An offer is a material event and requires disclosure.
No sir, not yet. Enjoying the run up.
So what do you see with LPC going forward? Their cash needs are now higher.
Thought Lwlg would be their next big acquisition, light changing light and all... I’m just hoping for a nice double courtesy of LPC. Fun to watch.
The BOD has been complicit and allowed this to go on. Along with everything else under Tom and Jim’s watch. I expressed my concerns to the BOD years ago and got a reply saying they support management. No surprise but I think it makes them culpable should shareholders ever initiate litigation.
My mind is okay ??
And I did, though not a lot. Just betting on a trade. Will place a gtc sell order tomorrow at $1.25. History...
Careful now... I’ve got a bid in at .62 so there may be one new shareholder today:).
I really hope not. So many have so much invested. It would be devastating to them and their families. It’s not a game, as I once told Tom. He ignored it.
Hard to believe Lebby could be used like that, but kinda looking like it..
If so, I expect Lebby knows it by now and will leave in short order. Grab your popcorn.
And then he discontinued the shareholder updates without even telling them. And still no explanation. And apparently Karen is now not responding to shareholder communications.
What’s your take on this? I’m honestly looking for a reason to invest again here but it’s hard to find. Maybe just roll the dice based on the historical manipulated run ups. ( Worked our well for me last time ??.)
Not sure that speaks real well of Lebby being the CEO. Supports X’s contention that Lebby should be the CTO and a new, more business savvy, CEO is needed.
Of course I’ve been contending for years that Jim needs to be gone. And Tom too, even though he’s not on the payroll anymore. Get rid of the stink.
Go X! (Never thought I’d say that but he’s wising up. Guess holding 1.5 million shares and losing massive amounts of money does that.)
Disclosure- I own no shares in this company nor am I short the stock. I used to own the stock and continue to follow.
How long is the design in process? I seem to recall on the BOD saying it was about 18 months.
“The data confirmed that the engineering of the new material resulted in higher stability. ”
Stability seems to still be the biggest hurdle. Wouldn’t it be nice if Lebby would do an open Q&A with investors, analysts, and potential customers. Perhaps instead of the usual year end blah blah blah update.
Nah.
And Tom when he bailed for another gig..
Perhaps the bigger issue is that the majority of shares are held by individuals who have invested little of their own money, while retail investors have invested millions of their own hard earned dollars yet have little real say in company affairs. I guess it meets the definition of a publicly held company, but imo, it’s not really.
Been saying the same thing about TZ, JM, and a complicit BOD for a few years now. All just history if Dr. Lebby can bring this to a profitable commercialization or buyout. Personally I’m still on the fence. While he seems to have made progress, there is still no outside interest in the stock or the company. And his decision to stop quarterly shareholder updates, without even telling shareholders, smacks of the same treatment from TZ and JM. Just my opinion.
Best,
Six
Again- how many NDA’s are there, who is insisting on them, and why? Seems all here think the NDA’s are required by the companies testing the material/product. I know for a fact that at least with the Universities, it was LWLG that required the NDA’s. Now why would that be??
You know, the company could put all this speculation to rest by just coming clean with investors on testing and perhaps even revenue projections. Why don’t they?
Do you know how many NDA’s there actually are? One? Twenty? And perhaps more importantly, who insisted on them? And why? Historically with the Universities it was LWLG who insisted on them. I know this because I was told this by the Universities when I asked for their results under Freedom of Information Act.
Where is the transparency???
I think you especially, and everyone, can update the list to make it current news regarding transparency. Just pointing out a few historical facts. Why all the unanswered questions about testing? When BNS bought some material they PR’d it in a flash.
Transparency has never been this company’s strong point:
CUNY
Alabama
Arizona
UC Boulder
The LSS
etc, etc.
Feel free to add to the list..
Explain how it is nonsense.
And I believe what he said is that under the current scenario, retail investors are screwed. The only thing that can change this is a buyout or for the company to become profitable.
Wasn’t INTC the LSS that Tom said had to get in line with everyone else after they disengaged with Lwlg?
If they enter into a new agreement with LPC, will they have to do a filing?
Speaking of LPC, where are they now with cash? Haven’t been following that closely. Are they good for a while? Are they good with shares available to LPC under the current agreement?
Volume up a little today. Good sign?
How do “investors know”all this? Could you please provide links to everything you purport in your post?
It would be nice to hear something from him about commercialization and revenue. Even a timeline maybe..
Your memory is much better than mine, gates. Kinda telling since they touted these relationships. In my opinion it’s all on Michael and Fred. I really don’t think anyone else is actively involved. But I do see Jim actively involved in the business side. And that’s very disconcerting. I mean geez, he hired his own son??
It would be interesting to see a timeline of all who have come and gone from the LWLG team.
Yet none of them putting up money. The sixty four thousand dollar question. The only funder seemingly willing to pony up anything is LPC, to their benefit and to the detriment of the retail folk. As x has said, doesn’t pass the smell test...
Why not Intel Capital?
So why no outside, or inside, investment in LWLG?
Correct- no position.
Gates- I said nothing to sully his military service to this country. You are the one who raised this. I was very specific about his leadership of this company. Just for one- what was the real reason for moving the company to Boulder? I know what the company line was, but who did it benefit (Tom and Jim) and who did it cost (shareholders)? The UC Boulder business was BS, as history has proved. Want to talk about Alabama, Arizona, and several others?
Tom needs to go too. He’s only hurt this company for his own personal benefit. Just my opinion but look at the history under his watch.
