Sometimes things work out and sometimes not in the world of business, especially when you're struggling to make it. I think, like RLTR, and like ICTN, it's very difficult to play in the world of BIG MEDIA companies. Same players, very very hard to break in. It was over, they just didn't realize it. No conspiracy there, just a tart trying to get a last few gasps of air before going under the water mate.
Admit it, coffee shoppes are going to be MUCH easier to make happen.
This is going to be the game changer. There will be no hold-up by unreasonably high gouging costs of movie distribution by production companies. There will be no disruptive technological advancements needed. This is just coffee and T&A.
Why? Could it because cellphones made it obsolete? Wasn't it a business that was shut out due to a disruptive technology? 16 years, what's going to shut out coffee + T&A? If this company builds for 16 years the claims of "WHERE'S THE FUNDAMENTALS" and "WHERE'S THE PROFITS" will be long since realized.
It's in the building phase now. All companies are a gamble in this phase, even Facebook. But once it happens, it's too late.
Late from expectations, but BH came through again. Repeatedly...the PR's have come true so far 100% of the time.
I've been watching for a long time, and the CEO here has been OVER PERFORMING. IMO.
Do you think it's a conspiracy and the ten stores don't exist?
Maybe it's time for him to issue a PR without disclaimers. His pipe dreams have alway turned out to be just that Dreams he has while puffing on the pipe! LOL By the way, this is a FACT
I just want to make a record about what I've read on this board in the last couple weeks that turned out to be false.
1. BH said he was going to open 100 stores this year. Never happened.
2. The stock is trending downward. False, it's trending upward from .04 we are up over 40%.
3. The stock is always going down. False, it goes up too.
4. Only a few shares were bought over .06. False, 100k were bought just this morning over that price.
Please do not delete this post! It is not off topic, it is relevant!
So, are you going to say that the 100,000+ shares that sold .07 and up in the first half hour this morning didn't happen? I bought shares in the .050 range and I'm up close to 40% in your "pump and dump." LOL
Actually it was .046, and only a very few shares. The same is true for the .07. you speak of.
In reality anyone who actually made any real money, at least a few thousand shares sold only got about half a cent profit.
This pump and dump just went from .04 to .07! How do you say it at McDonalds, I'm Lovin' It!
Pump and dump some more BCCI!
That looks like a very pleasant cafe to me. Cowboys can ride right up to the drive thru. :)

There are quite a lot more very well known companies that are in Fountain Hills like our BCCI.
I think they all have idiot drunken CEO's for putting a store in this STUPID "in the middle of nowhere" location, don't you?

What? Fountain Hills, Maricopa County!
That is in the middle of nowhere
We're in 5 states now thanks to the incompetence of BH.
These are the coffee shops within 10 miles of them. I'm sure you know more than the Starbucks, Wendy's, Seattle's Best, and Dunkin Donuts people who put several stores there however, mate.

Bloody hell! Mr. Henthorn was stopped for drinking and driving when? 1994. It has only been 18 years, that's not enough punishment! This has happened to friends of mine as well. I think a good punishment would be to terrorize him and his stock investors for the rest of their lives. Because God knows, an immoral man who drinks the devil's juice cannot run a business too.
At what point will he have completed serving his time, or should we keep terrorizing him for the rest of his life mate?
I vote for terrorizing him for the rest of our lives because it makes me feel good about myself (I am a puny little worm of a man).
he got busted for DUI years ago, and there are plenty of people who still attest to the fact that he is a habitual drinker. Hopefully, he gets caught for DUI again.
How does the saying go? He who laughs last laughs best. The chuckles are already beginning..
I'm not worried. Wherever you're at, when this thing breaks free we should have a pint and laugh at 'em mate. I see that it ran before and that the same people were saying the same things before it ran. One must just laugh! I buy when it's down and they put it down, it works for me..
Excellent, thanks for confirming what I pictured mate. That was how I imagined it was from my talks with Mr. Henthorn.
Sure I believe it. No reason to believe otherwise. Maybe the girls were the ones exaggerating in that story. They are doing audited financials, so within a year or so all truths should be flat out laid on the table.
I called the company today and asked some questions of Berry Henthorn. He told me that the company has very wide expenses depending on the store, but one kiosk includes (rent, garbage, electric, and water) for just $550 per month. Another store he pays over $2200 per month for rent alone, includes nothing. Payroll varies wildly per state, but some of the girls make over $100k, and one girl made $187,000 last year.
There are now 10 stores open. The average expenses are 21% of revenues. These figures are in line with what I expected and what I stated on this board. He also said expenses have gone up in order to build out the national enterprise, with shipping and commuting, but that it will begin to drop significantly with new stores that will be opening soon. Both Montana stores are profitable already.
The $1 million dollar write down was for the auditors who are doing audited financials. He explained that in the beginning the books weren't complete and because of the roll-in from the previous company that had some lingering disputes. The auditors wanted the bucket there to draw from, opposed to doing it the opposite way. He expects fully that as those issues are resolved that the million will be dropped to a much lower figure below half.
The labor board dispute has been resolved, the company is on a payment plan.
Overall the company sounds strong and the CEO even stronger. I trusted he was telling me truths, which are in direct opposition to what this board has been saying. We shall see.
That's an apples / oranges comparison.
Kiosks are not the same thing as "restaurants" and "full service outlets."
For comparisons to BCCI, you will find that the numbers for restaurants and coffee shops that are full service outlets run in the six figures per month.
SBUX has revenues in excess of 100K per store per month
LOLOL!
This level of expense is for a top notch yuppie Starbucks style full-size immaculate restaurant. The kiosks I'm talking about are laid down in blue-collar areas and are much closer to the price range I put down on busy intersections with trucks driving through. I'm sure of it, but I'll speak to the management and see what they say about expenses.
The real number is closer to 20,000 if the business does between 10K and 12K per month. The breakeven point is somewhere between 25K and 30K in sales.
Sure you can easily run a coffee kiosk on $350 per day. I imagine $220 per day would be about break even staffed by two employees for 12 hours daily.
Employees get about $2.20 per hour minimum wage but work for tips mainly. The rent is probably under $1000 per month. Utilities $500. What else is there? Uniforms I don't think the company pays for. Taxes are a percentage of income, and the licensing is a once a year expense, and marketing is optional. Inventory and supplies are directly proportional to the amount of sales and comes out of the total company inventory. The more stores they have, the more profitable this becomes. The other things are fixed expenses.
Expenses for an moderately busy kiosk:
--------------------
Payroll $2100 per month (minimum wage x 2 employees for 12 hours daily incl. unemployment comp.)
Rent $1000 per month
Inventory $200 per month
Supplies $500 per month
Utilities $500 per month
Insurance $100 per month
----
Total $4400 per month
That's $146 per day expenses. Add 50% for taxes and you're at approximately $220 per day. I can't think of anything else.
This is about typical for most small start-up businesses. It's good that you're asking questions though.
Another South Florida pump & dump scam? Seems that place needs more zombies. I can't believe how many scams come out of Miami - Fort Lauderdale - Boca
Fake bounce. It's headed down further IMO.
$350 per day is excessive?
My girlfriend has an iPad I bought her, she uses the facebook app on it. I still just don't think Facebook has a very good sales strategy. I use Facebook more of a news aggregator than for socializing. She uses it to keep in touch with family out of state. I can't see it being effective for either of us on iPad, iPhone, or on PC, but maybe we're the exception and not the rule.
Ironically on Facebook, on the IPO day, I called this short at the IPO price of $32, but didn't play it. I'm thinking it's still high.
The CEO is taking a $283,000 per year compensation package. This is the root of the problem. She takes $168,000 in salary alone, and deserves nothing with this stock price!
http://investing.businessweek.com/research/stocks/people/person.asp?personId=374792&ticker=IMDS:US&previousCapId=374790&previousTitle=IMAGING%20DIAGNOSTIC%20SYSTEMS
Hmm, that may be profitable, but I can't imagine buying things on my iPhone. Some people would, but it's just not going to live up to the full shopping experience for most, at least not to reach the marketcap for FB. Although GroupOn seems to have mastered it. If Facebook can emulate and reengineer what GroupOn did it may work.
Thanks for the verification. I spoke with several people who all said that they never clicked an ad. I know I never have either.
Oversold IMO, but overpriced too. Technicals should turn this up in the short term.
