It's reassuring to know that they are taking care of business. I'm sure there is a lot of competition but I think Bravada works on a large profit margin.
Before I invested I ordered something from VivaVuvu just to see how real this was. I picked some kind of jacket which was $20 plus postage. It arrive 3 days later well packaged and well labeled. My wife said it was good quality and a fair price. What she liked was the styling. She said it looked "current" and fasnionable. That sold me. I wasn't even sure if I would receive anything. What this proves to me is that Viva Vuvu is a legitimate operation. They are actually delivering what they advertise. I figure from here good all they need is good advertising and that, they've promised.Their earnings have to go up significantly and that should drive the stock price. I'm taking a chance. Bought 385000 shares. If the present price can hold I will buy more.
It is inconceivable that Steipp is not fully aware of VMatter cutlery. For him to suggest in the cc that he is not, is outrageous and an obvious breach of the trust he owes to his shareholders.. If VMatter is using our liquidmetal, which they acknowledge they are, what is the arrangement? Are they a licensee? What is the scope of apparent authority? What else will they or can they make? Anything non-consumer electronics? you're sure Apple wouldn't stand for that. Are we getting a license fee or royalties from VMatter? Steipp is a fiduciary. He must account for VMatters use of our name and product. In an earlier post I mentioned "corporate waste". A failure to account for an apparent misappropriation of our assets might easily be criminal. This is indeed serious and for Steipp to suggest that he's not familiar with the matter is unacceptable, at least to me.
I am heavily invested in this company and its technology. I don't want to see my investment squandered by ineptness. Please join me in asking for a simple statement as to why VMatter is using our name and our product.
That sounds risky for LM if there's a plant in china capable uf making liquidmetal products. I'd imagine this should concern Visser. Interestingly VMatter advertises that their knives are made in USA.
Watts, while I have your attention, doesn't LM have trademark protection whick Kang is apparently violating?
How could Steipp not be a party to the VMatter operation or at least well aware of it. As i said in an earlier post the name LiquidMetal is a valuable corporate asset. Our B of D's and officers are legally bound to account for them.
Thanks for taking the time to answer my question.
Who else besides Visser a LM has the capability of manufacturing Kang's knives?
Gary is betting on milking this for as long as he can.

i believe that if a court were to rule on the definition, it would say that if the parties intended "all electronics" they would have said that. I believe the term would be strictly construed to limit it to consumer electronics. Any doubt would be resolved against the party which drafted the agreement,,,,which i would bet was Apple.
Also, my rights derive from basic corporate law not from the listing on any particular exchange.
Well let them tell me that.
Isn't anyone else irate about this. Who's running LiquidMetal? How could they not furnish the particulars about someone else advertising with our name? What's going on that the shareholders can't be told. Maybe Seeking Alpha should investigate this. I'm sure most of LM's officers and directors read this board. I expect an answer from them. I will not let this rest. I see all this VMatter crap about LiqidMetal on YouTube and we don't get an explanation. I have a lot of money invested in this company, we are owners, and we're entitled to answers.
Here's my question to our officers, and i expect a reply: " Under what arrangement is VMatter so loosely using our name?" Our name is a valuable corporate asset and it appears that someone is comitting "waste" with it.
If anyone agrees with this please join me in letting officers and directors know that we demand an explanation.
Pretty good for a CEO.

Gary. I love the picture. We should attach it to all of our posts.
VMatter. What kind of license does VMatter have. If you visit their website it looks like they are LiquidMetal.
What about trademarks? I don't think VMatter is doing us any good. It looks like a two-bit operation.
I'm also curious as to who is making their knives. They say made in UsA and who has the necessary machinery besides Visser, or is Visser making them? I feel guilty when I ask questions for not doing the DD but I tried and could find nothing.
When will this pass?
E-mail address. Does anyone have an email address for ACTC which someone answers. The email address for Investor Relations on the website is apparently a dud.
It was a cut and paste and he neglected to delete "replied. He should proof read.
ACTC board. Just take a look at what's going on on the Yahoo board. Not a single post about ACTC
I just placed an order and it was order#192.
I'm thinking of investing . I just started my DD and so far it looks promising. I happen to like leggings.
On questin for some of you "longtimers". What happened to Basically Cotton?
II may not be aware of alot of background and circumstances, but i don't think my question is ridiculous. I was entirely serious in putting the subject out there. I,,d be the first to admit that i personally do not know of a sufficient basis.
Class action? Seriously does anyone think there are sufficient actual "facts" to support a class action? Watts?, Anyone else?
Will we know to whom and for how much?
I would also want them to tell us why the new shares ( dilution) was mentioned during the cc. Did they think it was insignificant.
New shares. I've just sent an e-mail to corporate offices, asking what do they plan to do with the new shares. I will post their response.
New shares. Does anyone know how we can find out what management plans to do with the new shares. Don't we as shareholders have a right to know? I'm not trying to pass the buck, but I think we have the right to know but I don't know how. Maybe a class action attorney?
Good point. What exactly are they doing with th new shares?
"Straight from the horse's mouth". I hope you won't be offended if I consider you my horse. At the least your a horse without a conflicting agenda. Thanks and I will try to reserve you what really matters.
watts..I know you rightfully expect posters to do some dd before asking questions. I'm sorry if this is something that might be obvious to others, but I can't recall anything from this board and wouldn't know where to begin independent research. My question involves LQMT's future income. Assuming Boeing decides to buy $5,000.000 worth of LM springs. What is the money trail. Who is selling the springs? LQMT, Engel or Materion? Who does Boeing pay and how does everyone get their piece? Is Engel a licensee or more of a subcontractor? Who is selling the springs and fixing the prices. I'm sorry if this is something I should be easily aware of. I'm asking you because you are so obviously knowledgeable but I would appreciate insight from anyone on this board.
Class action. If there were a class action I would join it. How many others?
class action. No one wants to hear those words but it seems like just a matter of time before someone gets fed up enough and the attorneys start their crap.
I agree. Gary has his own agenda and it's not necessarily what's best for the share holders. We need new management.
Sorry, it is now.
Dd hasn't helped. Why isn't the ask higher than the last?
Pyrex.
Could the qualities of liquidmetal compete with Pyrex-type products?
Us Steel should buy LQMT
