imo. buying a retail operation like fmm as we're heading headlong into a recession would be irresponsible at best. hell walmart just announced the closing og almost 300 stores, consumers are tapped out. sporting goods???

IMO. Nothing requarding a M/A will happen till this stock market correction has come full turn and could be massive.

Perhaps the BOD is waiting for the fed to make up its mind on raising interest rates and /or waiting for the big correction thats predicted by so many so called experts?

Can/is mr. kareems case holding up finalization of this case and escrow distribution? I ask this because it sounds like he is using the the same stratiegy as a ptoperty investor in my neighborhood who has five houses he has hasn-t made a payment on in five years, collecting rent in the meantime.
I believe he is demanding clear title from lender which they havent been able to produce. could be an origional wame loan , not sure but sounds possible.

Major I agree, It was ludicrous to uplist this stock with no m/a, no earnings ,no announcement of any kind. Hopefully something will be forthcoming . Otherwise there is ZERO reason for the investing public to have any interest in WMIH.
