You know its really kind of confusing to me, otc markets has almost 15 million listed as of 07-05-2018
However the filings prior to that date and after show over 3 billion
the filing of05-24 , 06-27 and 07-23 show the same number of outstanding so its odd that the share structure update of 07-05 would list only 15 million ???
I have been wondering why a loyal Utopian who believes this stock will be above a dollar soon and has been claiming that forever even sell 1 share until the stock hit that dollar mark ?
Yeah thats pretty much what she is saying :) She says the company wants the share price lower because they can do acquisitions for less shares due to the projected share price increases ?? :)
Yes the OTC is run by toxic financing and some shorting does happen.
Very few OTC stocks have any money, all they have is an idea, so they go to people like LG Capital for money, giving those people deeply discounted shares for money to operate the company
Duh , What I said was based on an all stock transaction.
If they are doing the transaction based on a projected share price increase and the deal is for 1 million dollars then they would want 1 million shares if the projected share price increase was 1.00 per share lol
But companies will not do transactions based on projected share price, because the price may never reach expectations
If ANDI only gave the company lets say 250000 shares for the 1 million dollar transaction deal and the projected share price is 1.00 per share then the other company only gets 250k of the 1 million it was asking for
Well ANDI business does not require ANDI to manufacture anything, its a buy and brand existing products
Just like all the companies that buy bottled water and brand it as their company bottled water
LoL, that makes even less sense than your first suggestion
Lets say the are doing an acquisition and the share price is expected to go to 1.00 per share
The acquisition is going to cost 1 million so they do the deal for 1 million shares based on the projected share increase to 1,00 per share
Now what difference does it make what the stock price is below 1.00 ?
This seems more like an attempt to find an excuse as to why the share price has declined rather than accepting that it may well be basic share dillution.
No way does the company want the share price to decline for any secret spy type reasons lol
Well the lower the share price the larger the chunks of shares it takes to make any type of acquisition
Well in the sense of rebranding yeah a Umidgi could become an ANDI phone. We knew they were supposedly contracting with a chinese manufacturer for phones, then they would call those phones ANDI phones
Yeah it should be real easy, companies buy OEM products and brand them as their own all the time. I still say the company needs funding in order to buy any sizeable amount of phones for public sale. As I have said before if phones cost 50 bucks each ANDI would need 500k just for 10000 phones and their last Q showed 50k in the bank
Well first of all I didnt say thousands of shareholders, I said thousands of phone calls :) And yeah ANDI has well more than 20 shareholders whether they be just flipping, holding long or whatever. Hell theres more than 20 post on this board alone
They do not want thousands of phone calls flooding the manufacturer asking for proof that they are dealing with ANDI, and that would happen just as shareholders flooded Amazon and write to or call every connection they can tie to or dream up
Well we knew they were buying a phone from a chinese manufacturer that they (Utopya) could brand and market as a Utopya phone, no ones knocking the phone just trying to figure out what it is :)
Yeah it looks almost identical, Its about time that ANDI does a release on the full phone specs, I would almost bet it is the phone
5 Million series F shares convertible to 50 million common ANDI shares :)
Well I was referring to daytraders today, yes someone is dumping shares. But a likely mixture of daytraders and a share dumper makes for a bad scenario for any hoped for increase above just a few percentage point
If you are referring to the WEWI 250 million purchase agreement, yes it supposedly is, If you mean the projected 100 million in phone sales before the end of the year who knows
Well darn it, I figured the daytraders would kill it today but I had hoped they would run it a little higher than it got today, maybe they will give it a second shot before close
1 would be great but the daytraders will flip out and kill the move well before that, just watch it :)
Cmon WEBB lets go green now
Hopeing this runs to at least .004 before daytraders kill it,, the daytraders will bitch slap this when the profits are good for them
CBIS up 4.8 % @ .0475 gonna see .07 + soon
CBIS up 4.8 % @ .0475 gonna see .07 + soon
Another good morning Webbers, hopefully another trading day
Yep thats what I think too :)
lol, well I cant say I havent been there and done that before, I have missed some good runs because I sold early but the ones I missed dont even trade anymore to the best of my knowledge, meaning they didnt hold price long anyway
Yeah I doubt a video release of a 2nd phone will do much, especially if it only lists the bare essentials of the phone specs
You can compare what ANDI put out as specs for their odyssey against any phone out there and there is no comparison to how more detailed the other phone specs are
Yeah the stock has declined each day after tweets of a phone picture, those tweets are getting old fast
Well not a bad day all in all :)slowly building up
When a stock is popular like ANDI with many people visiting the board it is free advertisement for his website :)
He runs a business and knows how to get people to his website, by viewing the video charts they are there, up to them if they subscribe to his services or click on any of his pay per click ads
Lol, I dont know how many times I have tried to tell people contacting the SEC about anything on a pink sheet stock is not a good idea unless you are wanting to get the company into trouble
Yep some of them still are, I know a few that are gone
Well its trading a little better seeing volume most everyday now
I still say we will see news soon about a funding deal to make the laptop thing happen and purchase a phone order. It will help some if the sellers are ready to back off, but all these buyers in the .002 range will be flipping at .004 area so ??-
I am sorry for your losses, I learned a long time ago not to discount what folks like that have to say, This stock was and may be tradeable again in the future but there will be no .10 party no paper by the end of the year etc etc
The stock is to dilluted now to bring much back
Lets not forget the Paper by the end of the year and PI guy :)
Lol, please your kidding right
But once a ticker change is requested anything corporate wise that happens after doesnt matter, FINRA only requires no corporate actions 60 days prior to the request :)
Yes I agree, I was addressing the 60 day rule and potential reset due to corporate actions. I did say if the request had been sent then there is a problem other that a corporate action that the company has done any time this year :)
And I have more than once said ANDI does not leave the old ANDI behind, everything goes with ANDI and even if a symbol change does happen the ANDI stuff just goes right along with the new symbol
The thing about the 60 day FINRA deal on the ticker change is
FINRA will not approve a ticker change if a company has had a corporate action within the PAST 60 days from the date of the application
That means 60 days prior to requesting the ticker change, nothing the company does after requesting will affect the process.
So the clock doesnt reset if the application has already been sent to FINRA, and if it was sent in the supposed time that was said then there is a problem of some sort but its not a corporate action post application
