Look, most juries are honest and follow the rules. They would clearly agree that CLYW is in default. But they will not see hard proof that Daic himself kept CLYW from paying him off. So how could they possibly rule in favor of CLYW? CLYW would have to have some document, email or something written by Daic that says "I defeated the BOD attempts to raise cash."
