Any thoughts on HOGS?
Finally out MELA with +$1k. What a pig.
Working for free because the company has no money! Anyway, the BOD members are not employees, except for Turrini, and he's never closed even one licensing deal in his life. Of course, he did negotiate the 2008 Agreement which will end up losing the patent for the company.
He spent less than $3k. Woopee. And a friend of mine has talked to Walsh and says he's an idiot. Says he was put on the BOD just to offset Pattin and has been ignored ever since. But hey, load up right?
Huh? Your time is limited? If that means what I think it does, then you need to get off this board with us losers and go be with your family. I hope you have better days.
GC
Hey, I did think we'd be at $3...assumed we'd get a deal with TM...but now that's not going to happen. I know now it's all a stall technique and the state case looks like crap. I made some good bank on the spike but now it's dead and going lower.
Look, most juries are honest and follow the rules. They would clearly agree that CLYW is in default. But they will not see hard proof that Daic himself kept CLYW from paying him off. So how could they possibly rule in favor of CLYW? CLYW would have to have some document, email or something written by Daic that says "I defeated the BOD attempts to raise cash."
Good luck.
OMG. You actually think any self-respecting IB or VC would touch this thing on a good day, let alone now? Let's see, we have a patent, but it may not be ours. In fact, the industry has probably already found work-arounds so it may be worth zero. Heck, it may actually expire by the time we get out of court(s). This is your best post so far!
As bad as it looks right now, I would not buy shares anywhere. Let's face reality, it spiked from 3c to 17c on news that there was a stay in the Fed case with TM. Thats's it. Now it's given about 50% of that back and it will drain the other 50% over the next couple of months. Why? Because they are not going to get a deal with TM an they will lose the case against Daic. Let's face it, the stay was the only positive that's happened. Every other thing has been negative. They could not get Williamson dismissed. He's got the judge by the collar so that's bad. They could not get the court moved. That's bad because they are stuck with this judge. The case got delayed. That's bad because they have no money.
I stay on the board because it's fun and just maybe someone will take my advice and book their profits before they lose it all.
Yeah, it should be a jury trial so the judge would not decide the verdict, but he can rule on what's admissible and other things that are critical to the case. I could see him ruling against a bunch of CLYW's supposed evidence.
11/10/2010 ORDER SIGNED DENYING TRANSFER OF CASE TO ANOTHER DIST COURT
What did I tell you? CLYW is dead. The judge is in Williamson's pocket.
Wow, what delusion. Listen, Daic is never going to settle. Why? Because he will "reap the most benefit" when he wins the state case. He'll get the whole patent.
CLYW has in fact defaulted. But CLYW cannot prove Daic kept them from raising money. The BOD turned down the Acacia deal. Daic has never been on the BOD. Sure his wife was, but how are you going to PROVE he made her vote no. And even if you could, it takes more than 1 vote to turn it down so he didn't all by himself cause anything. Sorry, CLYW is not going to win the case. If you read Daic's amended filing, he says that very thing on every charge - CLYW has no proof. CLYW just threw everything at him in hopes something might stick.
So when Daic wins the case, he will get the whole patent and game over. TM knows at least that the patent is in question, so they'll never do a deal with CLYW. They'll wait to see how the case comes out. That's why they agreed to the stay - not to negotiate a deal, but to stall.
Told you to get out yesterday. Get out while you still have profits.
Lost money? I got out 10.15. Way too soon as usual but so what.

aCTUALLY IT WAS $22K!!! THANKS DUDE
JUST BANKED $20K ON ANW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I see at least $10
I think ANW goes to $11 today. Did last night in A/H
ANW will go above 10
Made a grand on ANW, think it trades off back to under 10 tomorrow so got out.
Wow, intelligence. Weird on this board. Amazing that the stock is almost unchanged. I'm guessing the entire 200 million float must on this board. Or maybe High Rider owns 198 million?
Good point, although in the end it does not matter. Either way, CLYW is finished.
Yeah, I don't have time either and really don't care what changed. Maybe they didn't ask for the patent in the first one? I don't know, but it makes no difference.
They did not voluntarily default. They defaulted because they could not raise money, but Daic did not cause that. They can't prove he did anything to cause that. All they have is hearsay. They will lose. But go ahead, but some more today. Load up.
I just read it. It's no different really but still bad for CLYW. In short, Daic says what I've been saying. CLYW has no proof of any of their allegations and CLYW is in default of the agreement and Daic wants the patent because of it. CLYW will lose.
You know what? I don't care if you take me seriously or not. The fact is that I've been dead on and everybody else has been dead wrong and you have lost profits today because of it. That's a fact. You don't deal in facts?
Here's what's coming, not that you'll listen, but what the heck. CLYW is clearly in default of the 2008 Agreement. (I called that a "breach" before but was appropriately corrected). They didn't pay Daic what they owed him. It's a fact. If he wins, he gets the patent. He's going to win. CLYW will try to show he kept them from raising money but in the end they do not have hard evidence of that and a jury will have no choice but to rule against CLYW. So, if this thing ever does go to trial, CLYW will lose and that will be the end.
TM knows the patent is in question so they will not do any deal with CLYW. The stay was just to buy time until the state court case was done, but now that it's extended, TM will also extend the stay. Come the 90 days being up, they will tell the judge no deal could be reached and will ask for an extension on the stay and they will just keep stringing it out.
"we should hear something from the T-Mobile case before mid-December"
Based on what? Nothing.
I'm telling you now to get out. I've been the only one on this board who has been right. I was right on Williamson staying on. I was right on the trial date getting delayed. I will be right on them losing to Daic and I will be right on them not getting anything done with TM.
Gee, where's High Rider today? Maybe too busy dumping?
As usual, the bagholders try to spin it out of desparation. How many times did I tell them? Now, listen to me carefully. They will lose against Daic and they will not get anything with TM. It's obvious the state judge is in Williamson's pocket and TM isn't stupid. TM won't do a deal with CLYW with Daic involved. Take any profits.
Go ahead, continue to buy and ignore me. I'm telling you this is not going to end well. Get out.
Woops, state case is now delayed just as I said it would be. So sorry.
Sate case has been delayed back to February 7th. I told you. You should have listened.

Hey, I'm just trying to save you guys from losing all your profits when it all falls apart. Judge will deny moving the case to the 151st. Then the court date will probably get moved back. Then CLYW will probably lose against Daic anyway - it's going to be very hard to PROVE Daic breached the 2008 agreement by keeping them from raising money, but it's obvious CLYW breached the 2008 agreement. Then TM will back away. Then it will be back at 2c.
Thanks Yak, banked $1k
