Great CC and Future

Most realistic and best CC because this is now a company with a real future based on a quality product that is approved and qualified by the most respected government agencies. Qualification was key and now they have it. They were at a disadvantage competing with other products because the product was not qualified. There are many other companies with higher share prices and ZERO revenues. IMSC has revenues and growing. This company needs to be judged from this point forward, not back. This coming quarter is key and I'm sure revs will be way higher.

DR posted on Stocktwits EDVA patent case where judge set ongoing royalty 25% higher than jury award..."Judge realized parties wouldn't reach agreement themselves, discounted supposed work around, and noted P didn't request willfulness."....same district court, similar facts = sign of good things to come

Germany doesn't care but France does and US is also catching up on the non-radioactive equipment. Non-radioactive is the future and IMSC is the only company holding the best equipment available. This company is more of a buyout candidate than many realize.

JJ V actually said it is the same system. I think it carries a little more weight. Just my opinion, but I think it was sort of just thrown out there to let the judge know we are wasting time for basically...nothing

Rcaptain...not saying price will explode tomorrow but V is saying publicly in a motion that was not intended for the WA that they have CONFIRMED the NEW system is the SAME old system. IMO this is a message to the judge and to Google. I have a lot more confidence in V experts than Google's b/c so far they have proven they are much better. So, if there is no WA the numbers are HUGE (Billions). Again, LT this is easily a $20 stock in the making

This is huge news. Don't know if people realize it but V experts killed G experts at trial...It de-risks V. G may have changed some aspects of Adwords but the system can still infringe. I would not bet against V experts...if true that it is just a different shade of the old system sooner or later G will pay close to $1 billion dollars...ouch!!!

Well, products don't sell themselves...you need qualified personnel to make presentations and contact prospective buyers. This is a great hire.

This company has a solid foundation and talented management. Sales are coming and shareholders will be handsomely rewarded. Its taken a while but being a new company, I think credibility and reliability has probably been a concern for businesses. Once the word starts spreading about the reliability of the equipment the huge orders will come.

Someone needs to call the company. The silence is destroying shareholders. At a minimum the CEO/Pres should issue a shareholder letter to inform of any progress, status of sales, etc.

The ZTE news is bigger than people realize. Moves them closer to a settlement...VRNG going after global license

I think after HJJ rules on the RR we will see Vringo file additional lawsuits from the MSFT patent. I seriously doubt they were obtained to collect dust.

Arper: the Jury awarded a RR of 3.5% and the ONLY base introduced as evidence in the trial is 20.9% of US revenues. So yes, the supplemental damages are calculated from the jury's damages award (3.5%) RR to the proper base (20.9%). What cannot be changed is the 15.8 mill the jury awarded as past damages...but the future RR can be applied correctly as I'm sure HJJ will do.

Does anyone know the time frame for testing at the TSA Systems Integration Facility?

I don't think the judge will allow any more delays. He's been working on the RR motion and I wouldn't be surprised to see a ruling soon.

Interesting info--One of the patents VRNG acquired from MSFT has to do with semantic search. An article form the WSJ in March 2012 mentions that GOOG was tinkering with semantic search as a way of staying ahead the competition (BING)....there is a lot more to this patents than people think

Has anyone done any DD into MSFT patents? Is MSFT receiving revenue from patents held? I'm thinking it is possible the patents assigned to VRNG could be generating income for MSFT and now VRNG will receive those funds...just a thought.

Added today. This is a classic 10 bagger. Actually, I think this company will be bought out by one of the their competitors. IMSC's technological advantage will cost the competition clients. I can realistically see a bidding war...in time and once IMSC begins to win contracts.

Question...I've been away for a couple of days. Wasn't Goog supposed to answer to VRNG brief today April 18th? Has HJJ answered on GOOG request for extension to respond? Can someone please update me? Thanks in advance.

You are the only person I see posting what I believe is very good information. One of the top 4 distributors visited IMSC's offices and is evaluating their product. All the whining I see is dumbing down this board. This was a very good CC...for those that don't need things to be spelled out for them.

At least 6 tender offers== sales. The only approved vendor under 2012 standards== even more sales <<--huge sales. Anyone with a time horizon expanding 4-5 months will be making $$$

Buffalo, I don't think institutions are missing anything. They are waiting to see the proof, meaning SALES. IMSC needs to prove they have a product they can sell. My point is that with this company one needs to be patient. IMSC has huge potential and I am willing to wait and not watch the share price minute by minute. I'm not expecting any major announcements for at least 2-3 months...but when they do come in, this stock will run hard and I don't want to be out and have to chase the SP.

Buffalo as to Quote #1 you're comparing apples to oranges...two different companies 2011-2013. At $1.15 this company presents very little risk compared to the upside. The company recently announced a sale of close to $600k to the US government. You are in denial if you don't think more sales are coming...Time is $$$ so if you don't think this company has any potential, why do you waste your precious time on this board instead of researching other companies that would provide you a better opportunity to make a profit...don't understand ????

As to Quote #2 Your lack of understanding of how global companies select ANY piece of equipment that requires a large outlay of cash says it all. I worked for a Fortune 500 company for many years and to place a purchase of 50 copy machines would take approx 1 1/2 months after reviewing and evaluating the characteristics of the machines and going through the appropriate channels.

Sales are coming. IMSC has the best equipment available in the world. In the words of TSA, it is the best they have ever seen. However, shippers first need to evaluate the product, test it, get it approved for purchase by senior management, etc. That process may take at least 2-3 months, but if the QS-b220 is the fastest and most reliable piece of equipment in explosives detection today I am sure companies like Fed Ex, UPS, DHL will eventually place the big orders. You make money when you buy low. A couple of years from now a lot of people will be looking back and wish they had held on to this stock.

Very good news for VRNG. The PTO won't consider 3 of 4 Google arguments in reference to the 664 patent.
