He doesn't want the pps to go too high because he wants a buyback. He did say that he is buying back the shares, but that an audit might cause the pps to double and end up costing him more to buy back. So no audit because the company is doing so well that he won't be able to afford the buyback. Why buy back then? Do an audit, reveal the awesome numbers that he is claiming, let the stock shoot to the moon, and own a business that is worth hundreds of millions in share value (which is only 30% of the company).
He is shooting for KU to be in every walmart, walgreens, cefco, rite aid, etc. In the world. He has been working on it for years now and nothing is stopping him.
