Maybe you should show my entire post and not just the end….honestly, a valid concern…
“Sure, BOSS was mentioned, but what they really didn't mention, is where you could watch the fight. Why didn't the marketing people for any company put out clear and concise information that these fights could be viewed on VUME? What good is having an APP to watch a fight if they do very little to tell the public it can be viewed on such APP? Someone isn't doing their job... And therefore, we sit at .0006. “
Best to all,

True, yes, not VUME's responsibility to market.....but the other entities should have really done a better job getting word out.
It doesn't matter if everyone is wearing VUME patches if no one is watching, right? I couldn't find a single reference to VUME on these other companies websites, except on a VUME picture button that was a link that went to a facebook page of Forman's, but again, it had no info on viewing the fight on the VUME app. Lets hope someone does something better down the road.

Bingo! Little mention of the VUME App anywhere.....Not even on Roy Formans website page.
It just doesn't look like ST3 Marketed it very well. And I wonder what happened to the "Super App" ? It surely isn't the Super App they've been showcasing for the last couple of years. These are valid questions.

Thanks for the info.
Best to all,

Strange, I’ve been looking over Roy Foreman‘s website, and unless I missed it, there isn’t a mention of the VUME APP in regards to viewing the fight.
Also, the other thing I thought was odd, when viewing the streaming for the weigh in yesterday, the picture only used a small portion of the viewing screen. It was way less than half the size my phones screen. So it was very hard to see. You would need a magnifying glass to see the fight if they’re going to broadcast it this way in the app. Hopefully they open the whole screen up.
Best to all,
WW
Agreed. It’s something, but it’s sure not the super app they showcased and hyped for the last year.

TekMovil has been highly touted ( as was Tuskegee and IST) and there should have been an update at the end of March, but now It’s 03-31 + 28, and not a peep out of ST3. Would like to see something happen, but we all know what usually happens when he goes quiet. Things just fade into the ether, never to be seen or heard from again.
Best to all,
WW
ST3 keeps saying TPTW needs a better “quality” of shareholder. Its quite obvious TPTW needs is a better quality of CEO.
Best to all,
WW
Yep, agreed. So now we’re beta testing again? They were supposedly testing this app months ago. Evidently the previous testing before was another thing that didnt happen. 🤦♀️
Best to all,
WW
Yep, sure would’ve liked to hear some information about the TekMovil negotiations. Another deadline that ends with crickets. Is it still on the table, delayed, or is destine fade away like Tuskegee? ST3 could have easily put in a sentence in that PR to get shareholders abreast of what’s going on. I just keep shaking my head. 🤦♀️
Best to all,
WW
Yes, a very good question indeed!
Best to all,
WW
Yes, that’s for sure. He needs to close some deals before he even starts talking about uplist to NASDAQ. I think most of us here know what happens when you try to uplist before there are any revenue streams in place to hold the price up. Shareholders get destroyed. So ST3 better do something constructive and concrete before that word RS/Uplist comes out of his mouth again.
Best to all,
WW
Was looking for a little Meat and potatoes this week, But looks like we got another one of ST3's famous nothing burgers with a side order of crickets.
Best to all,
WW
Two days until TekMovil deadline date…
Best to all,
WW
Exactly right. Spot on, Sir.
Best to all,
WW
I think what matters most at this time, and what is most important, would be ST3 closing a deal. For anything good to happen, he must close a deal.
Best to all,
WW
Well, once again, he left out the most important part. No launch date on any of these items he continues to tout. He needs to bite the bullet and come up with some hard, fast dates, and stick to them. We need execution, not more hot air.
Best to all,
WW
You are entitled to you opinion, I'd never take that from anyone, but if you would simply see where those links go you posted and read, you would realize that Stockinsider made a mistake the way they identified the MOU between TPTW and Tekmovil and incorrectly labeled the link as TPTW already acquiring Tekmovil, when the deal is most definitely not done. I was simply pointing out it was a mistake that Stockinsider made by accident or on purpose, and most people who follow those links would see that.
Best to all,
WW
You already provided the link. All you have to do is go down there under NEWS where is says “Tekmovil Was acquired by Tpt Global Tech, Inc. for undisclosed amounted.” Click on that, then it takes you to the next page where it says once again say “Tekmovil Was acquired by Tpt Global Tech, Inc. for undisclosed amounted.” and right under that it says “READ FULL ARTICLE”. Click that and it takes you directly to TPTW’s press release regarding the MOU with Tekmovil.
Its simply a bad, very misleading name for the link to the real PR. The acquisition is not complete. Bad Journalism. LOL
Best to all,
WW
Mighty, no offense, but that is very misleading because the Stockinsider labeled their link to the actual TPTW News release regarding the MOU with Tekmovil with the title “Tekmovil Was acquired by Tpt Global Tech, Inc. for undisclosed amount.” It has not actually been acquired. Just a bad choice of title by Stockinsider.
If you actually click that link, and go down to where it says acquisition, it takes you right back to a page where if you click the link, takes you right to the news release for the MOU with Tekmovil and TPTW. And, if you read that news release, you will see that TPTW has until March 31, 2024 to make the final payments to close the deal. If you read further, you will see what ST3 says about this MOU. "Stephen J. Thomas III CEO at TPT Global Tech, stated, "We believe our proposed acquisition is a pivotal step in revolutionizing mobile content engagement.” Note that ST3 says "proposed acquisition". Either a bad choice for title by Stockinsider, or clickbait to get people excited who don’t actually go and read the actual news release. Lets wait and see if ST3 can pull this off before we say its already done. :)
Best to all,
WW
Unfortunately, Yep, at the current price, that's what it would take.
Best to all,
WW
If ST3 does intend to follow thru with his uplist, he really needs to keep getting those PR's out and execute contracts to get the SP up. Because a 1 for 100 number will never accomplish a NASDAQ uplist at the current price. It'll be much, much higher if the SP doesn't move much. Even if it gets to .01, that's still not even close. So hopefully, he is smart enough? to not try uplist if he does not have the proper conditions. Sure wish the guy would be more concerned with closing a deal, any deal, and getting the SP up and stabilized before thinking about uplist. Because, you all know if this does run, there will be a massive sell off.
Best to all,
WW
Looks like they're coming out of the woodwork today.
TPTW is up to 8 on the most read board. 239,665 reads in the last 24 hours.
Best to all,
WW
Yep, kenjiroo. If this runs you better keep your finger on the trigger, because there’s a lot of people that want out. There will be a lot of selling. Most will want out before the RS happens.
Best to all,
WW
Yep Pennysheik, you are correct….99% of the time RS is a killer on the OTC. It has always been my concern that ST3 will try to up list before he has anything in place that could hold the price up. And the price is .0002 right now, So I doubt that 1 for xxxxx number will be small if the price stays this low.
If ST3 is going to get his business moving in regards to PR‘s with foreman and boss, He needs to let them up and running for a while, begin to bring in revenue, and see the share price rise naturally for a while with these changes to the business.
If these changes do indeed hold the share price up and revenue is coming in, then maybe he could try up list. But not before. The results would be very, very bad for everyone if he does this too soon.
He definitely needs to close a deal, and get something happening before he starts talking about up list.
Best to all,
WW
Cant argue with that, Murphydog. ST3 has created some Whoppers in the last few years. Never has the money to follow anything through to the end.
Best to all,
WW
Yep, this PR is once again missing the most important part.
No Mention of a hard, and solid release date for VUME.
And without a product, the rest of this is meaningless.
Best to all,
WW
For sure. Looking at what has actually happened in the past is important. Let’s see what happens.
Best to all,
WW
Thank you. Everyone needs to remember these things.

Whenlambo, the Shaq Bowl was simply a quick spike on the hype generated by a well known personality. Granted, yes, Shaq is pretty much a house hold name. He is still on numerous commercials, long after he retired. But, I was thinking more on the lines of Lamar, who Frank said was completely worthless. But did you notice that the SP could not hold this quick gain?
If you recall, the SP first spiked big back around may/june in 2020 basically by hype created by the "We can produce 800-1200 quick pods a month, a 10 pod walmart deal that never happened, as well as certain people on this site and across social media who continued to preach to unexperienced shareholders, "You should keep buying at .05, .06, .07 and .08 because I am, and Im not selling till it hits a dollar. ".
The Shaq bowl didn't do any thing to make the SP climb more than the first big spike. There were no contracts, nothing to hold up the SP. It fell back quickly, just as the first run. The Shaq bowl and the first run were just quick flashes in the pan that allowed some people to make lots of money. It was a move on hype, optimism, and excitement. People got caught up in the moment. It had nothing to do with company substance. This is the problem…
My point here is we need execution, not just more hype with famous people. or historical figures. There were no contracts signed or completed. Until ST3 finally closes a deal, this stock will simply be a stock were people keep it alive with hype and hope, as they continue to make money on those quick pumps. The share price will never rise and become consistent until a deal closes.
A closed deal has meaning. Deals that never close result in what you see in this stock right now...a stock that sits at .0003. If ST3 gives Foreman something to work with, I have no doubt he may be able to help move things along. He does seem to have a lot more credentials and experience actually in the fields needed. But if there is no VUME or what ever product it may be called.... There is nothing any famous person can do for TPTW. You have to have a working product to start the journey. Hey, I’ll take another flash in the pan if it helps people here make money or get out of a hole, but I would like to see some substance and some SOLID, FINALIZED DEALS.
Best to all,
WW
You are right to stir the pot. A very valid concern as well, at least the way I see it.
Another sports figure that may or not be famous. We had one of those before. (No disrespect to Mr. Foreman. He may be good at what he does)
But here is the way I see it....
Regardless, it still comes down to if ST3 executes and actually finishes a deal or launches a product.
If there is a product, then Foreman may be able to do some good or offer something in his area of expertise that helps.
But, If there is no product, it doesn't matter who is a consultant to grow the product.....you can't improve on something that doesn't exist.
ST3 must still close a deal and execute it before Mr Foreman can do anything to promote it. JMHO
Best to all,
WW
You do realize, that a successful RS and uplist is absolutely not possible without the CEO actually closing a deal that brings in revenue? An RS now , or an uplist attempt would be the end of this journey for every single shareholder. Why? Because there is nothing to hold the price up after the RS. It would simply fall back to trips in no time. I hope ST3 is smart enough to realize this, but based on his record, I doubt it. It behooves him to stop taking about Uplist, and actually finish a deal.
Best to all,
WW
I think you know exactly what I mean. He talks big, and exaggerates when he does talk, especially when doing conference calls, Press releases, pod casts and radio pod casts. But then, after all this chest puffing and hyping, yes, he never follows up or executes, and goes silent, as every and each project fades into oblivion. You did get that part right. Good day, Mighty.
Best to all,
WW
Id be more interested to see ST3 actually close a deal that would generate some revenue. Here’s the problem, he constantly talks about all the wonderful things TPTW is doing, and how everything is a “Big Deal for the company”, yet, he never completes any project. If you look back over the years you see his record is about 0 for just about everything.
As far as those dividends, they just seem to be a distraction that works for him. Everyone keeps talking about them. But, ST3 has been talking about dividends for at least three years, and nothing ever materializes. About 2 years ago, he stated in a conference call that the dividends would be wrapped up that September. But as par for the course, nothing happened, and ST3 went silent once again, in regards to dividends.
Im still here, but don’t have much faith in the guy. HIs record is not good, and he can never execute a plan and close a deal. Then, there is silence until he announces the next big project that is a “Big deal to the company”. Just remember, if ST3 never executes or closes a deal, there will be no dividends.
Best to all,
WW
The problem is, ST3 talks a lot, but has yet to follow through with anything. Launch dates and deadlines come and go, but no deal ever closes. Yet, he keeps talking about an NASDAQ uplist when he can’t even get the share price out of trips.
Best to all,
WW
ST3 is consistent….2023 is shaping up to be just like 2020, 2021, and 2022. Over promoting, under performing. No deal ever closes.
Best to all,
WW
Yep, same old same old. ST3 has been uplisting to NASDAQ every year since 2020. lol. Not going to happen in 2023 either. Price is .0005, and he has dropped to the expert market twice now. Plus, nothing of substance that would generate enough revenue to hold the price up if he does do a split to attempt NASDAQ. And if he does do a split before he has anything substantial to hold the price up…well, it’s over for anybody still holding.
Best to all,
WW
Yep. ST3 knew this was going to the expert market and said nothing so “normal” shareholders would not panic and do any rash trading. Once it dropped to expert, all those “special” people could trade outside the Bid and ask, while the rest were locked out. Just as he wanted.
Then , he has that PR ready to go today, so it looks like he’s being honest or cares about shareholders. He’s not….. he’s playing games. IMO
Best to all,
WW
Big things? ST3 allows the stock to fall to expert market so only “certain” people can trade under the bid, while locking the rest of us out? First the fake RS and now this.
Take a look at the trades. There was little volume going on before the drop to expert. Yesterday, after the drop, over 17 million shares traded. 99.9% under the bid. Big things for sure. They’re called shenanigans.
