Wrong. It's a proven way if doing business and it builds UP investor sentiment. Kindly stop attacking me because you can't be bothered to see the benefit in a buy back. R/s is for crappy pink sheet stocks who do it year after year only to re-up the a/s and dilute, not companies looking to build something. This company looks good once the patent is approved and contracts are signed.
Buy backs tell a high end investor the company cares about it's shareholders. An r/s is for those looking to destroy shareholder value and sentiment. If we get the big contracts there will be enough capital to grow and retire shares.
Buy back and retire. It's worked well for many.
But in the otc rs stocks drop like rocks. Buy back and retire is how Tom needs to handle it.
The patent news will make this a must own stock. Dollar time.
No A/S is unimportant, the O/S is the one that matters.
He can also buy back and retire shares. R/s is not the only way to lower float.
Can we stop with the r/s talk. We own a pink sheet stock. Valuations are based as much on buzz, volume and news than traditional valuations. If he gets all these contracts there will be no need for an r/s of any kind.
R/s hurt pink stock reputations. Bad reps mean people steer clear. I've seen it on 100s of these things. When he has cash from sales, he can buy back and retire shares.
Tweets are approved by SEC.
Based on what? This thing is hanging in with a high o/s. Sorry, experience tells me you are just trolling.
Nope. This doesn't need or fit the profile of an R/S candidate. Try again.
I beg to differ. Small floats like this do just fine. What is your basis for saying such things? My analysis says this does get back to .18 and I have success with MANY similar OTC stocks over the years.
No fan of the to the moon comments BUT if this stock were as bad as you are trying to paint it we would be at .0001. I am an experienced otc trader so billion share stocks drop like rocks when nothing is happening. This is holding fine with minimal news.
Oh yes, volume is strong so there are buyers.
A CEO that rivals Ed Vakser in lies and bull. Yep, I am too.
You didn't get reversed so sorry if I roll my eyes. I make money on the markets. You have to stake out a position in this type of pinky. Win or lose, that isn't the issue. The CEO lied about doing a reverse. THAT is a big deal to me.
I just bought shares and was approved. It's not halted. Let's not post stuff like that unless we have 100% proof.
Never ever say personal feelings won't trump anything. A true believer in anything will live by force of will.
Until congress fixes this (hopeful) federal law trumps state law. The markets will see this until somebody gets a straight forward letter/law that says no state that has voted to legalize will be affected by federal laws.
Here's a question though...if the feds bust a shop regardless, think of the upheaval in business. I hope the legal states tell the feds and Jeff Sessions that this is a states rights issue and he should worry about the states that want his help enforcing federal law.
Federal law trumps state law. It was ignored by the Obama administration but Sessions has a bug up his butt about MJ. He always has.
I was worried about this. It would be wise to issue a statement, as Obama's legal dept did, to say it's not something they will interfere with in states that legalized. Having this will go a long way.
Yes they are but my fear is Spicer uttering this nonsense (so much for states rights, eh?) will hurt our stock and others for some time. If people are getting shut down or arrested for possession, these grow stations are pretty much an afterthought. On top of that, management most likely has a plan to move into this business. It's beyond frustrating that with all the violent crime and worse drugs in parts of our country, these old men still think Marijuana is dangerous when it's far from it.
I would like Jeff Sessions to talk to people with cataracts! They are helped by MJ. I would like him to talk to people with painful side effects of cancer. Nope, instead these guys do what they always do, pick on marijuana because they have some outdated, uninformed belief it's some life destroying drug. Alcohol is more dangerous for god's sake!
Oversold? Wow.
I can't hate on any whale, since many are short term flip minded investors.
Further proof that the chickens are coming home to roost. Nobody cares about a dennitizer or Bryen's bad ideas involving things OTHERS have been doing already.
Anybody coming in here to buy this, do your homework on the stock. They lied about never hurting shareholders with an R/S yet did one and it was a bad one that stripped all value out of the stock.
It has held steady for a time because it's a low float for the time being BUT the CEO cannot be trusted.
You will read some of the whale flippers come here and say that this is showing life blah blah blah, do not believe it unless you can verify the company is doing what they say.
People got burned once and when a Pinky CEO realizes they can burn investors with a reverse, they will ultimately do it again. He will announce a plan and quietly dilute or hire some company or lender who will ask for toxic shares which will dilute later on. If you flip for a living you can ignore this because you guys are only in it for the quick profit and I respect that.
This note is for the longer term retail penny investor. Be careful with this CEO and this stock. Everything me and others have posted since the reverse have come true.
Exactly why I told the other poster this isn't tanking. I've been on enough small float stocks to know it only takes some small volume retail and a whale to sell to drive it way down. Some panic selling, some impatient flippers creating the mayhem. It will bounce back and won't take much to do so.
It's not tanking. Tanking would be us going back to .000 range. I do agree it looks oversold, lack of news, etc is shaking out short term profit investors and retail buyers.
Prove it. I can make a typed looking letter in Word just like anything else.
Even if it IS typed, who cares? It's legal and on the OTC website.
Same here but when I invested I got burned by 2 R/S (Medican and AVOP) so I decided to look for a low float/low debt pinky and found this one. Sat for a bit waiting for it to move but glad I did.
This low float/no convertible stock structure rocks. This is my new strategy.
Yep, the smaller the float, the faster the climb on good, steady volume.
Wish you the best my friend. I learned a lot about these companies with this one. If I see converables in the future, I am either not buying or dumping immediately. Tired of pinkie CEOs who lie to their shareholders. Bryen is not unlike some of the scummier ones. HE PROMISED NO R/S. He hurt a lot of loyal shareholders like you and me.
If i can share this and push people away from trusting the bogus CEO, I will.
I bought and bought on this one because I thought Bryen was different. He wasn't a Vakser type I thought, he PROMISED no R/S and would find other ways to build shareholder value.
Anybody here pumping this POS deserves to lose. Many of us lost. I sold this thing at a great loss because when it R/S'd I wanted to get value out. Hey, I should thank Bryen somewhat, the money I was able to salvage out of this went into another stock that is booming right now, small float, no convertables - the kind of small pinkie I thought this could be.
These jerks lost money for a lot of people and lied doing it.
This is another prime example of a company that has zero idea what they are doing. Bryen is clueless. R/S HURT the company when he could have done things with the higher float and then bought back shares - the way smaller float, no convertable type OTC plays do.
Idiocy. This thing will eventually drop to the low pennies or less because the guys who run it are only in it for a quick buck at the expense of shareholders.
He's just mad he can't get in at some ridiculous low entry. That ship has sailed.
Exactly. Less available shares means it doesn't need tons of volume to snap back. Also, these guys are not diluting which would kill a lesser stock in the same decline we had today.
This is why anybody who is new to the pink trading game need to realize that low volume O/S w/ no debt or convertables and easy to talk to management will win out in the end.
IF they get current by Tuesday, further proof to the market that these guys are serious. When billion share MJ stocks or the ones that R/S their faithful shareholders hold in the penny/teens price range, this one should easily eclipse them on the fundamentals alone (again, low float, no debt, no convertables AND accountable management).
THIS is why people can't be fooled by volume on something like this. Low float stocks can move quick on low volume buys. If people sell, others can easily bring the stock back up on smaller demand.
The pinkies with billions of shares on the float are the ones that get hurt most by drops because they need many shares to churn to get back any lost ground (if they do at all).
I've been in many low float, good news pinkies and the ones that climb tend to hold ground and move up quickly.
Low float and many holding. Many pinkies in this position dilute, these guys are locked and have no debt, no convertables that could cause dilution.
It's a gem because, if you have traded as long as I have, the low floats with good prospects tend to be the ones that make quick jumps up. Notice how we dropped to .007 and climbed back? A 1 billion + pinkie would have stayed low or lower on a day like today. This one climbed right back.
Low float (260 mil), no debt or convertables, new CEO, recent PRs promising to retire shares AND sell portable grow houses. They mention wanting to get into selling MJ products.
Also promising to be current soon.
I read they were getting out of the movie biz. The websites are a great growth opportunity.
Yes, he didn't kill the market but there is uncertainty if he or any of his cabinet guys decide to send the DEA into California and other pro-MJ states to enforce fed law.
This could be an issue we are seeing with the yo-yo ups and downs.
imgoingfishing1 - he's referring to his blog where he told his followers this would go up.
What's the point? You will just dilute the heck out of it, r/s and begin anew.
