to make exaggerated and distorted negative points about the company, about Temple, about Tao, are utterly ridiculous at best. Best to cover if you're short...you still might make some money or minimal loss. If you wait too long, the tide will go out to feed the forming tsunami.
02
I agree....I definitely wouldn’t want to be short with renewed attention being placed on QSEP and all the proverbial ducks lining up for huge success and skyrocketing valuation. Buckle up!
You nailed it Zerosum. Those are facts that speak volumes about where this is going. This launch will succeed. Buckle up.
02
Lots of distorting of facts and intent in your post. Let’s be honest. Buying tens of thousands of shares isn’t meant to help bolster the ledgers. That’s ridiculous and funny to think that would be true. Nice try.
Yes it might. Try fail. Try fail. Try succeed. Live your life eyes wide open brother
Lane’s recent shareholder update about the imminent install and activation of the demonstration site coupled with his and other BODs forking out their own money to buy shares is not smoke and mirrors as some might suggest. This is ship is almost ready to launch boys and girls and they know it. Buckle up!
02
Great question! That’s the million dollar question never answered here...longs are happy to answer as we know. So if you’re not long...well
What’s laughable are your spurious and desperate arguments attempting to disparage a company on the verge of successful industry adoption. Everybody needs to do their own due diligence and not rely on one-sided binary distortions attempting to convince people not to invest for suspicious reasons that are never stated.
Yep this is how it goes with R&D companies. Try-fail. Try-fail. Try-fail. Try-fail. TRY-SUCCEED!
And Success is looking more and more likely. Is their risk...yes....but that risk is more mitigated now than in previous iterations of the produce given the refinements and leadership. Marketing is a responsible path to pursue simultaneously and is exactly what they are doing at the conference.
Accept the risk or don’t. Very simple. Trying to highlight past failed launches is meaningless in the context of an R&D business cycle.
02
Ummm...half-empty I meant
