Quote: Is asking a common sense question what you mean by hijacking the board?
The last question is rhetorical.

Any confrontation with reality (facts) is not appreciated here. The wheels are beginning to wobble on this whole treasure hunting ordeal as I see it. Two sites no treasure. An awful lot of talk and no results. Like I already said, facts talk and bull shit walks.
Quote: How can a company proclaim to have……
the Industry Leading Recovery Process as well as game changing technology and there be skeptics supposedly controlling the message board?
Could it be because the last recovery they made back in late 2020 led to work being suspended because they recovered items without permission?
Or that they’ve been working targets produced by the “game changing technology” for 2 years and come up dry?
It’s just a message board, right?
Or is it more than that?

Time to face bottom line facts;
Facts talk and bull shit walks. It's obvious there are nervous people posting here.
The show up or shut up time is here. (Actually way past due)
Quote: So you’re trying to convey that as soon as they can dig at Juno…….BOOM, they will quickly bring up treasure, as in just a few days?
It won’t be years like it has been at Melbourne, will it?
TIA

They must certainly realize that when its a green light go for digging, the jigs up. No treasure and clear conformation of what a dud the Timmy Toy really is. A cosmetic carrot dangler.

Pump the ole B.S. gas into that SFRX hot air balloon and naturally it will rise. Has nothing to do with finding treasure. Never has and likely never will. Balloon rides which is what this company does best.
Quote: I love how (re)Peter talks about Spain’s……
cultural heritage that SFRX is going to bring up.
He’s not too bright when it comes to salvage law, which makes him a real good fit with these clowns.
In case you missed it. They’ve turned decades into days, but this is a few months old now. But don’t mind that little fact.
_____________________________________
What I find so astounding is these are the people have never found a shipwreck, never salvaged a shipwreck and, of course, have never found treasure. People like Mel Fisher of 'Atocha' fame, Bob Marx of 'Maravilla' fame, Burt Webber of 'Concepcion' fame, in spite of finding these classic treasure galleons, they just didn't know how to do it. But hey, give SFRX a break as they're admitting they aren't treasure hunters (verifiably so) but a high tec. company who invent a cosmetically pretty toy that can't find crap. How impressive.
OMG, it just gets better and better…….
__________________________________
Oh indeed it does, doesn't it?
Creative media done right does wonders. Takes the turd and turns it into a candy bar. All about a very pretty toy which has proven zero performance. This man has obviously never done a successful remote sensing survey or actually proofed targets. No shipwreck, no treasure but the happy-go-lucky CEO says there are BILLIONS there. What a show. Great entertainment.
Quote: They now claim in a couple of days the Toy will let them know if there’s treasure there, but they’ve been diving on the Toy’s targets for 2 years.
The amount of time HTQ spent prior to SFRX’s arrival, along with the few trinkets HTQ found should have been a red flag.
Good luck as the Melbourne project enters it’s 24th season.
___________________________________________________
Truly pathetic.
That any sensible person would take these people to be serious.
Quote: Wow, the fresh insights into SFRX are mind blowing. How does one do it without sounding like you're beating a dead horse or constantly playing a broken record? Go figure.
_____________________________________________________
No insight necessary, just simply looking at the FACTS. Historically right on up to this date, the company is a flat out failure. No performance. No production. All talk; wanna be, gonna be presented with such snow job sophistication. What a joke.
Quote: Mad Max claimed that after a couple of…..
days of scanning, the Toy can tell you if something is there or not.
They’ve been diving the Toy’s target for at least two years.
Listen around the 2:50 mark.

It's all just too incredible. A class clown show if there ever was one.The see all know all Timmy Toy that apparently does not see all know all. The dangling carrot.
Quote: FWIW, when an entity has been on a project for over a decade with little to show for it, it’s not something to tout as SFRX did. It should have been a red flag.
_____________________________________________________
This is the longest running sea going clown show inn the history of the treasure hunting business. A complete non-producing failure. With little doubt the Timmy Toy dangling carrot is the only thing keeping them alive. Thats not saying much considering its performance record.
Quote: If someone doesn't own sfrx shares, then I guess they won't be able to dance at the party! Jmo
Bullish

Probably not but I'd bet they can pay for hot air balloon rides.
Quote: The Baer says the Timmy Toy is still……
being tested.
Hmmm
He went back to measure the cannon which had already been measured.
Funniest one yet….by far!
I love it when we’re being told how to find gold by a company that’s never found gold.
_________________________________________________
I respect Baer but I'm really surprised by what he said. He knows very well that the academic archaeological community frowns on anything to do with treasure hunting and motive of going for the gold. But look at it this way. With the old juke boxes you put in a quarter pushed the buttons and it played the tune. These contract archaeologists are no different.
As you said, these people have never found gold, or silver for that matter. It's been a clown show from the beginning and continues to be the same. Hot air balloon profits is what its all about.
Quote: Thanks for going above and beyond with your reactions. The ballast pile lives on.
_______________________________________________________
"The ballast pile lives on" Yes indeed. Ones with cannons, anchors and treasure of which the Juno site is devoid.
Nevertheless it still serves its purpose as a 'dangling carrot' for ignorant stockholders and unsuspecting investors.
Quote: Thanks shift. Always appreciate your input. And thanks to our experts for being triggered by the mention of the ballast pile. You did not disappoint.
_____________________________________________________
I had no intention to disappoint. You just aren't appreciative of factual answers.
Quote:The Toy is really putting them on treasure, eh?
__________________________________________
The ballast pile is a joke as is the toy.
In fifteen years and counting, this company has done nothing original. They launch the company on Juno wreck fairy tale probabilities even though this site was thoroughly explored many times by renowned professionals before with zero results.
The same applies to the long running fiasco at Melbourne. Here again not their creation but only piggy backing on what Heartland had done previously. Identifying a FLOTSAM scatter trail.
If this was a serious professional treasure hunting company, via archival research, in fifteen years they should have been able to develop some serious projects. They didn't. Nevertheless they sure do know how to milk the cow not to mention the never ending hot air balloon rides for which they excel.
Quote: Whatever happened to the rants about the ballast pile? I say we bring back the ballast pile! Discuss.
_______________________________
By all means lets bring back discussion of the ballast pile., A large ballast pile but devoid of any cannons. Based upon its size this would have been a vessel carrying at least 40 to 60 guns and six to perhaps eight anchors. So NO CANNONS, NO TREASURE, NO ANCHORS BUT ONE. So even to an amateur couch potato treasure hunter the facts should be evident. This ship was stripped before it sank. I posted this scenario before. So your expertise comments on the ballast pile.
Any word on if the Corp of Engineers permit has been issued yet?
________________________________________
So this is only secondary because the Timmy Toy has already pinpointed and identified all those tons of gold and silver. Right?
The poker game of show and tell is just about coming to its conclusion. Besides on going eminent failure whats next? Seashell collecting?
Quote: While you were gone, Mel Fisher's Treasures.....

I'm back After the holidays. It was actually a relief to get away from monitoring this clown show. This woman undoubtedly has never been part of finding or working an actual shipwreck. Woopee. Isn't it incredible how a company like this, a total failure in its objectives, for pushing now towards two decades continues to run solely on hot air. Putting it in a different term - speculative bullshit.
Quote: I for one have never said I know SeaSearcher works. Unlike our armchair technologists who have judged SeaSearcher a failure because, you know, experts, I will know it works when precious metals identified by SeaSearchers have been brought on deck and confirmed. I believe it works because I've been told that by the man who invented SeaSearcher who has a history of success developing and marketing products using geolocation and digital signal processing technology that apparently our armchair technologists seem to think have no application in locating treasure in the ocean. Go figure. In any event, I feel there is a positive development coming ASAP.
__________________________________________________
As my feet have been on many a deck and I have been with discovery teams plus dove, excavated and recovered treasure with one of the best in the business.
As you continue to flaunt this man's credentials, it may be impressive to the unknowing but to me, in this domain, he's not impressive at all. Anyone who has supposedly designed a working technology the likes of what this is claimed to do but lacks the knowledge and common sense to do simulation tests on a Spanish colonial period shipwreck site flunks the grade. There's no excuse other than not wanting this to occur thus exposing the toy's inability to do what its said to be able to do. Performance and results tells all.
Quote: How is it all these insiders KNOW IT WORKS, but can’t explain how they know?

The Simon Says game.
Like you've said, not even a 'trinket' of proof.
The hot air balloon works wonders for this company.
Those runs were based on pure bullshit.

As is everything this company does. Anyone in doubt? Just look at the track record. It's all talk. No substance. No performance. No achievement. Credit where credit is due but there's nothing due here.

That for which they're now so famous. The old smoke pipe up ones 'ars'. What else are they going to say at this point in time, that it doesn't work.
I'm starting to get a great view coming up from the so called hot air balloon in your words! Don't worry I'll buy you a pitty beer!! Jmo

By appearances, perhaps that may be the CEO's nickname.
Quote: OMG you’re gonna loves this. $15B valuation…..
explained.
_______________________________
So that's where the 15B valuation came from. Absolutely incredible bullshit speculation.
Don't know the name of the ship. Don't know the nationality. Don't know when it sank, and of course no treasure registry. All based on fairy tale speculation in a sit down with the Fisher's. Are you aware of the fact that in any serious studies based on Atocha marketing verifications; auctions, treasure tour marketing and private sales, the probable amount definitely falls under one hundred to one hundred fifty million. I just loved the statement 'Fisher somewhat famous'.
The numbers this CEO yarn spinner is throwing around is unsubstantiated 'bait' and down right borders on fraud. I can see his way out of that is 'Well that's what the Fisher's said'. What a crock.
Quote: Maybe he meant the academic world, but…..
the business model they’ve put forward isn’t feasible. Nor does it/will it impress the academic world.
They virtue signal to the academics yet claim 2 wrecks may have $19B in treasure.
They put out YouTube videos with BILLION$ in the thumbnail, but if they recovered it they say they wouldn’t sell any.
The crap they come up with is beyond absurd.
_______________________________________
Short and to the point. Academics loathe treasure hunters as do most governments, especially Spain. This company is no imposing threat to either in so much that they don't know how to find shipwrecks, have never found one, never worked one, and have never recovered anything worthy of mention in over fifteen years. Pathetic.
Quote: Kyle is clueless if he thinks the……
scientific world and the treasure hunting world are worlds apart.
_____________________________________
Clueless indeed. How correct your statement is .....'worlds apart from the treasure hunting world'. Totally (intentionally) ignoring the existence of 3D sub-bottom profilers and side scan sonar. Totally ignoring advanced marine magnetometers. Totally ignoring marine ferrous non-ferrous metal detectors - diver and from the surface operated. All of these remote sensing instrumentations are what have FOUND shipwrecks and treasure while his toy hasn't found jack crap. Only the unknowing would believe such a statement as he made.
Quote: The industry is shaking in its boots…….

Another load of horse shit for the unknowing.
Quote: I shared this elsewhere. A certain affiliate…….
is trying to suggest it’s STUPID to say a fully reporting company would have to disclose finding billion$ in a timely manner and could just wait until they could retrieve it all.
______________________________________________________-
Thats pure horse shit. I know what the diving and treasure hunters community is all about. The news would be all over the place. Watching the pattern of disclosure of this company clearly indicates they're desperate to show and announce anything. Their total lack of success rather spells this out.
Quote: They tout when they have nothing to……
tout. Kyle claimed years ago the Toy gave them 100’s of new targets. So what are these targets if it sees all and knows all?
_____________________________________
Its all a hot air balloon ride. No performance no achievement. I'm inclined to believe the cheerleading squad posting here are also aware of it but certainly won't admit it. After all this time they just can't be this naive.
Quote: If it only takes a single day to scan……..
a site, where’s the data? And if the data shows they’ve have located treasure isn’t that a material event that requires disclosure?
____________________________________
The answers simple. They have nothing to show. They never do.
Quote: I guess it only takes a single day…….
_____________________________________
Notice how the cheerleading squad here prefers to ignore that just like they ignore the fact that the 1715 'Concepcion' was armed with 32 iron cannon. If the wreck had been there in their Melbourne area, the magnetometer survey would have detected them (even one) in a flash. The 'just-you-wait- and-see' Timmy Toy is what pipes the hot air into the SFRX balloon for now even though it's never found anything worthy of mention. Oh, but just you wait and see.
Quote: Up 20% in a day!!!! Any idea what that means to actual shareholders? Yep that's right moving higher. Of course it means nothing to none shareholders! I'll make sure to wave from the ship SFRX as it sails to those left standing on the dock! Lolo jmo

Topic for the next episode? No R/S……

Government grant?
They made the Florida Master List for a partial wreck find?
