Then maybe you'll also understand that under section 9-624 of the UCC, a waiver to may be put into place upon an agreement between the two parties.

RMTD = Patents, we are the value of the patents in shell company form.
T has a deal with att, can Verizon directly work with them and it not be considered market fixing? Don't they need T to be around to keep those deals in place? IMO they spin it off as a public entity, they have all the pieces and the money....
Working theory:
T is going public via RMTD, planned for it from the start and not going to change that now.
Sought VC money from KPCB and others so they gotta get paid somehow and I doubt VZ bought them out. KPCB wouldn't invest 93$M in something for 3 years to only get their money back.
So T sought out VZ to acquire most of the shares of RMTD. Why? To avoid a hostile takeover or reduce massive selling by us. VZ is the catch-all, I bet they agreed to buy our shares when we sell them if the share price starts to plummet.
Owners of T just want to get paid IMO and care not for the longevity of T as long as they have shares to sell in the future. VZ wants the technology to profit and probably will get substantial ownership.
M&A pace is going to pick up for 2016
Here's an interesting article :)
Still a possibility for someone to use this to go public ;)
$RMTD$ GO RMTD!
Seems to be happening much more frequently
Businesses are buying up land in Plano like it's not funny. JP Morgan Chase just ponied up 300M for a new office here, along with Toyota, Liberty Mutual, FedEx, JC Penny, and Nebraska Furniture. Texas is good for taxes ;)
News articles a/o 1030 Eastern:
Telogis Updates Mobile Apps
Telogis/Apple Deal
Telogis/Hino/Element Deal
I'd say the conference is going well.
I'll update this as the days progress.
Telogis is going to be effing huge!
This is also a hint at an Apple car, but we already knew that didn't we?
Keep RD's website and trademark for existing customers is what I think is behind that.
I could have told you that.
Old RMTD office is occupied by some credit card company now. However, there is this interesting little "print shop" by Telogis inc. right in the exact same building as old RMTD office. Look on google maps, search "telogis" in the Plano area, you'll see it.
It's got a bad number and I couldn't find the actual "print shop" when I went looking, but it is interesting for its location and name.
Nice!
TA being paid to handle RMTD for years. Not dead.
$$$$
$12 a share, from $4.35pps
http://www.forbes.com/sites/ericsavitz/2012/06/01/verizon-to-buy-hughes-telematics-for-612-million-in-cash/
HUTC was a OTCBB stock too, got gobbled up by some large communications company, Verizon.
Now, as far as I know, ATT doesn't have any telematics software or implementation and compete directly with Verizon.
Their partnership with Telogis could be for something greater. T has a strong brand though, so they may actually stand alone in the marketplace and continue to grow.
RMTD could see some great times ahead!
They could own up to %5...
http://www.sec.gov/answers/sched13.htm
Depending on what the SS is that could be anywhere from 1.5B to 5B.
No small potatoes.
That's where I started but I remember coming to a dead end pretty fast after the first couple calls.
http://www.otcmarkets.com/research/service-provider/Company-Acts-as-its-Own-Transfer-Agent?id=2206&b=n&filterOn=6&page=1&pageSize=50
Not sure if that list is all-inclusive but neither RMTD nor T are there.
I called them a couple months ago. Can't remember if they referred me to another TA or told me to refer to the company.
I should call again.
Either way, there is a TA for RMTD and they're being paid.
It would be, if it were dilution.
But it's not, cause it isn't.
Rule 144
Looks like we'd need a filing or two for that.
T's Filings
RMTD's Filings
Don't see any filings, must not be dilution then.
Why don't you call up the TA, and get the true SS on this thing? You can't? Gagged you say? Hmmmm.... TA must be paid for that.
Wonder who's paying? Probably the owner. Who owns RMTD? Why Telogis does!
Now why would T want to own a public company? To go public probably.
Just have to wait and see I guess.
If we go with your 100B AS estimate:
at 0.5B volume / Year, it would take 200 years to fully dilute.
Pretty sure anyone with intent to dilute would want an ROI before they die.
Only 483M?? Yea this thing doesn't trade at all!! /s
Gary Hallgren is no longer at Telogis.

It seems like if Gary were fired or quit, that he would not be able to work in an industry so closely related to telematics. To me, this is a planned move over to Allstate. It makes sense to have an insurer on board who knows how these systems work, especially when that insurer now has T's best interest in mind as their president (Hallgren).
GM and Allstate in the same article:

T > GM > Allstate > Hallgren
That's my 2 cents. I'll do more DD over the next few days but anyone want to chip in some thoughts??
It's not a matter of "if," it's a matter of "when."
KPCB, GM, Ford, AT&T and more would not get their investment back unless T does go public.
Saw that too. His LinkedIn profile still says Telogis SVP Corporate Strategy and I don't see anyone on Ts site that looks like a replacement.
He's been there a long time, kinda odd I think.
iHub is the only place doing this, but if you go to the Trades tab and look under exchange you'll see something interesting. It says NASD.
I remember someone bringing this occurrence up before with the Nasdaq actual website real time quotes, but I cant even find RMTD listed on their site anymore under that ticker.
I did find THIS however, but I think its old leftovers.
They tried to steal the patents apparently, so they know it's a profitable thing to own. Thing is they can't use them because they got caught and were sued and RMTD won, from what I understand to be in the filings. Since T bought RMTD, ATT is now has "partnered up" with T in order to not only allow T a better network but also for ATT to use the patents, I assume. Some agreements could have been made for future ownership of T via RM with RMTD, in my opinion. Therefore, ATT may potentially own shares of RMTD, via future RM with T.
But you took my hypothetical situation too literally as it was hopeful jester. Though if it were going to happen, that's how I think it would go.
$RMTD
lol wow that's karma for you right there!
If ATT knows what the patents are worth and tried to steal them, you can bet they'll be buying our shares when RM comes around.
I'll settle for $5-$10 a share thanks.
$RMTD
Dang, T gets partnership with ATT Mobility. That's pretty big I think. T keeps getting better and better, lets hope we get to be a part of it.

Shucks Given: 0
Volume is irrelevant for what all of us know is going to happen with this stock.
Hey that's good enough for me! lol Just wait till they're all showing 0.25++
Dang! I was impressed with less than 100 last week, now this?! I wonder what a 0 ask situation would do here, since we still don't have a bid yet.
I'd be happy just to make enough off of this to pay all my debts and buy a nice house.
I really like those stacked townhome / lofts you see in downtown areas.
That and a new Mercedes lol
CSTI showing only 19M after hours lol
100 Milly on the ask :) and CANT showing 2500 on .2501 ;)
I'm not selling till we hit at least $1. Even at a 1000:1 RS I'll still make bank with an RM. I think 1:10 or 1:100 is more likely though, wouldn't want to start trading with disgruntled shareholders IMO!
93,827,508 to be exact! That IS something!
Owner could be pulling shares, no longer need to put pressure on us with RM coming ;)
I think this year will be the year. If I had to pin point an exact time for an announcement, it would be Oct. 27 around 8-9pm at the Latitude event.
I think they're on a "road show" right now to get more parties interested. They're going to need a lot of investors to buy all our shares :)
I'm thinking this year, maybe not during their Latitude event in October, but this year. ;)
6. Only odd one is CANT showing 191500 @ .001
Dang, only 108M!
We get a little closer to the truth everyday. I just T would go public already!
Right click, view page info, modified: January 18, 2011. If they still use RMTD services then I take it as a good sign. That means T took over our clients in the purchase as well, more of a "soft" foreclosure than actually closing business. Maybe we should get in contact with old known clients to see if they know anything..
