The auto industry was caught off guard by the black Friday sales. Raw materials should be in greater demand than expected for this time of the year which should help the next 8-K report for AKS. Not sure where this thing is going at this point but I'm in Looking for the $8.00 mark. Two things that are hurting AKS price are the shorts and lack of divy return at this point. I look for the earning to turn positive in the mid term Q2 to Q3 of 2015. Will be interesting to see where it goes from there. Take a look at the events of the last year and the huge slice out of the negative earning over the last 12 month period. If all holds well this thing very well could get back to the 10 plus mark by 2015 end and pay a slight divy by years end.
Dividend Breakdown!
On 3/25/14, OAKS announced a regular monthly cash dividend of $0.125 per share, payable on 4/29/14 to shareholders, with an ex-dividend date of 4/11/14.
On 3/25/14, OAKS announced a regular monthly cash dividend of $0.125 per share, payable on 5/29/14 to shareholders, with an ex-dividend date of 5/13/14.
On 3/25/14, OAKS announced a regular monthly cash dividend of $0.125 per share, payable on 6/27/14 to shareholders, with an ex-dividend date of 6/12/14.
OAKS on the NYSE! Here is the latest dividend breakdown. That's pushing 14% at it's current price for the next three months. Not bad in my book. Along with the last stated company value of $12.97 This one looks to be a buy to me. Opinions Welcome

Thanks NYbob. Just calling it as I see it. I hope that I am wrong, but it's what I see and feel. If and when it goes down it will happen so fast no one will have time to fully react.
Don't expect the shorts to last forever. The new budget does nothing to take care of the deficit and there is only so much money available. Lower wages also will take a toll as the wealthy take more profits for share holder. How long will the world powers be able to keep gold and silver prices under wraps?????????? It is my opinion that all the numbers are inflated on both sides of the fence. Sending stocks higher and metals lower. This can't last forever. How long can they keep it under raps. They falsified the housing in 2008 and now this it's only a matter of time. How long is yet to be determined, but the inevitable is the us government is bankrupt at it's current levels, and there doesn't seem to be much to put into the pie at this point. Market stability hinges on Tapper or not to taper now that should say it all.
I think one of the things that is hurting HL stock price is the divy pay out. Gold was not even included in the last payout and this should be corrected by the board. The other is that metal prices are down for no apparent reason to me other than some, seen greener grass on the other side of the fence which if the market continues it's downward plunge for a few more days is going to go away. Most of the plunge in my opinion is Christmas funding by online traders, but we sill see, and in the case of HL the losses already taken and lack of payback per share.
I have a couple of thought on this law suit. it could be in regard to restricted share handling or an attempt to prevent the rise toward the big boards in the event of a stock split.

I sure would like some news fom the CEO him self as to what is going on with the company and where things are at the moment. They say no news is good news but I think some info is in order tho let us as share holders know what is going on. Like are we still on target for the reopening of the mine. How any exploration is going etc. It just looks like someone could get a hint of new out as to where things stand. All the speculation is just that. Speculation.
Gold is on the rise and with thauld be the price of pglc. I also wonder what is going to happen when the merger is complete. Will there be a slight delay before the holders of crgc can trade their newly aquired shares of pglc and how long will it take?
Silver!!!!!! I knew it all along and now the talk hits the news. Read it carfully this is Silver county as well!!!!!!!!!! I wounder just how much we are looking at. No estimate on silver yet. Just think CDE was involved here and not for no reason.
PLGC & CRGC should be on fire agian with the latest recource news out. An increse of five times the old esimate. This gold company is going to fly!!! The talk of silver has also now entered the equation as I knew it would. This is Nevada Silver country!!!!!!!!!!! Look for .70 to buck in the near future.
The SEC Filing merger. I see one thing that I am curious about here? This is an amendment to a prior filling in order to get the registration done and all the ducks in a row. The thing that I am most curious about is the number of shareholders of record in each of these filling is going down slightly. The first I recall as 159 the next at 156 the latest one at 151 holders of record. Now you would think if this stock is truly going up there would be more shareholders of record not less? The more demand the higher the price? Right?
This is a supply and demand market? Hm? Could it be that the big boys on the inside are buying and driving the price? I wonder? It does concern me a bit the number of fillings it is taking to get to the end of the merger. Now I do see a coment about going to a bigger market and some of the criteria to to so which I find a bit interesting to say the lease, because I have said all along PGLC would get there eventualy. I guess we will just have to wait and see where it leads for now. I could have sold several times for good prifit, but expect a run any time that will not allow me to repurchase the quanity that I currently have. I am shooting for a cool mil. HOLD,HOLD,HOLD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! For now. I guess I am one of the 151 holders of record. Has anyone here tried to take the SEC filings and determine how much Honig and other insiders are holding. I wish we could get a list of all the holders put down in front of us.
PGLC & CRGC are on fire! I'm looking to see a huge breakout in the future here. Gold is going to be hot agin. Just look at the gains over the last few sessoins. I am long and strong on this one. Could ba a 20 baggger here. I am expecting $10-$40 a share in the future. Say four years out. Take a look do your homework and you decide? I beleive it's worth the risk.

PGLC long and strong could be a 20 bagger in the future
pglc long and strong gold based should be good for a long term gain. especialy after the merger of crgc is completed.
estimate on merger? Any estimates on the length of time for the merger to become complete? HMMMMMMMMMM? Cgrc is floating at this point in my opinion. alot of paperwork due with expenses for no reason other than the SEC is dragging their feet. I beleive it is greatly hoding down the price of pglc to have two companies trading as one.

I for one wouldn't mind buying and selling at the 10% like a poster sugested but with the luck I have I will miss the big breakout and not be able to get back in at a fair price that I can aford with enough shares to make a cool mil. after taxes. I still think this is a 10+ a share stock and has the potential with the manegment and big investors credentials to reach 40+ a share in the future. Given there arn't any more dilusions to the number of shares out. I beleive one factor that is affecting share price is the meger with CRGC. Which is giving players the ability to buy and sell in more than one location and advance their holdings overall in some cases. I realy look for a $0.50 to $1.00 share price once the merger is complete. It leaves investors slightly guessing with two companies involved even though the SEC fillings have been made. I myself am on both sides of the fence with holdings in both for the long term. Looking at 4 years. curently + 8-10% overall better than bank intrest at any rate. The number of share holders of record at my last count as of the last SEC filing I seen was only 156. To me that means their are some big investors holding large portions of the pie. This is a good thing in my opinion but it is hurting the share price I think also, because ther are not that many traders involved at this point to get the word out. Sometimes I think keeping the price low is by design while they goble up the rest of the stake. I think those that are holding last will be in a position to name their price. Investing is risky at any rate but where else can one put up 10 to 15 thousand against a posible million, and that's the way I see it. The price is still in the afordable range to make the poor guy weathy and the weathy guy weathier, if things go as they look like they could, as for now I am all buy and hold. I must say that at some where arround $1.50 I will brobably sell just enough to recover my initial investment. There is nothing like playing the game for free.
Question? I know they are a gold company but couldn't there be silver or other metals in the samples also? All we see are the gold figures? I there is silver it could help ofset the cost of the gold production?????????? hmmmmmmmmmmmmm
I hope all goes well with getting this merger behind them. I think it will be a big plus in the future not to have the loose end. May not have seen much volume today but I picked up another 1032 shares after the conversion, as long as it goes through.

Honig buys more according to SEC filing now has 9.28% (plus warrant at .50 a share) of the shares if I am reading it correctly. There is another new filling on 12/6/12 but I can't get it to come up. looks like an amendment to an earier filling based on the S1/A form. I don't know how many are holding PGLC at this point but at the rate the big boys are putting it away there has to be something to it. One of the more recent filling had something like 159 or 149 shareholders of record in it. I wonder how many there are at this point.
I don't see gold prices going down drasticly in the future. infact I see htem going up 50% over the next four years if not more. I know what's been stated, a 2014 production start, but I still wouldn't be suprized to see an earlier start up if at all
posible even if it's just running another companies ore through the processing facility if permitting is complete. You can bet if there is money to be made and all the the ducks are in a row production is going to comence to get the cash flowing asap, barring stalling to aquire a bigger fish like more acerage to add the the huge holdings. This last private placement might have factored in the amount needed untill the cash is flowing. I would sure like a detailed press relese with more details as to how all the permitting, and time frame of events needed to be completed between now and 2014. Oh and I did everything short of the house Stuvin.
I am firm beleiver that alvers will get the job done and done right, but I am not too sure that I am reel keen on another private placement at this point as a shareholder. I am going to stick it out for a while as I am in this for the long term right now. I think too many investors are trying to make a quick buck for the price to get to where I think it should be at this point. Look at valor what do they have that pershing doesn't have? nothing that I can see. Infact pershing has much more going for them as near as I can tell. The number of shares out is the only difference that I can see and the more private placements and such only make that fact worse. I still think that pershing will be a $40 a share stock, four years from now if all hold up as planed without huge dilusions from here. I do think that when the merger of the two crgc and pclc is complete it will help the share price a bit as some are selling for profit on one side to buy on the other and vice versa. I have had a few instances to sell for a large gain but with my luck I wouldn't be able to get back in with the number of shares I now have for the same cost as it wil continue to run much higher. I would like to have another 100 thousand shares at this point but there is only so much funding available to me.
CRGC/PGLC SEC fillings to complete the merger to become PLGC with no dilution to PLGC Share holders from the merger were filled oct the 3rd of october 2012 with crgc reporting of ownership in 10/10/12 76mil shares to be distributed to CRGC share holders at a rate of 4 shares PGLC to be issued for every 5 shares of CRGC held. Shares awaiting registration to be completed by the SEC. but are accounted for.
Talldude check out this link. I beleive that that PGLC will meet these requirments in record time. http://www.beginnermoneyinvesting.net/html/amex_and_nasdaq_requirements_o.htm
"For an initial listing on the NYSE, companies must have somewhere from five hundred to two thousand total stockholders with at least one million one hundred thousand shares being publicly held. The corporation is required to have an average monthly trading volume of one hundred thousand shares for the most recent six months previous to listing. The corporation must have an aggregate market value of anywhere from $60 million to $100 million for shares that are traded publicly. Pre-tax earnings from continuing operations after adjustments for a variety of items must total at least $10 million in the aggregate for the last three fiscal years together with a smallest amount of $2 million in each of the two most recent fiscal years and positive amounts in all three years. There are other evaluation tests where the corporation can qualify for a listing if it has a global market cap of $500 million, $100 million in revenue for the most recent twelve months, and $25 million in aggregate cash flow for the last three fiscal years with positive quantities in each year. The charges for listing on the NYSE are based on the total number of shares to be listed and are comparable to that of the AMEX and NASDAQ. "
Ok accounting being taken in house at this point. SEC filling picking up. A new chief finacial officer with what looks to be pretty good credentials, Took 200,000 shares in three year instalment as part of salary. What can it all mean? I still beleive we are heading to the big boards in the future. Guess we will just have to wait and see.
PGLC picks up the pace a bit. SEC fillings are up. If your looking to hit one out of the park this just might be it. Long and Stong here.
I just wanted to note that MR. Honig has another sec filing of near 100,000 shares.
I have one question that realy intriges me. How can Valor gold be priced in the $1.00 a share range not even close to production as near as I can tell, and yet a company closer to production say Persing gold be half that amount even though they are holding over 30% of the shares of VLGD to date, probably closer to 37% by my calculations. It just does not make a bit of sense to me, but you know what they say it's only worth what some one is willing to pay for it. Maybe it's an ore grade thing or something I'm missing. If you have the answer please let me know?
PGLC Long and strong. this should be the stock of 2013 on the way to the big boards in my opinion.
Talldude! HMmmmmmmmmmmmmmm I am sure at this point that you are correct. Thank You for the insite.
Provided the test of the procesing facility goes well, Why would they let it sit for another year? untill 2014 to begin production?
This is one of the questions that I have on my mind. Looks like a company trying to raise cash to continue operatoins would do what it takes to get production under way asap? Hmmmmmmmmmmmm could we see some sort production sooner than stated? Is it a posibility? Are they intending to posibly run trucked in ore in the near future? These are some of the questions on my mind here, and I know they have retained a company to access the resorces and layout a mining plan. I don't have any idea how long it takes for them to do that. Maybe up to a year but I would think much less time than that.
Note of intrest. PGLC only shows 159 share holders of record in one of their recent fillings. Did I read this correctly? Did anyone note the same?
PLGC and CRGC: If you go the nasdaq.com and pull up the research section you can get the SEC fillings of both companies, some 67 pages each or more along with the Registration request Dated october 1,2012 and filed October 3,2012 of this year. The legal section also makes reference to the amended puchase agrement between PGLC and CRGC, and the waiving of the penaty for not getting the 76 million shars registered within the time frame. The info makes for good reading and insite as to the goings on between the compaies. I also must note that the SEC filings for PGLC have realy picked up in my opinion. I had once ask about whether or not the company intended to go to the big boards in an e-mail to PGLC and received a repy that there SEC filings were not yet up to snuff as well as other requirments. Well in my opinion they are working very hard to bring their SEC filings up to the proper level and not just because of the SRGC merger. I in my gut fully expect them to make a run at the big boards in the future, possibly in the next year if it is posible in their position. I don't claim to know what all the requiments are for such actons but think they are trying to meet them for that pourpose.
PLGC look for it to take off in the near future when the merger with CRGC is complete. The letter to register the 76 million shares of PLGC for CRGC to to the CRGC share holders at a rate of 4 shares of PLGC to five shars of CRGC was sent to the SEC on october 3, 2012. My understanding is no dilution of PLGC when completed. Which should send PLGC shares up the ladder when completed with one less loose end to contend with. PLGC long and strong here.
Talldude thanks for the input in the processsing facility. All I heard was a probable test run by years end in a pr. maybe some trucked in ore or something. I realy feel in my gut that this thing is going to make it to the big leagues. Let's see what happens with the price of gold over the next year.
