I shorted to .005 a month ago and that day has arrived. Thanks BBDA. Ya hoo!
Glad to help out!
I bought this a few days ago. Huge mistake. Took a loss. And I am not coming back. See ya MEXP. I left two messages on here about the same thing. I have been looking at Ihub for while and now I can see my actual trade today as the only one made. LOL. Anyhoo. I am just an average investor buying a little here and selling a little there. I bought this waiting for something to happen, but I would rather get back into the bluechips and leave these pinks alone. Good Luck to you pinkies. Too much BS for me. So if this trade today looked like any kind of manipulation, IT WAS. I got screwed!
It was I. Sold all 4 million in one fell swoop at .0001 and what a bargain! I paid .0002 for all 4 million! I only lost half! Thanks MEXP! Another average day in pinky land. Buyer Beware. Maybe the buyers of the .0001's can get rich at some point when this diluted garbage bag gets thrown in the landfill.
At first I thought this was a P&D. Then I watched all of the videos. Read all of the financials. Looked at all the charts. Went by the factory. Not in, just by. This interview BW did today displays a legitimate open focus that BW is putting this WalMart launch in the spotlight. The stock jumped from 675K value to just under 40 mil in 2 months.
The promos were ran at the same time and I don't see this as any P&D anymore. If that was what was intended then it failed. People are drinking this and recommending to their friends. More distributors are on board now and more coming. He is actively making more product and landing solid aisle spots in Walmarts. He is doing his own promos via live displays and pending commercials due out later. He hasn't lied about anything that I can find.
So far this all looks great for the longs. I had talked about shorting this, but that would be a big loser. It might take another year to shake off all the real shorts out there, but as the buys level out and this continues to move laterally, the flippers won't want it anymore. Then there will be only long term interests involved.
Then an audit. Then quarterlies, then actual results and real expansion. All that has to happen now is sales. Nothing is done unless something is sold. So tell your friends to ask for it. Go out and buy a bunch of it from your local stores and keep asking for it. This is how vitamin water, red bull, and monster got started. The same way. People have already made tens of thousands off this thing.
Personally I would love to see the price drop on the pps just so I could buy as much as I could. Call me all the names you want but if it did drop to .0009, I would scoop up every share that was out there.
After listening to the latest interview with BW:
He doesn't want the pps to go too high because he wants a buyback. He did say that he is buying back the shares, but that an audit might cause the pps to double and end up costing him more to buy back. So no audit because the company is doing so well that he won't be able to afford the buyback. Why buy back then? Do an audit, reveal the awesome numbers that he is claiming, let the stock shoot to the moon, and own a business that is worth hundreds of millions in share value (which is only 30% of the company).
He is shooting for KU to be in every walmart, walgreens, cefco, rite aid, etc. In the world. He has been working on it for years now and nothing is stopping him.
Value of the outstanding shares went from 675K to 40 mil in 2 months because of walmart deal and promos. That is one hell of a jump! The fact that it is still over 29 mil after one month on the top is because of the buying that is still taking place and nothing else. Share value is staying steady even after a drop to .007 from .019. Even though I wish I was in on the ride from .0003 to .019, you gotta wonder where it is headed? Who bought at .0003? And then who would buy at .013? Good stuff
Assuming that is correct, then in a little while, say 6 months, I'll wait to see some financials and then read about Koma going in more stores and then I will read the audit results the company puts out.
Then if the news is good and makes sense I'll invest some more cash in this. If the income is so good and the company is on the way upwards and into the universe, then BW shouldn't care what the pink stock holders think. You don't see Warren Buffett in IHUB refuting rumors that Fruit of The Loom is being undercut by Starter. Let's say the stock holders vanish and the stock plummets to nothing. Who is screwed? Not BW. Someone must need this stock price as high as it can get. Maybe he offered stock options to the managers at WalMart, CEFCO, and EZshops.
At any rate he wants the stock holders to buy and stay in the game. He won't get an audit and he won't release income figures prior to the next quarter release, so he releases a stockholder reassuring statement.
I like Brian Weber and his company and I would LOVE LOVE LOVE to see this thing fly to the moon. Only because its freaking awesome if it does. To have found a company like this in its infancy starting to gain traction and heading into multi million dollar land is pretty darn exciting.
Unfortunately losing my investment would not be exciting so BW, please release some sales figures soon. Thanks
Whatever happens this has been a fun ride!
Some happy Koma drinkers:
Happy Koma Drinkers
Any plants in here? Anyone in reposting under numerous fake aliases to pump it up? What was that 16 year old's name that used social networking to hype stocks for an almost 1 mil gain??????
In most company reports there are things that could adversely affect the company's future and here are is the biggest one that any supplement drink will have to contend with:
http://www.nutritionaloutlook.com/article/fda-and-energy-drinks-6-9872
http://www.fool.com/investing/general/2012/08/14/7-products-concepts-and-ideas-that-wont-exist-by.aspx
In case you don't want to click on links in a post, these refer to cases where the FDA is organizing to start targeting energy/supplement drinks and how one small unknown investor advisor board (Motley Fool) is saying that by 2025 all energy drinks will be gone from the stores. It's just an opinion, but it makes sense if you don't think about it.
The dilution of the shares, the history of the company, the small quarterly report revenues, the promos that ended at about the same time the stock recently peaked. I found this company on this website and started my digging from there.
I arrived at the same conclusion as you. So you are not a basher or a Debbie Downer. I already lost some money on this company and I had hoped like hell that I had found a diamond in the rough, but from what I am seeing, the PPS is going back down to where it is more affordable to be bought back. 2.5 billion shares is A LOT of shares even for a penny stock, but certainly for a company that is touting global operations, national distribution to Wal-Marts etc.
The numbers just don't add up. What is amazing is all the buying that is going on and the institutional ownership. Someone thinks there are great things coming here. Provided that the CEO issues no more shares as he has said he wont, then he only has three options: Wait everyone out and drive down the price of the shares or build a genuine brand and sell it for X times earnings to cover the shares and make a profit, or lastly bring in revenues of tens of millions to afford the already inflated PPS to buy them all back and move on.
There is no point in a buyback. Just do a small reverse split to bring normal share counts into the picture and then set yourself up to get on the big boards after a legitimate audit. Even if there is a buyback, that wont stop him from issuing millions more shares of stock again as he has done many times already.
Try explaining this to someone who has already planned out there glorious billionaire retirement by buying all the BBDA they could get their hands on. Then you would just be wasting your time. For those of us who only care about facts and numbers void of emotion towards a CEO or a company (and maybe this is just me) I need more proof in the pudding before I do anymore buying. And I don't see any risk in waiting. I don't believe there will be no more shares left because of a buyback. It just doesn't fit with this company's history.
StockPromoters.com has the list of the different companies that promoted this stock. It has been promoted off and on over the past couple of years, but especially in August of this year when coincidentally, it spiked. Probably not a coincidence at all.
Insider trading would be if you were to get a suggestion to buy the stock at a certain price and then sell it at a certain price from someone at the company and then you took action on it and made money manipulating the stock.
Having access to some revenue that the company produces is not insider trading, it is breaking news that you got first. Even then, you would need to make a lot of money doing it or do it repeatedly to attract any attention.
If I saw 20 new trucks roll in there one day and load out 300 skids of product whereas they usually only move one truck a day, its not insider trading to then go out and buy more stock. It's the same as if you did get an alert from BW stating that they just receieved a check for 1 mil from Wal-Mart. That has NOTHING to do with stock manipulation or insider trading. It is DD.
Well it was promoted until the stock topped out and now it is falling. That is a fact. It will depend on the sales as to whether or not the product takes off, but in here you will find the blind leading the blind. As far as DD goes, the only info we have has been provided by the CEO and the stock has done well since June so if you like a gamble then dive in. If you want to see solid numbers then wait until the next quarter report.
Stock Promos ran out on 8/17

I would have shorted from .017 :(
Shorting it down to .0005
No proof of any connection with Jared so that photo is meaningless, but the share dilution is obvious. Doesn't mean disaster ahead necessarily, but a cause for concern.
I love that when the day is a down day, everyone is running for the doors and shutting down anyone who has a critical question about the company.
Links to possible deals are meaningless unless you are selling the company. What I think is also irrelevant so no point in name calling (fool).
Emotions don't play in investing, facts do, and so far all I see are models holding drinks, links to possible deals, old commercials, an old music video, and no solid deals with anyone yet. All I see are pictures of pallets of product in the aisle of Wal-Mart.
Honestly, this wishful thinking forum does nothing to prove anything except help people feel better about investing in this company or provide a place to vent when it goes south, as it has been doing lately.
I don't care to cast a negative light on this company, I am only seeking current news about earnings that maybe I haven't seen yet. So cough em' up!
Oh and there is a video online of some potheads drinking Koma and then uncontrollably yawning followed by sleep ten minutes later. LOL! That was good!
Thanks for the numbers. Waiting like everyone else in here for more news. Share buyback, company buyout, no more dilution, possible millions in sales through Wal-mart, Cefco, Philadelphia, and Northern California. All exciting stuff!
2.25 billion shares should max out at 23 to 30 times earnings at maybe .055/share max price for BBDA. That is where it should be headed IF the current strategy pays off.
Sounds good to me!
Going global? Really? Well that is all I need to hear. A commenter on the Ihub forum says it's going global. I am no fool! I am going all in. I am taking out a second mortgage on the house and going all in! Thanks Dowjones5704! Now I can retire. Whew! I was almost a fool! You saved me. Thanks again!
p.s. NOT!
I hope it goes global, but lets see some actual proof first. And when/if it does, then I may invest some more into BBDA.
As I already requested from Olaf, where is the proof that this Jared guy is in anyway affiliated with BBDA? I never recieved a reply from Olaf.
The only thing I have seen is a picture of Jared holding a can of Koma. I could probably get OJ Simpson to hold a can for a photo op. What is the point? Is there any other connection besides a photo of the guy holding the can?
Realistic max market cap/PPS. Any guesses?
$10 mil for 1 bil shares at .01? Why would he buy back the stock at that price? They would have to have solid sales of millions a year to do that, not the 350K/ quarter that they are bringing in. The only chance this has is a buyout by MNST, KO, or Pepsico.
A buy back can only make sense if the product is going national and if that happens, BBDA won't be buying any 2.5 billion shares for .01 cents or more because they don't have the cash. It will have to be borrowed or supplied by the buyer of the company.
Also, you can't do ANY DD on this company because they aren't releasing current accurate figures. All you can do is take Brian Weber's word for it. It is the same with many public companies, but since this one is a pink sheet penny stock, there are far less regulations.
There are only 2 plays on this stock that make sense: Buy low and sell high every day or buy low and hold long hoping that one day maybe you might be rewarded. You shouldn't bet your house on it either way. The boat from .0001 to .019 left a few months ago so now it is just a waiting game.
Its only money. Just fork it over! I mean, there are stickies and everything! Look, I have paid millions of hundedths of a cent for really good rumors before and these babies are whoppers! Whopper rumors! Now I am hungry for a whopper. Later!
Any hints as to why 600+ million in volume today? Is this company doing anything? It looks like a good one to watch. Are they announcing a sale on gold or something?
Oh well, since Brian isn't available, I guess Brianna will do. Interesting that Brianna is just Brian with the two letters "na" after it. Hmmmm. Now I am going ALL IN, and I hear there is a commercial coming!
I am going double ALL IN! I think I heard that my neighbor's hairdresser's best friend's landscaper who works for Harrison Ford's cousin's girlfriend's dog walker is buying 50 million shares. I am going triple ALL IN! No need to read any charts or anything. Don't wait for the financials to come out or anything silly like that. Just dump it all in there, because a commercial is coming out soon!
When is the next email from Brian? I want to know if I will be rich or not. What day will it be? I can't move until I get an email from Brian. Where is it? I need an email from Brian. Can someone get me an email from Brian?
What do I do now? I haven't recieved an email yet. Is the company tanking? I am sure he would say if it was tanking. It would go something like this:
"This is Brian Weber and I am announcing today that everyone should sell all of their shares as the company is tanking. Thank you, and have a nice one!"
Otherwise I will just read the charts and do some actual research. Unless I get an email from Brian.
You can't bring a successful lawsuit for slander against someone for giving their opinion and real investors don't invest based on opinions in some on-line forum. If they do, they aren't investors for long because they will be broke.
Here is what is important. The sales numbers, the financials, the company's actual position.
This is actually fun watching all the panic in here. Come on! If you can't afford it, don't do it! I stand to lose nothing that means anything to me on this investment so if it tanks I couldn't care less.
The product sells and the company makes money regardless of what some person thinks in an internet forum. Do you really think that the person who is walking through Wal-Mart is logging into Ihub to check the status of a product that they see on the sales floor? REALLY? No, no one does that.
Lets just say that I started a forum in here and started bashing Microsoft. Guess what? No one cares. It will impact the stock not at all.
It's about the numbers, not the banter. The venting in here is amusing! Don't bet what you can't lose. The stress alone will shorten your life by decades.
So you guys want to keep disputing these facts eh? Ok well if so many shares had not been issued in the first place then manipulation could not occur because the share price would not have been .0001
The folks at BBDA and Wall Street Branding know exactly what they are doing. Simple. You don't want market manipulation? Don't issue 2.5 billion shares at .0001/ share. I mean, would you? The big companies that are regulated by the SEC don't do that unless they are Facebook and they are worth billions already.
So BBDA is going to the moon right? So don't sell then. All of you large volume traders just hang on to it then. Why isn't that happening? I mean, would you sell all of your Apple stock? No. Look at Budweiser. That thing has done over 100,000% since the 1970's.
That is the problem with ALL penny stocks. Market manipulation. That doesn't mean that BBDA has a bad product and it doesn't mean that the stock is worth anything either, but what the manipulation of this stock does mean is that the stock is not a representative real value of the company. It is a trumped up value created by the people who are strategically moving millions of shares of the stuff day in and day out.
IF this does play out over the next few years and IF Brian Weber make sit work and IF the company actually rewards its shareholders, then you, the investor, WINS! There are a lot of IFS in that sentence. So it is impossible to do 100% DD here without the accurate financials and accurate share count, but if you want to mess around with a potential winner, this is a good one to mess around with.
The people who are in a panic are the ones who are desperately relying on this stock for whatever reason. It's just a stock, don't go overboard. Geez!
That is not something that a CEO would want to be. Sloppy and lazy. At least a proofreader cleaned it up for him. LOL
There is the actual post on his site. Makes more sense. Thanks
What is with the misspellings? Is this bullsh!p? All of this "news" coming out while the stock drops is pointless. It doesn't matter and ths proves nothing. Who would read this and buy more or sell? Meaningless.......
Exactly right about trusting no one! I just read all the fear mongers and haters followed by the pie in the sky "this stock is going to the moon" folks and it reads like a wall of wishful thinking instead of insightful investment banter.
Call me a jerk, but I don't want to read "yay its up" or "bummer its down" followed by "you should invest in *$ instead" That is not what this forum is for.
Hence the Notice of warning to Terms of Service violators at the top of this BB.
I will celebrate this company when and if it gets into the $2.00 range. Until then, its just another investment. If it wins, then thanks to BW. If it fails, then on to another investment. No hard feelings and no worries over lost revenue because the money is for just this, investing. I have spent more money on a night out at a club than on a million shares of this company.
I am a new investor having only started a couple of years ago, but I know what a good company is and what a bad company is. So far I give BBDA an A+ for lasting this long and making it into the big stores with a celebrity endorsement.
I would not be surprised if some celebrities were invested in this company and also want to see it succeed. Once again, just my opinion and I am just another nameless, faceless internet investor. I have nothing to back that up with. Take that for what it's worth.
:)
Yeah and there is NO POINT in reading people's uneducated opinions about where they think this stock is going. No one knows. And if you are reading posts in here and deciding to spend your hard earned money on it because ten people in here think you should and based on that alone, you buy it, then they deserve to lose it in my opinion.
I am holding mine on this unless something really really bad happens, but that is just me.
Good Luck!
I would like to know that also. My guess was that is close to the distribution center, but that is only a guess.
The only information that anyone who reads this board should be paying attention to is just that, information. In particular, information about this stock. Things like, outstanding shares, share prices, new developments, actual facts about the company, and so on.
The fear and speculation is pointless. Read the charts, dig up the info and ignore all of the people spreading fear or even excitement. That is all just noise. This is investing or trading, not the lunchroom at high school.
I don't give a hoot what anyone in here has to say and neither should you, unless it is a link to a news story that is factual and can be proven, go stuff it in someone else's ear hole.
Do some research, buy it, sell it, whatever, but don't listen to anyone telling you how long to hold it, when to sell it, and when to buy it. It seems as if this company has some people in this forum wanting it to fail and some wanting it to succeed.
You don't know anyone in here or what their motives are. Like me. Who am I? Why am I posting this? You don't know. Why listen to the noise? Don't get caught up in it. Go to BBDA's website. Read their charts. Read their financials. Search the internet for other people who have used their products. Call the stores where it is selling. Put the factory's address in Google Maps and look at a satellite image of it. Watch all of the videos that are out there.
Send an email to the company. Call the company. Go to the company. Buy the products and try them. Talk to the people who work there. Look at the stock prices and make an educated guess as to whether you believe in what the company does.
It's called Due Diligence (DD) and it is a requirement for people buying a share of a company. Just ask Warren Buffet. He researched all 27,000 stocks when he first got started. Like I said, I bought it and I am not touching it for at least a year. Then next year. We'll see what happens, but this is money that I can afford to lose. I put it on a good company and I am letting it ride.
