Thinking about it, if fnma didn't send money I guess they would have to sue.. we can't sue them apparently because they wrote it into law but what if they did sue? Could the whole law and the constitutionality of it and the sweep then be challenged in that case? Since they would be suing us over owing them money.

My question is what would the government do if fnma didn't send the money?? "We're gonna sue you!!!" Lol

Well, maybe they keep earnings to help cover this bill and not have to take a draw. Could be just what we need.

I can't help but wonder if this relief that FHFA is making Fanny and Freddy give to hurricane victims, will trigger Watt to at least not send all of the money to treasury. . . Seems to me it would be Watts call to do this ,so if they have to make a draw he could be to blame , on the other side of the coin if he does suspend payment who could argue him doing that to protecting tax payers and assist hurricane victims ? Just a thought.

Usually a month after quarterly report is when they send money to treasury. So end if August to see if they send it.

Guess I'll have to look back and see what the government told him for the defense, then weigh if the discovery documents will piss him off.
