Good to hear they have postponed the RS for a while. Gives us a little breathing room while ST3 finds(hopefully) a way to get a stable stream of revenue...because it is not possible to do a successful RS (for the shareholders) without stable revenue to hold up the new share price.

Yes, Ken, you can definitely be screwed even if you bought at .0001. If you have $5000 in this stock you purchased at .0001 and the reverse split happens , The value of your stock stays the same, except you have less shares and the share price is more. However, if the CEO has nothing in place to hold that new share price up, it will fall right back to trips. Guess what that means? You've pretty much lost the entire value of your investment, even if you invested your original $5000 at .0001.

Nothing yet to stabilize and hold the share price.  If this happens , ST3 will once again "sock it to" his share holders in a very bad way.  Something better happen before then, or we are all cooked again.

If this app is to be successful, ST3 has to learn to how to market, and that's something he really needs to improve. The app won't sell itself.  He needs to find a way to get the word out to the masses, or else,  nothing happens.

Looking around Foremans website, but can't see anything new on it. All older stuff. Last fight mentioned was the "Rumble in Humble", which was back in May 2024. If he is doing anything, he hasn't listed it on the website yet. I think he likes his Vume hat because it matches his purple shirt. He wanted to look good for the Super Bowl. :) :)

We need something that will move the share price. Bread crumbs won't do it. We need Steak and eggs. Come on ST3, its 2025 now, and we are still waiting to see all those "Big Deals to the company" you keep talking about. Hard to expect much out of him based on his performance the last few years, but I am still here.....waiting patiently for that next elusive update.

I think you are missing my point. Im simply saying that people are signing up for what apps are available because they are unsure if Tic-tok will be around anymore. If there was a VUME app, and if ST3 would have launched it anytime in the last two years like he said, people would be signing up for it, simply because they are looking for an alternative for Tic-tok. (He even said it was similar to Tic-tok) 3 million people signed up for Rednote in one day because they don't know the future of Tic-tok, and it is there, available for download. Having a working app that was available now would have been a easy opportunity to pick up users effortlessly. I'm not making a comparison between the two. Just the easy opportunity we are missing because the app is simply not available. :)

As ST3 sits in Expert Market, he continues to miss out on a big opportunity to add tons of user downloads with a newly released App.  Anybody with any sense should be able to see this.  ST3 continues to miss deadlines while, Meanwhile, check out what Rednote APP is doing by simply having an app available while this TikTok thing is going on...

As we wait for ST3 to give us an update regarding if he is going to launch VUME soon or not,
other APPS are taking advantage of the fear of the potential Tic-Tock shutdown.

Saw this on the news last night.

Rednote app downloads soar with fear Tic-Tock shutdown.
This could have been a great opportunity for TPTW, VUME, and shareholders, but ST3 is letting it slide by,
by continuing to delay the launch.
Its seems like he has no grasp on business at all.

You are spot on with that Pea. ST3 is great at talking a big game....How great he is doing, how great the technology is, and what a big deal it all is for the company. But he never executes, closes a deal, or meets a deadline. He's been doing this a very long time, and I think the people he deals with are seeing this, and understandably, don't want to get involved. I know it's been a big red flag for me for some time. Even the deals that are supposed to be the sure thing never happen. At this point, If I was a executive from another company, I would never deal with him. JMHO.

Another year gone, and nothing to show for it, except multiple drops to the expert market. ST3 is the only guy I know who talks about up listing a company when he can't even get the share price out of trips, close a deal, or even meet a deadline...

Come on, Mighty, there isn’t any Smart city development going on. Smart city development has faded off into the abyss long ago. Project for Smart City was to “Start immediately” in Tuskegee. 2022. Nothing happened. Frank said “This is the most significant verifiable deal the company has ever done. Financing committed..this deal is signed and sealed. I put my reputation on it. “ Yet, nothing happened. Nothing happened at all.. And for months, ST3 said nothing about this project or gave any updates to shareholders. Pretty typical behavior for him. And guess what? He continues to do the same thing with all his projects. Nothing ever happens, and the proverbial can gets kicked down the road.........

P.S. Should also mention the same thing happened the Ghana Smart City project, and just about everything ST3 has touted in the last 4 1/2 years. Lots of hype, but no results. And all the talk and continued speculation of trying to connect dots between companies, people and TPTW is not going to change that until ST3 pulls his head of the mud. If ever. Sad, but so unfortunately true.

What the dictionary says about "About".

"On the verge of doing something; presently going to do something".
Evidently, ST3 needs to read the dictionary so he knows what it means to about do something. He doesn't seem to understand the word. Unable to execute or meet a deadline to close a deal. But he is great at continuously saying how he is ABOUT to do something.

About never seems to come for him or us. Everything seems to flow over to the following years..... For heavens sake, Frank posted some screen shots of the so called VUME super app 2 years ago when it was supposed ready for launch and said it could do 50 times more than what you saw in his post.....Yet, no launch, and 2 years later.....here we are....still waiting for ST3 to execute something...anything at all.

Kinda puts me in mind when Yukon Cornelius tosses his pick into the air, lifts it from the ground, sniffs it , licks it and then says....."NOTHIN".
We get a lot of that around here....

Summer is over…. 2024 is almost over…and back around the beginning of September, he said this: “We are about to launch VüMe” . And a month and a half later, as usual, it’s Crickets…. Does this have anything at all to do with TPTW, or is this just more speculation to keep people interested? As far as we know, TPTW had their chance with Tekmovil, and allowed the potential deal to expire. Just as they have done with nearly every single project they have touted in the last 4 years. Just look at the facts, Mighty. The share price is at .0001. A 10,000 to 1 RS won’t get this close to NASDAQ. And even if ST3 did do it now (RS), there’s absolutely no revenue to hold the price up. You’d be back in trips in less than a month. And that would be a 99.999999% loss for everyone. It’s all on ST3. The good, the bad, and the ugly.

I doubt more PRs full of more empty promises will do anything for the share price. Most shareholders are very aware of ST3’s performance the last few years. We’ve seen a boat load of PR's over time, but he has been unable to hit a deadline or close a deal that brings in substantial revenue. He has absolutely no business talking about uplist when he cant even keep the stock off the Expert market, or get it out of trips. People see this. And regardless of how much others speculate and continue to try connect dots between people and different companies to keep everyone interested, nothing good will happen until ST3 actually makes good on one of his business deals. Will that day come? Hope so, but he sure needs to generate some steadfast action instead of more cotton candy. JMHO

I wouldn’t put it past him to let it fall to expert again. He has shown everybody here how incredible incompetent he is at running a business. And if he does do an RS without a major project closure, it sure won’t be going to the NASDAQ. It will be a crash and burn. PR after PR, but he cant stick to a deadline, close a deal, or keep a project up and running. Oh, but just wait, the next “Big Deal” for the company is right around the corner. LOL. Well Mighty, we are now at 365 + days, well past the original 120 day time frame ST3 gave for his uplist, (08-10-2023 interview) and share price is in no position for uplist. It’s still in trips, and the stock has dropped to the expert market numerous times. Plus, lots of dilution, IST gone, no Tuskegee, no TekMovil, no substantial revenue, and still no “Super App”. What did ST3 call that elusive thing? The “integration of cutting-edge Adaptive Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Data Stream Learning, revolutionizing Smart City Development and content creation?”  Or for that matter,  “The first of its kind in the Western Hemisphere”, or something that is “similar to WeChat”. Sadly, all hot air up to this point, or not enough cash to launch. No way, currently, this can uplist or RS successfully, but I’m sure ST3 won’t miss the opportunity to puff up his next projected uplist to NASDAQ. Not b—ashing, just stating a few facts. Would be great if he does something. But if he expects something good to happen, he needs to stop talking uplist and actually close a deal that brings in real revenue.
