Welcome new bag holders! It's been 6 years, but we're all still holding strong!
I can't believe this thing is still trading.
Share structure like a coin ICO :) obviously they can increase authorized to whatever but it’ll be interesting to see if they keep it there
5.58 right before the conference ;)
MEDFFs performance has outpaced them. I’ve been watching both and a few others but MEDFF seems to be leading the pack.
Coinbase is not locked. What are you talking about? The drop in Aphria is due to the possibility of regulators in the US seizing assets of companies thought to be doing money laundering via marijuana or bitcoin. Which they aren’t. At least Aphria isn’t. It’s all a scare tactic but it works unfortunately
Not complaining m0n lol
Free shares are great, glad this isn’t weighing you down either :)
Millions to the moon!
$RMTD
Bag hodlers could slap the ask a bit ;)
Whoa whoa whoa!!! What’s up y’all?
To the moon :)
Not yet, hoping for 0.001
Will jump in on Friday
Righteous!

More likely a reason why
Wanted to buy this but waited and glad I didn't. You see their name at events in Denver and somewhat associate them with what Weedmaps does, but there's still a vague haze around what they actually do. Personally I thought they had a dispensary and grow or were a nutrient supplier lol this stock is just a name and that's all
Good stuff
A 1 share trade at par value seems oddly suspicious.
Who would pay $7 trade fee to make a 0.0001 penny trade?
No individual investor for sure.
;)
Oh Hello there...
That's for Cannabis, not Hemp. They are cousins of each other but two separate plants. Cannabis gets you high and Hemp gets you well.
In cannabis, the cannabinoids are mainly composed in the 'flowers' not the leaves. In a controlled environment fan leaves aren't even needed - I always pluck them off to send more energy and nutrients into growth and the buds.
Really - yes, really really
'm sitting here with about 100lbs of legal weed behind me. Unlikely, fior many reasoms if you really grew you would know why I rotate 4 clean grfow rooms of 1500 sq ft canopy evry 78 days-- Indica. - cool beans bro, the warehouse I work at has over 30,000 plants and harvests over 500 each day. And how is it not possible to have over 100lbs of cured bud behind me?
How close are you to these plants???
Speak to the girls evry morning when I am around - at least you're a caring father :)
Have you ever extracted CBD or THC from hemp or marijuana? YES. with a $40,000 machine--not a $325,000 as claimed necessary by HEMP inc. - propane? Butane? Live? Solventless? Is it really yours? I wrote SOPs on how to extract some of the products here.
Ever synthesized terpene profiles from these plants? You missed my treatise on that--ALLAN thought it was nonsense, I'll get it and post it for you! - terpene profiles are super important to the high, glad you're on board!
Ever even touched one???
Not promiscuous. Shame - gotta touch the butt ;)
Didn't think so. You just didn't know. - well now I do.
I have faith in these companies is all I'm saying, short term kinda sucks but think about Apple and Microsoft in the beginning of the computer age!
:)

Didn't think so.
You aren't versed in Hemp enough to know that CBD is composed throughout the entire stalk of the hemp plant.
There is also no CBD or THC in the seeds of the hemp plants but the oil is useful for nutritional supplement like Omega-3 or fish oil. However it is a premium product right now and is very expensive.
I looked for the hemp factory in Colorado that needs $20,000,000 to cover their losses, can you link that please?
Also, Colorado has had a boom in tax revenue from the industry. The private companies that operate here are already profitable in a federally illegal industry - dealing with 280E tax law.
People want to eat high first, then when they are educated on the other beneficial cannabinoids available from more than just the marijuana plant you will get a huge demand in alternative medicine via CBD oil from hemp plants.
Start up companies from this revolution will take time to gain traction. How long did Apple trade around $1 before finally taking off? Looks like 20 years.
Throw some money at this and forget it for another 20 years and see where we are...
Here's the patent information for the 5.987.377 patent
https://www.google.com/patents/US5987377

The 377 patent is the one in question and they seem to be litigating over specific terms such as "estimated time of arrival" and "way points" or something.
Highway Master transferred their patent to HM Holding Corporation for about 2.5 years then took it back after that and changed its name several times until we get to Remote Dynamics. Then, RMTD transferred their patents to Vehicle IP LLC, a holding company like last time. I also find this paragraph interesting in the transfer documents:
The 377 Patent seems to be important...
Wonder what it is?
Telenav paid Vehicle IP LLC $8 Million for patent infringement and licensing in January. AT&Ts partner. Makes me think this we will hear something soon.
This isn't accurate anymore as of this morning. There's a major private company that came in and swooped up half of Germany's production. ;)
What's anyone heard about Germany? What's the latest?
Probably a good bet IMO. Federally, marijuana growers and retailers cannot go public but supporting app companies and the like are your only chance to get in the industry right now without private placement.
Personally I'm waiting on The Green Solution, LivWell, or Native Roots to go public when federal restrictions are lifted via dismissal of 280E.
Seems a bit unfair to judge these conferences without ever having been to one sir. As someone who has, I've taken away a good bit of information every time I go to one. A lot of them are free and those that aren't are $30 a person max. They're also mostly located in Denver so travel isn't really an issue. MassRoots needs these conferences to determine market influences and how consumers are shopping for their medicine. These are also great networking opportunities to connect with other investors or businesses in the industry. Face time is valuable.
There is another Indo Expo in Oregon on August 5-6, it would be beneficial for board members here to visit. It's $29....
As a Coloradan I can attest that these conferences are very valuable to this industry, whether investors see it as such.
They present on the market, opportunities, new methods of cultivation and the like.
If you would go to one I think you'd see the value in these conferences.
MSRT looks good.

Looks like arrivalstar blanket sued a bunch of people. So they were probably clueless.
Looks like Brad Larschan at Bastille, Inc. brokered that deal.

Found this interesting too:
"Unless otherwise noted, the following facts are undisputed. Defendant Vehicle Safety
and Compliance, LLC (“VSAC”) is the sole member of Vehicle IP, LLC (“VIP”), a patent
licensing and enforcement company that is not a party to this action"

TEAS - Version 5.8 : 01/14/2017
You may file a Combined Declaration of Use & Incontestability under Sections 8 & 15 only if you have continuously used a mark registered on the Principal (not Supplemental) Register in commerce for five (5) consecutive years after the date of registration. You must file the Combined Declaration, specimen, and fee on a date that falls on or between the fifth (5th) and sixth (6th) anniversaries of the registration (or, for an extra fee of $100.00 per class, you may file within the six-month grace period following the sixth anniversary date). If you have NOT continuously used the mark in commerce for five (5) consecutive years, you must still file a Section 8 Declaration. You must subsequently file a Section 8 declaration, specimen, and fee on a date that falls on or between the ninth (9th) and tenth (10th) anniversaries of the registration, and each successive ten-year period thereafter (or, for an extra fee of $100.00 per class, you may file within the six-month grace period). FAILURE TO FILE THE SECTION 8 DECLARATION WILL RESULT IN CANCELLATION OF THE REGISTRATION. Note: Because the time for filing a ten-year Section 8 declaration coincides with the time for filing a Section 9 renewal application, a combined Sections 8 & 9 form exists.
So in my eyes, they have until August 14, 2017.
Probably posted before, but...
