As a neutral investor (don't own, maybe plan to buy) I think if a deal would be imminent the printscreen should show otherwise. Meaning buys instead of sell. Notice, in 4 years there has been only 1 puchase: 1000 shares bought by Lebby (Ouch) (https://www.secform4.com/insider-trading/1325964.htm)

I have a question for the people who thinks that this is going the wrong direction: Why are Vangard and Blackrock increasing their stake in LWLG (see: https://www.secform4.com/13dg-history/1325964.html)? They both hold more then 7% of all outstanding shares of the Co. Don't you think those guys do their homework? Just asking. I'm not a shareholder but maybe soon.

Angelo, in normal trding you win ALWAYS more when you hold for the long if expectations are good. I've done it some years, but then changed my course because of frustration! Must say, it became much brighter. hold a part long and flipped with the other part. As for today I almost increased my position by 45%, just by flipping. If I knew before, i would have much much more! Missed the alltime high sell and hold. Won't happen again with this stock!
But i must fully agre with you that in normal circumstances this would not happen.
Honestly, i'm not frustrated anymore, but maybe dissappointed because of the slow process.

Sue FDA! Because this can have impact on trading! We all should do that too! If it was opposite you could be in trouble.(i.e. i Send a rumor out and a lot of people sell. When they know the false rumor is mine i think SEC would surely contact me)

MNK has been sued lately (100 mlln), for drug pricing. They settled, ok, but that doesn't mean that trust has come back. It will take a lot for getting back the trust of drugprescribers. That can/will/maybe (hope not of course) have pressure on f.e. Seroquel. We will see. Just my opinion.
