Thanks Timber (I think you dropped CRMD here too, my brother has some, that one’s moving of late.)Yes once ICU gets approval for ADULT aki… much bigger population. I remember them alluding to potential use for organ transplant treatment in future, and many other paths. Just looked up Ihub ICU board: https://investorshub.advfn.com/SeaStar-Medical-Holding-Corp-ICU-42335
Now back to our ATNM waiting for some good news… that brings us back to $6 then $10… :c
I learned of nspr from you here, it was a buck and I missed it as it went through $2, I hold some now but at par. Shoulda listened at $1! ICU is unique though (not ICUI) with apparent blue skies on many fronts, time factor and burn rate holding them back. https://journey.ct.events/view/7f792b7c-2391-4da5-9718-55622babdcae thanks for reply…
not for the faint of heart!
Timber please, what is WAR programs?…
I tried to get a comment from ATNM investor relations on situation but no response.
also, have you looked into ICU stock? thanks
Actinium Provides Regulatory Update on Planned BLA Filing and Future Plans for Iomab-B in the U.S.
Can they get approval outside the US?
Perhaps a new partner is on the bid…?
With deep pockets…
Did the drug makers pressure fda to force this?
Today’s news was interesting in that atnm Will start on path developing new method to treat sickle cell cases. This will have the attention of.Vertex as an alternative to chemo. VRTX is working with CRSP on their first approved treatment using CRSPR TECHNOLOGY for sickle disease . It would be quite nice for.ATNM to rub shoulders withVRTX and CRSP as they have very deep pockets! Might pull in those calls LOL
From the rhetoric floating around the web, it could be anytime in the next few months it seems, but the potential result would be tremendous. Ever more so, if other countries follow suit to the USA.
Just imagining when XX I I is the only source of menthol smokes... That will wean those addicted smokers off the nicotine. That will be a great position for X X I I to be in.
OMG! Giovanni and Atlanta still here and goin at it daily…
Appears Universal isn't wholly satisfied with Yangaroo since they are going to use Destiny as well. There was a lawsuit a long while back which Destiny prevailed over Yangaroo. Certainly sounds positive for Destiny Media IMO
Some thoughts: If I was still smoking, I would buy a pack or two of moonlights to help out with quitting. I doubt that I would buy a carton and smoke them regularly because the whole reason to smoke is the reward of nicotine. I used the gum to quit and the nicotine in it was the reward I needed to ween off them. Regular gum would be of little value in easing the cravings experienced. Certainly, chantix and moonlight or nicorette and moonlight, nic patch and moonlight, would help people succeed in quitting.
However, it's definitely a positive getting approved to have this on the market, especially if the news media decides to run with it.
Too bad this news didn't break before the FDA kicked the can on their duty. It may have been throwing XXII a nice consolation bone to give them moonlight approval after Big T got their way in at least delaying probably (hopefully not) shelving the mandate. Too bad XXII didn't negotiate with FDA to skirt the taxes that are on nic cigs to further encourage smokers to try and quit! (they'd probably have to rewrite the law to do that) GLAL's, IMO, (I don't own XXII)
markus says" I know that a reverse split is almost always the kiss of death for a stock..." followed by "This is not a scenario I'm familiar with. thanks."
Well markus, they do have net income from their music business and cash in the bank... so I wouldn't say it's a kiss of death. beyond that you better ask brooklyn or Blue sky or dsny guy or iamlong etc. what they think. they may have more to share with you.
This here link works, just put in email and password, then reopen link. https://www.pressreader.com/australia/the-australian/20180727/282359745507950
now I will go read it : )
Please... quotes from EK and PT??? Yes they're not bankrupt just everyone around them. Could anyone really believe a word from either of their mouths???
Alright Hugo, if you would, please opine.....eom
Too Sexy Fred must be dancing w/ the latest that he is permanent...
Like a "YOUTUBE for business" that's how Steve thought of it, Ain't that right Steve? Hey maybe things pick up now. We shall see what infamous Fred says.
If the determination is for a gradual approach instead of 95% immediate reduction, it is better for XXII. The obvious reason is that it extends the timeline for XXII to profit, as I see it. Maybe start w/ 70% then 95% reduction after 2 years, would be ideal:)
Thanks Hugo for the insights. Your perspective gives a lot of depth. That's a twist of fate to be sure. He was smiling away in the interview he did the week before the hammer dropped.
Steve suing the Co. and not a peep on here. How 'bout you Hugo, what do you make of it? If it comes to fruition, there s/b some juicy details on the inner working of DSNY in court docs. Or they'll resolve it before it gets too ugly.
Thanks Brook that's yawnerrific.
Seems that FDA is pro XXII's tech. That should increase the likelihood of receiving the granting of modified risk labeling for their low nicotine brand A cigs well prior to any mandated nic levels for the entire US.
Who will follow suit to cut nicotine after US? Europe? Japan? China? Korea?
.......Worldwide patents......Could this see new all time highs? at Henry's targets or higher? How many generations of youth will the FDA forsake before acting with their political hammer? FDA has the hammer and the political favor and the research.$XXII
Derek, Hugo, okay so here's your chance. Derek claimed he'd be a tremendous buyer if S3D could demo their claimed tech. Well...https://www.apptechnology.co.uk/legacy-by-apptechnology.html app tech offers to demo to interested clients. I think Derek ought to be able to expose them (or become their biggest fan). Hugo please, why would apptech be partnering w/ fraudsters? why haven't the walls crumbled as of yet? Can you explain?
Ps $4.6/25=0.18
Thanks for the intvw. Ironic that we use YouTube to talk about the merits of Clipstream. I also remember a prior intvw where Steve chuckled about how the stock had run up and then dropped dramatically back down to pennies. Here he laughs again, that the shareholders are displeased, at the six min. mark. Good intvw. from exCEO Too bad Fred and Co. could not at least provide some assurance about the leadership path going fwd...............

“The holes have no health benefits; they serve no health purpose,” he explained. “They do not lower tar delivery to people. So, if they have the potential harm, the FDA can act, even if the science is not perfect. The FDA can require cigarette manufacturers to make filters without the holes. This is easy and they are doing it for some brands already.”
Having filters may indeed be safer, Shields clarified. “This study is about the holes on the filters. We are not saying to remove filters, only to change their designs by removing the holes on the filters.”
“The FDA now has the authority to require the elimination of filter ventilation, as ventilation does not serve any public health purpose and instead provides a false promise of reduced risk,” the study team concludes.
“This single action for banning filter ventilation by the FDA is scientifically justified, and within its mandate to improve the public health,” they write.
The big question is who is paying him? Remember EK's comments towards VM/Citrix? That probably didn't please them too much. With the timing, it is fishy.Disgruntled ex/employee? The witness claims he lied before in essence but now he's honest. That doesn't make for a very good witness. I wonder if there are a lot of those (individuals, companies) who don't want Sphere3D to succeed w/ MSFT...including a certain outsider, who may or may not have been paid. Is this his paid audition?
HS:"... taking the caffeine out of cheese" Is there caffeine in cheese?
I don't get the bickering here w/ a multi billion $'s company. You guys ought to work together to persuade one another to succeed. Why would Joe blow want John Doe to lose $ on his investment in McD? You could bash til you're blue in the face and couldn't affect the price of this stock.

Federal Cloud Computing Strategy (from 2011) https://www.whitehouse.gov/sites/default/files/omb/assets/egov_docs/federal-cloud-computing-strategy.pdf
? 2 ?
To harness the benefits of cloud computing, we have instituted a Cloud First policy. This policy is intended
to accelerate the pace at which the government will realize the value of cloud computing by requiring
agencies to evaluate safe, secure cloud computing options before making any new investments.
By leveraging shared infrastructure and economies of scale, cloud computing presents a compelling
business model for Federal leadership. Organizations will be able to measure and pay for only the IT
resources they consume, increase or decrease their usage to match requirements and budget constraints,
and leverage the shared underlying capacity of IT resources via a network. Resources needed
to support mission critical capabilities can be provisioned more rapidly and with minimal overhead and
routine provider interaction.
Cloud computing can be implemented using a variety of deployment models – private, community,
public, or a hybrid combination.
Cloud computing offers the government an opportunity to be more efficient, agile, and innovative
through more effective use of IT investments, and by applying innovations developed in the private
sector. If an agency wants to launch a new innovative program, it can quickly do so by leveraging cloud
infrastructure without having to acquire significant hardware, lowering both time and cost barriers to
deployment.
This Federal Cloud Computing Strategy is designed to:
• Articulate the benefits, considerations, and trade-offs of cloud computing
• Provide a decision framework and case examples to support agencies in migrating towards
cloud computing
• Highlight cloud computing implementation resources
• Identify Federal Government activities and roles and responsibilities for catalyzing cloud
adoption
Following the publication of this strategy, each agency will re-evaluate its technology sourcing strategy
to include consideration and application of cloud computing solutions as part of the budget process.
Consistent with the Cloud First policy, agencies will modify their IT portfolios to fully take advantage
of the benefits of cloud computing in order to maximize capacity utilization, improve IT flexibility and
responsiveness, and minimize cost.
Interesting how Ihub quote shows today's after hours price relative to the close of friday (4.95), however, on friday it showed the after hours price as the close. In this way the stock is reported down "twice as much as it wasn't". The close on friday was $4.95, ihub reported down .23ish at $4.7 friday, then today it reports down .23 again. Tomorrow it'll be relative to $4.86. In other words they'll show a $.23 loss twice when the stock moved much less.

Ok Kuebi I'll have to retract.
