maybe if you just try contacting Bevmo you could get the answer. A deal has to be worked out by both parties. Just talked to Caty from Bevmo:

Investing in OTC is always risky, so many naive SUCKERS here invest and lose then complain that they lost money. If you got in at below 0.0001 as I did then look, you just double your money! EEGI is a WIN WIN!!!
And the story of OTC continues, some will lose money and some will make money ... invest in EEGI and make America Great Again!!
Watching too many episodes of Homeland and 24 instead of watching EEGI and investing in this GOLD MINE!!!!!
Not a damm thing! got to figure the up will continue. If you have a window don't throw your money through it. Your chances of making money would be better with EEGI!
There is going to be a lot of millionaires made here
To those interested in finding out weather Richard DeCicco owns 51% of Bellissima Prosecco or to find out about his email address, they can go to Christie Brinkley's site http://www.bellissimaprosecco.com/#/contact page under Questions? Comments? Feedback? Fun Bellissima stories?.
All questions, comments and feedbacks go directly to Richard DeCicco's email not Christie Brinkley.
I went there back in Dec to ask a question and got this reply.

If you are jittery you can always sell me your shares!
Looks like they are trying to get listed on NASDAQ, IMO
The Letter "C"
Similar to the letter "E," a ticker symbol with a "C" in the fifth position stands for Issuer Qualification Exception, which indicates a potential problem: The issuing company does not meet all Nasdaq stock exchange listing requirements. However, the stock can remain listed on the exchange and will be exempt from listing requirements for a short period. Ticker symbols with the letter "C" also require more investigation to determine reasons for the failure of meeting Nasdaq listing requirements.
Now all we need is to get that POS CFO Mr. Rtumpster to stop with all the FLUFF then EXAD will soar! IMO. Does anyone have his contact email?
Ask is growing. No bid by tomorrow. Pump of over 800 million at 3pm imo
I bet it is another deep pocket with a hungry appetite for money and so no dilution will hit this stock
Dwyer has a history of great PR's that always come to fruition! This great is on its way to high bid faster than all the rest!
What kind of lame PR is this? They signed an agreement with who?
SHOM office is located in NY so why do all of their PRs deal with countries, cities, towns and companies over seas where you can't verify anything posted in the PR? Since they are dealing with Asian countries why aren't they on the Asian Stock market since they do project themselves as a multinational company?
What happened to the 3000 so called devices they said they delivered? They never said who they delivered them to. Why didn't they offer or test the devices with the NY Transit system or NY State government, or for that matter the cab union?
Has anyone who has investments in SHOM asked them these questions? Surely there has to be someone in the NY area who can check out their address and office.
I believe the original post was a blanket statement not directed to a particular poster by name, but you responded. The post was to make aware those that they can open themselves up for lawsuit based on their post. The 1st Amendment does not protect all speech.
Regardless if you think you are anonymous online through name changes, logon change or VPNs, your ISP can be compelled by the court to give up your information. While the First Amendment protects anonymous speech, this protection does not extend to defamation and other illegal behavior.
Posting misleading information to affect the price of a stock is often a part of a manipulatory scheme and, is illegal. A company can sue for the posting of false factual information that damages its stock price, market share, reputation, etc. Merely labeling a statement as your "opinion" does not make it so
You can post opinions, such as "I think the company is a POS" or "I don't personally trust the CEO." Post such as "The CEO is a certified crook" is not an opinion but you are stating in fact that the CEO is a crook, and in making that statement your goal was to damage the CEO's reputation and the stock prices.
SHOM can be sued for misstatements such as the PR which caused investors to buy their stock based on their statements while knowing those statements were false.
When federal securities laws are violated by market participants, the SEC can bring a civil enforcement action and can also bring criminal actions for some violations. The Exchange Act also allows investors to sue market participants who have defrauded them:
Section 10b (codified in 15 U.S.C. § 78j) and 17 C.F.R. § 240.10b-5 (Rule 10b-5): These are the principal statutory weapons against fraud. Section 10b is the antifraud provision of the Exchange Act, while Rule 10b-5 is the rule the SEC promulgated under that section. Rule 10b-5 prohibits the use of any "device, scheme, or artifice to defraud," and creates liability for any misstatement or omission of a material fact, or one that investors would think was important to their decision to buy or sell the stock. Courts held early on that investors can sue, and the scope of liability is broad: a wide range of participants, from brokers to issuers to company employees may be liable, provided that the fraud was "in connection with" a securities purchase or sale. The fraud is considered to be "in connection with" a securities transaction, if it was material to the decision to buy or sell a security.
Your "DD" is accurate. Call the TA, call the IR shill...what the math shows will show up somewhere after all the "longs" have left.
Now really big demand for 2s. Looks like plenty of folks know this GEM.
Will there be another huge change on take a PUMP Friday?
Everyone here knows you have the ability to IGNORE POSTERS right?
If you don't like what someone says just IGNORE.

BIG BUMP TOMORROW COMING FROM PROMOTERS!!!! YEAH!!!
SHOM claims they signed an agreement but fails to mention with who.
Why put out a vague news PR just to be putting it out.
I thought they said last year that KC Holdings and AJGH developed this app; KC Holdings is suppose to already be part of SHOM isn't it?
