I agree gharma and it should be sold for what it cost us or at a premium being we have advanced the project. Would also like to hear more about the copper anomaly that is 1km by 1km large.
Some thoughts from the Chester property sale to ZGold
1. I don't like the fact that if it turns out to be valuable or bought out for a good sum of money we only get $80000 and 7,250,000 shares of Zgold.
2. Chris DuPont selling to Chris DuPont??? A little more than suspicious and I wonder what he is up to being he is also buying shares in Zgold. Perhaps also conflict of interest?
3. We just might be better off as it would dilute exs being zgold now has to come up with $600,000 for the outstanding financial obligation and a work program. We would not issue any shares and still have over 7 million of zgold so risk is all theirs.
4. Exs can now focus more on the gold properties and any money left and future money would go to that.
5. I wonder if there are other parties interested in Chester that may want to put in an offer to buy or JV?
At first I thought this was very negative but maybe we need to look at removing some properties and focusing on gold properties only. Only time will tell.
I did not want the reverse split in the past and it sucks but I ended up voting for it. We are in a situation where we will not be able to raise money at these levels and waiting around doing nothing will not get us much if a major comes around. Its like its bad if we vote for it and much worse if we don't. I think with less shares outstanding we have a better chance of making deals down the road and at least then something could happen in our favor. Hope it all works out for us in the end.
Some here say this board or others do not influence investors. Yet there are people who write news letters about exs and gather some of there info and gauge investor fatigue through the boards. If you are interested in a company and do a google search you will find ihub is third on the search list. Damn rights people check things out before investing in a company and some are most likely fooled by negative comments and leave. Even sounds like some long time investors are being fooled by fools. Markets going to recover and so will exs!
Are you sure it's about TWP? They have interest on other properties from majors. I've heard they have at least two signed confidentiality agreements but not for TWP. Summer doldrums are almost over and the market looks like its about to rebound. We will see higher prices in the next few weeks.
Thanks Destinator and here is an interesting read on demand for physical gold vs paper gold. I have received the full letter by email however for the rest of the article one would have to sign up for the weekly email.

I too wish there were more news coming out and there is nothing wrong with asking any question to the company. I just felt you were causing a ruckus based on perhaps some questions asked that couldn't be answered without a news release? Anyways who knows what some of the answers could contain, we don't know all that is going on behind the scenes. That's all
I would be in the money around .15 but depending on news and what came out would still only sell a small portion at that price. Just to take some profit however it all depends on what is happening at the time.
The point is you are seeking answers to questions in private emails that should perhaps come out in news releases once finalized. If they are working on projects or plans we should all find out at the same time. Then when you don't get what you want you come here and for months now have been getting everyone worked up like there is some conspiracy. I think we all know of someone who sold nearly 9 million shares into good news to help sink our stock. Maybe you should thank him for our share price being so low. Personally I think he stabbed all of us in the back including you.
Who says you get to have this information before the rest of the shareholders? You can't be privy to inside information! Who do you think you are?
When I talked to Gary about 2 weeks ago I asked if it was sent back with more drill results to sweeten it up. He said No that there was an error and had to be corrected. I believe him and don't suspect anything bad. It will be out when it is completed.
Thanks for the update from PDAC Destinator. I know I will be adding to my shares again over the next few weeks especially at this price level. We have more dilution now than when I first bought in and the payout might be less per share but I now own more than 10 times my original investment. Sooner or later others will see that too and start adding just as a few others I know are going to do so as well.
Thanks
exsbull
We should all be thankful that CD has been able to even raise money. Lots of exploration companies going into slowdown because they don't have the funds and cannot raise any money. There will be lots of drilling over the next few weeks and hopefully a few good results to follow.
With PDAC right around the corner perhaps they wanted to announce a new drill program on the deeper portion on Timmins Porcupine West Property. We have funds and drill programs in place for the shallow gold in Timmins and the Kidd Creek area. Just my thoughts.
Way to go CD...more money for drilling!

I have never been to a lab but was curious so I look into the subject myself. I found it hard to believe that samples would be marked with drill locations and other info. Obviously they would know the company sending the samples though. Looks like it is requested they just want the sample sequence on the samples. I doubt this is the lab used but would expect similar standards with others.
"We also request that the outside of the poly-woven bags be marked with the sample sequence enclosed."

I did my part! Voted with the board at the last general meeting. I like what Chris is doing and am sure we will see great gains in our share price over the next few months. He is getting lots of drilling done and now at Kidd Creek. Thanks Chris! I guess if others feel different then they could have voted someone else in.....but they didn't did they. Oh well good for us to have Chris then!
Thanks for the update hockeybear very much appreciated! Did you get a chance to go to the presentation or just stop by their booth? I for one think CD is doing a great job given the fact that the resource sector is in a slump and there is selling and bashing by a few fools.
GLTA
1. How many drill holes planned for Kidd Creek and are they now drilling or soon to be?
2. Regarding the 10,000 Meter Diamond Drill Program on Timmins Porcupine West Property do they think the shallow gold is part of the main gold system or is it separate gold formation from what has been modeled from prior drilling? If it is new formation will it be included in the updated NI 43-101 technical report?
There is a corporate presentation at 11:30 am on Monday Jan 21 by Explor Resources. I was wanting to go to the conference but I would have to juggle my work schedule around. That will probably not happen now but is anyone else going that could post a report or update? I wonder if we will see more drill results soon.
Thank you for posting that Risk....very interesting to say the least. I have been slowly buying more and more shares lately and will continue to do so. The info on Kidd sure looks good. Thanks again!
I would like to know the whole story going on here. I have heard bits and pieces about Mr. Andrew Malim, Ballanger, the explore resources share holder group. There was also a certain news writer which I cannot remember the name at this time who has a falling out with CD and EXS. Lots going on behind the scene and I have a feeling a group of people didn't get what they wanted and now are punishing the rest of the shareholders. A public or private reply would be appreciated from anyone who has the real story.
Thanks in advance.
From the interview......
"The majors are the ones that are going to look at this property. They will look at the model and see a potential of 20 to 30 million ounces. They will then take notice that a NI43-101 resource has been defined with 1.5 or 2 or 3 million ounces."
I think CD figures the majors have an advantage over retail investors in that they do look at the model to see the whole resource. Big question is there more than one that will be interested in 20 to 30 million ounces?

Perhaps those who are participating in this financing have been the ones who financed in the past and still want to use those warrants? Am I following you pastorboy, is that what you meant? Still shows that those holding the outstanding warrants believe they will use them and the price would be over 70 cents.
"So look out folks."
That's what I was thinking that they have the news coming soon that will propel the SP upwards. Why else even bother doing this if they didn't....right!
It sure is nice to see. I bet whoever wants in doesn't stop with today, they will be back for more. Can you imagine the volume if the next 43-101 comes in higher than expected or they hit the hinge point or something sweet like that. Then there is Kidd Creek and the excitement that could bring in January.

I am wondering if the funds that are participating in the next PP are starting to buy to help support the price. Nice close today and I bet we see more action over the next few weeks. May this just be the beginning to a great new year!
Rules for tax loss selling indicate that you can only claim a loss if you do not repurchase withing 30 days of the sale. I have already taken a beating on my initial purchase however I decided to average down and now my cost per share is much lower. I would rather own shares if good news comes out as opposed to a loss I could claim against previous gains. The way I see it tax loss selling is only good if you are happy walking away for good because there is more to loose if you are wanting to remain a shareholder for the long run. I am also looking to purchase more soon and I think long term price will be much higher. JMHO

Thanks for posting that chance2. I know many investors are getting weary of the long wait and low price but I firmly believe that will all turn around soon. Some want the price to go higher just to get out but I took advantage of the lower prices to buy a lot more. Someday some will be saying shoulda woulda coulda bought at .12 .15 .25 .50 and so on.
January 20-21 Explor will be at the Vancouver Resource Investment Conference and speaking at a corporate presentation on Monday at 11:30am I plan on being at the conference and if so will defiantly be at the presentation as well as stopping by their booth. Anyone else planing to go? Lots should happen by then and maybe even drilling kid creek if we get our cold winter.
We must have lots of drilling news coming out soon, hopefully a series of good new releases before the next resource estimate to get our share price back up where it belongs.
If we are selling to a major then maybe this type of hole is what they are looking for in terms of proving up a model. Makes it worth more to them than what the regular drilling can prove up and maybe even bring in more majors? I know the market doesn't quite get it but it may have been very important to companies wanting in either through a JV or buyout.
I wonder if this Stratigraphic Drill Hole was performed at the request of the major looking to do a JV? Looks like some selling today by those who do not understand what this was all about. I am thinking that when more Analyst report that this is positive then we shall see the price continue its climb back up.
Thanks tomexs for posting those articles!!! It's going to heat up real nice for EXS and I see the perfect storm brewing over the next few months. I have already picked up a ton of shares and hopefully a few more soon.
