Speculation on the jump today?
We may actually get a proposal and ring before we're dead :).
We shall soon see.
If he hits the ground running, hopefully there will be news in a few months? Assuming the product is ready.
The new hire will have good connections.
I'm surprised there isn't more selling this morning - people usually freak on that kind of news.
I'm not playing your game.
Why do you post what you post?
No clue, but Destiny is sure not in the news....
I wondered the same thing...
Please share what you learn.
Thanks...looks better than it did last year.
I found it... You have to dig for it if you start at dsny.com.
Link?
Nice close. I hope that is THE LAST TIME we see the .80's. Or sub $1.00 for that matter.
I didn't read that article. Will have to look it up.
And who is Louis B.
Today's question: will it break $1.00?
Or shorts playing games. Hope you are right, but it's too early to tell.
Who cares? We know he knows how to buy shares... Does he know how to sell a product or know how to put someone in charge of selling who does?
I believe you are the basher.
That you are oblivious to this fact is scary...http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Videotape_format_war
This is only one of many... I'm done with this discussion.
. While Betamax was believed to be the superior format in the minds of the public and press (due to excellent marketing by Sony), consumers wanted an affordable VCR (a VHS often cost hundreds of dollars less than a Betamax);[9] Sony believed that having better quality recordings was the key to success, and that consumers would be willing to pay a higher retail price for this, whereas it soon became clear that consumer desire was focused more intently on recording time, lower retail price, compatibility with other machines for sharing (as VHS was becoming the format in the majority of homes), brand loyalty to companies who licensed VHS (RCA, Magnavox, Zenith, Quasar, Mitsubishi, Panasonic, even JVC itself, et al.), and compatibility for easy transfer of information.[10] In addition, Sony, being the first producer to offer their technology, also thought it would establish Betamax as the leading format. This kind of lock-in and path dependence failed for Sony, but succeeded for JVC. For thirty years JVC dominated the home market with their VHS, Super VHS and VHS-Compact formats, and collected billions in royalty payments.[11]
You don't understand the market then. You can look them up - google is pretty handy for that.
It's not mine... People forget it's not always the best tech that gets adopted...
Weren't you at one point on a list to be sued by Destiny?
No you are not the only one...
It won't change until there is some significant change for the company. I don't get why some people expect otherwise.
Yep, I've reached that point.
That's why over 100 years after the automobile was invented we still drive them on gasoline. Technology has been invented to do otherwise. Big companies like Exxon buy out the inventors, etc... and we keep using gasoline.
I'm aware of what they're doing. Hiring someone is not necessarily progress. Hiring someone who will do the job is.
Harking back because the price has. The longer this goes on, the more it becomes a question of if they can make G2 successful rather than when. Insanity is doing the same thing and expecting different results - they are doing the same thing they always have and the results are the same. Aside from a few investors I know personally who rarely or never post and a few I recommended the stock to, I know the background of none of the posters - so I trust very few of them and could care less what they think. I backed off the harking for the most part when they were making the big promises about G2 and SEEMED to be working towards following through on their promises. Doesn't matter what the market SHOULD value the stock at... It's at .90 after 14 years of a soap opera for a reason.... The real issue isn't the technology at this point. I believe it is do they know how to make money? Do they know how to sell what they have? Can they find opportunities to MAKE MONEY? PlayMPE started to be developed 9 years ago with the help of Universal. Worldwide contracts and here we are at .90. G2 was initially promised Dec of 2012... You know the rest.
I just hope they are hiring people who want to work and not someone like Ernst who was looking for a free ride. It still baffles me that he was ever on the payroll.
Blue Sky what do you think of being in the .80's again? Assuming you are still here...
Typically in the past, silence is not golden with them. It usually means they have no good news and aren't talking about the bad.
What reason is there to think there is any deal?
The shorts are running the show as much now as they ever have.
It's a valid question... Must have struck a nerve for you.
