Is there an actual point to your post? your short editorial already contradicts itself. On one hand you acknowledge that this unit was not performing and losing money, but the 2nd half of your statement blamming Ash for divesting it.
So, what's your point? Well, besides you personal feelings about Ash personally?
Seems to me that this is common practice among any company that evaluates their performing vs. their non-performing assets and divesting of the non-performing onces to fuel the performing ones.
So, your point/comment is? :)
Do you actually think that they had sales and did not announce them? LOL! If they did, now would be the time to release such news. The last pathetic press release is confirmation (IMO!) that there has been ZERO sales! IMO and personal evaluation.
Best to all!
2 Months without a single IWEB Sale/Revenue. Just something to think about before you jump into that pool and water is important to you. IMO!
The consequences of being a "Services" company are significant, the least being the valuation of the company. The fact that they still have over a $7M Market Cap on a $100K quarterly sales is most likely them being viewed by the market as a product company. I do believe they should be viewed as a Services company and their Market Cap be adjusted accordingly. I have said on this board many months ago that the proper price for this stock is 0.004. IMO
They also have no money (AKA. Broke) to hire or retain quality technical service delivery staff. IMO also
Lastly, judging by how they "service" their shareholders, I highly doubt they'd make a successful services-centric organization. IMHO.
Where are the sales? Now that we have TWO entities who are in "HOT" markets, should we expect at least 1 press release weekly about a new sale, regardless of how small it is (will still take that)
Or is management consumed with integrating the 2 companies and cultures? (all 5 employees)? IMO
Sales updates please....
GLTA!
Congratulation to IceWeb for inheriting more liability, debt and legal disputes. It's looking more like a paper printing company than a technology/cloud play. Best of Luck to All! (IMO)
Watch as share prices start to fall absorbing 25M shares over the next couple of weeks, as CTC shareholders celebrate getting rid of their headache and making it someone else's problem. (IMHO)
I am amazed that CTC was valued at $220K, which speaks volumes about their sales and financial position. With that said, I am unclear on what the 25% of IceWeb common stock being placed in escrow for the CTC shareholders is for, it appears to be part of the dispute with Kaye. Oh, fun! - will a lawyer explain this one as the language is very evasive (surprise, surprise). If anyone understand this, please share your understanding.
GTLA!
You read the news and comb through the words to glean a silver lining and all you are left with are words such as: complex transaction, muddying the water, leadership future uncertainty. I have not done dozens of M&A transaction, but I know that these are red flags that make an acquirer run. A company that has no revenue ($100K last quarter) should focus its energy on selling not in getting involved in “Complex Transactions”.
So, one has to ask the question: what’s in it for each party? The answer is a disturbing nothing! It’s all hype, stock manipulation, pushing paper, pumps and dumps and no real business strategy.
It is more disturbing to me that CTC would want to be acquired by a company like IceWeb knowing that they have no sales and can’t even feed themselves and are on the decline unless, they see this as a scam that they want to get in on where they can cash in $$$ just playing the pump-n-dump game. IMO
This is a merger of equals; equal is pathetic (or none existence) sales, equal in corruption and equal is failure to run or grow a business. IMO!
Investors on the heels of this so called “acquisition” beware! IMO!
Would love to know who the insider that bought 500,000 shares yesterday was. I think this company is dancing a very fine line with the SEC and if sales doesn't crush them, the SEC will. IMO.
The company is on the right path when it shows Sales and Revenue. It was 1 mouth to feed, and now 2 mouths to feed and ZERO Sales. Please highlight the bright future for a company that can't sell acquiring another company that can't sell either. Those are facts!
Comments?
This is more like crashing not a slow bleed. Potentially we could see sub-penny by tomorrow. IMO. It's a steal for an acquiring company to pick up the assets for about $150K. Let's not forget that this is open source and some hardware inventory. IMO also.
RFB, you have always posted facts and links and sound analysis, why the change now in not posting the information that you found. Searching the web for hints is like search for a trace of a needle in haystack. Please share...
GLTA!
Slick? Size? Big enough? all caps words? :)
I thought used sales season picks up towards the end of the year!
I may have missed your relevance, who are you again?
Thank you for giving me authorization to buy more shares. I am very happy with my position with SANT at 0.3%, but I will sure come running to you if I need help increasing that position ;)
GLTA!
You don't have a $2 ask "Gringo", at least get your own offer right :) The fools board is next door.
Do you have any evidence that Mr. Howe was associated with ETLC? A link, an article, etc...
Historically, the company jumps and pushes out "Sales news" and qualifies every sales related press release with the word "Significant" in the title. After many "Significant" press releases, we learned that the total sales for the Quarter were $100K. It has been nearly been 1.5 months with ANY sales press releases, what do you think the sales in this Q would be? My guess $50K IMO.
So, the great news about "Cloud" are not relevant to IWEB, because it appears that as the cloud gets bigger, IWEB seems to sell less. Something is wrong here :)
GLTA!!!
Not sure why all your posts are personal, angry and fact-less :)
There is nothing personal here and nothing to be humbled about, the market works in a very specific way, you can chose to ignore it and make up your own way, but that won't change how the market works.
The only issue with this stock is visibility which leads to liquidity with is the manifistation of how supply and demand works. That's all there is to it!!!
There are 3 ways to get the market to work:
Option 1: Use stock promoters who have access to large databases of retailers who look for pumps and dumps. This will give the stock visibility and a boost. It may push the stock up to $5-$6 quickly. I am not sure if promoters would even work with a stock that is in the range where SANT is now, but that's another issue. IF (big if) you find effective stock promoters and the stock rises, I assure you the stock will find its way ALL THE WAY DOWN to where it is today (if not lower). Why? Because that's the expected effect of promotions. I can point you to numerous stocks on this board with consistent history of that fact!
Option 2: Find institutional investors and fund managers to take a position in the stock and push it to their clients. This will not work with SANT, because even the smallest funds won't touch this stock at this market cap. They are just not interested and simply not allowed no matter how great the company is. It's simply a numbers issue, not a stock quality or company quality issue.
Option 3: The company keeps doing what it's doing and focus on increasing revenue (perhaps expedite it with an acquisition) and profitability and the numbers will eventually attract the right institutional interest.
That's all there is to it. It's not that complicated as you would like it to be.
So, stop the personal attacks and the fact-less and unrelated points about "there are no fundamentals...", etc... They just don't make any sense.
You can continue to post fact-less and angry posts, but that is my last response to the personal attacks. Intelligent (even if they are contradictory) and informed, factual responses are always welcomed and encouraged. That's what this board is for. It's about different opinions, not a contest on who is right and wrong.

Visibility...visibility...visibility...
Not sure how many times I can post the same message and spell it out and yet... oh well.
Let's try this again...
When you see trading volume of above 2% of outstanding shares happening and the stock goes down, then and only then we can look and evaluate what the market thinks of the stock and the company.
But when you see a 200 share trade for $252 push the stock down and claim "the sky is falling", then you truly don't understand or chose not to understand.
Will you post another message when it is up 50% today? Because that will take 100 share trade? Happy to put my money where my mouth is to prove it.
GLTA!
I agree however, I am truly puzzled by how the stock is being supported at the 0.03 levels with a $9M market cap. It makes no sense to me. Even after a strong pump, I have never seen an incline or a hold for a penny stock as much as I am seeing for IWEB and I have to admit that I don't get where the support is coming from. Traditionally, if you combine the effect of the pump/dump with the performance of the company and lack of news, the stock should be at sub-penny today. Why it isn't is a mystery.
GLTA...
No News is exactly what it is; No News! Which means no sales, no merger, no employees left at the company and no announcements of any activity.
One can speculate all they want, but historical performance is our only indicator and thus far, IWEB has gone 1 MONTH WITHOUT ANY SALES. No single handed sales person (SVP or Jr.) is going to make a dent in this organization. Sales effectiveness is a reflection of the leadership effectiveness which is zero.
Had they even given the product away and saved the money they spent on promotion, they would have generated enough interest and buzz to pull new paid sales. But this company is not interested in any real strategy or trying anything different. It will never change because the core is the root of the problem.
I am counting on the next pump IWEB. Don't let me down ;)
GLTA!
I would like to add that for nearly a month, there has not been a single sale announcement. Which means that we are looking a Q revenue of about $70K (IMO) for a company that is boasting a $9M market cap. So, collapse of the stock is not a speculation but rather a reality. Despite all the promotions and pumps that this stock experiences, nothing will be able to keep it from collapsing other than daily sales (emphasis on daily) IMO.
Note to Board and Management; fire your leadership in sales before the shareholders fires you. That is another reality! IMO
GLTA. Another exciting week for IWEB.
And IWEB will be right there watching it happen and taking a 0.002% bite of that big apple. For those without a handy calculator that's $19B/$400K annual sales that IWEB enjoys. IMO.
I am tired of posts that speak to the size of the market as if it is relevant to IWEB. What difference the size of the market is or will be if you have a company that can't sell a single product in an entire month. Does anyone stop and think about that? We are talking about an average of $30K sale. This company cannot sell $30K worth of anything (product or service) in any given month. Why is that?
Any ideas why?
GLTA.
3 weeks without a sale. Forget the leadership silence about the merger/acquisition, it's not relevant at this point. The only relevant metric to success (aka. survivor) is sales.
For a company like IWEB in a market with high demand (considering all the posts about the state of the industry) without a SINGLE sale for 3 weeks is outrageous! Why is all management still holding positions with this company? Why aren't they fired? Is it hard to find talent? I don't think so, DC has plenty of talent.
Success or failure of merge/acquisition is obsolete and irrelevant at this point.
Oh how I miss the 0.02's. thinking of picking up at this level.
Any advice?
Management biggest success is consistently providing shareholders with a scheduled pump/dump scheme. If they can give us the exact dates that will happen, we would greatly appreciate it so that we can plan better ;)
Other than that, don't look for management or the board for any performance related to sales or mergers/acquisitions.
Clearly neither management (Howe) nor the board care about their credibility.
IMO
Due Diligence? :) Are we talking about the same transaction? The one that was announced March 4, 2013? :) The one announced 6 months ago??!! :)
It's one thing to manipulate shareholders, but to insult them?
We are talking about 2 companies with barely any revenues. What "Due Diligence" for this size transaction takes 6 months?
If management is that incompetent where they can neither sell nor close a deal, then what exactly are they doing with their time? :)
Very interesting...
GLTA!
Selling would have been 15X the buying if wasn't for a single buy that balanced it.
Wonder what the TA are saying today? ;)
Truly GTLA!
Yes indeed I was. However, I sit and watch with marvel at how this management operates and intrigued by whether they are geniuses (not the good kind) or mad (as-in incompetent). I truly cannot tell!
The fact that they slipped the transaction closing date is probably by design so that they can go back to the drawing board and claim that they needed to “renegotiate” while all along, they know that they will not be able to close this transaction and they can go about their merry way of paying for pumps and luring in unsuspecting shareholders.
On the flip side, the alternative is not that attractive if the transaction closes. I think the unaware and uninformed shareholders hears the words “Merger” or “Acquisition” and immediately start to see dollar signs. Well, not in this case. You have 2 entities that will be using each other as crutches where none of them can sell a product to pay a bill.
The attraction for the other entity is that they now have a new crutch (paper) that they can use to pay bills and keep the lights on. Between both entities, they can take turns who is going to fund the next pump ;) IMO.
At minimum, this is movie worth watching, I am just amazed that the feds have not stepped in and closed the curtains and turned the music off. IMHO!
GLTA….
18 days without a new sale! Should we be expecting a merger announcement tomorrow by 9am? I am assuming that the parties are working very hard over this long weekend to give the shareholders the good news. Counting down....
GLTA!
The only spinning that is happening on this board if yours. You can read the 4 or 5 times that I asked you to give me numbers related to company performance or fundamentals. I spelled it out for you in terms of; revenue, profits, positive shareholder value, reduced debt, etc...
I do this for a living and even my grand-daughter who is just in high-school can understand the difference. So, you'll have to ask yourself why you don't (or chose not to) understand the difference.
It is clear that you don't have any position in this stock, which is fine and that you have a personal issue with this stock or company which is fine as well. But to insist that you don't see the corporate fundamentals in SANT is laughable.
I acknowledged that stock performance is horrible, but that is less important. What is more important and of significant value is the corporate performance. Stock will follow, it always does, that's just the ABC's of investing.
But, you just don't see fundamentals. Or to state it properly, you don't understand fundamentals.
I will no longer reply to sub-par posts about "here are the numbers..." when the poster doesn't even understand the question.
GLTA and enjoy the long weekend.
These are not numbers my dear sir! These are here say, speculations, rumors, unverifiable stories. I was not around nor aware of SANT then and I can only go by reported and audited numbers of 75% growth, followed by 90% growth, followed by reduction/elimination of debt, followed by positive shareholder's equity, etc...
These are numbers.. can you please get me numbers from the last 2 years financial performance and fundamentals for SANT and post them here and point out to the negative (or even neutral) performance of the company.
The simple fact is, you or Mr. Miggs cannot. You will either fall back on "so and so said" and "I heard..." or "look at the stock"
So, are you able or not able to provide the numbers that reflect on the company performance for the past 2 years?
It really is that simple. Not sure why the folks on that board are not able to reply to simple requests.
You have a personal issue with the company or management, that's fine and acceptable and honorable, no one can fault you for that. But don't play with facts because you lose your credibility.
I do this for a living, no attachment to SANT nor any other stock. If fundamentals are strong, then great. If company stops performance then moving on. Not sure why this board is very emotionally charges calling people names.
Reminds me on Bubba and the definition of "is" is :)
Numbers, you know, 1, 2, 3, 5, etc....
GTLA!!
You don't think IWEB is a paper play? I think IWEB wrote the book on Paper play.... IMO
They discovered the key to success and a great formula that allows big payouts without having to sell anything. Why sell products when you can sell paper? IMO
Stock promotions is an addiction once you get hooked on one, you can't stop, you have to continue promoting and promoting to stay high (no pun intended)which makes the company look energized right after a promo.
IWEB can't survive on its own merit or performance. Unfortunately rather than management focusing on fixing the real problem (which is management), they are playing with paper. Hey management, be careful, paper cuts can be very painful. LOL
IMHO!!!!
That is really amusing.
GLTA!
Arrogance and Ignorance is when someone explains something that is considered basic economics and the other person still can't understand it and continues to repeat the same argument without any intellectual backing.
If the difference between company performance and stock performance is not clear and one keep using the stock as an indicator of company performance, then perhaps a simple article can attempt (with very little hope) to explain how a company fundamental performance is in many cases disconnected or at minimum not directly proportional to stock performance.
http://www.extremetech.com/computing/146660-apple-breaks-revenue-records-again-but-stock-prices-tumble-as-iphone-and-ipad-reach-their-zenith
SANT is a great company to invest in and hold as it continues to grow in double digits.
The fundamental problem with the SANT stock is liquidity, as obvious to anyone who ever bought/sold stock. This is complicated by the fact that the SANT stock is no longer a penny stock which devastates the liquidly issue even further because it puts SANT in a no-mans-land. No penny trader will look at it and no real institutional investor (or some retail) will look at it. Most institutional investors have a minimum market-cap requirement before they will begin to even analyze a stock. In my opinion, SANT needs to triple revenue to gain a spot on that radar.
The stock going down (or up for that matter) is due to volatility which is related to liquidity. NO ONE KNOWS ABOUT THIS STOCK (there are only 3 people who post on this board). The simplest trades take it up and down drastically. It goes down sharply because someone needs to cash $1000 to pay a bill NOT because they don't believe in the company. Perhaps they don't believe that liquidity is coming soon and therefore dump it any price. It's that simple. Why no one knows about this stock? (read the paragraph above).
So, if someone wants to maintain any integrity in communication and posting, they can state that the stock has a liquidity issue and buyers beware. But ignoring the numbers and fact, is just humorous and also irresponsible and shows personal agendas and bitterness against the company or management despite the performance which is ok to have that position, just state it and communicate it as such.
SANT a great stock to buy and hold as long as revenues continue to go up. The stock will follow as the company breaks through the radar barrier to become a real micro-cap stock or up-list to higher visibility exchange.
I have asked any nay-Sayers to present the numbers and I don't mean the stock performance numbers. I mean the company performance numbers and try to dispute that rather than the ignorant statements of "I don't see the fundamentals". I suggest looking up the word fundamentals and stop repeating "look at the stock.... look at the stock"...
GLTA....
Is that what it is? :) They are swiftly responding to client demands and needs? All 5 or 6 clients? :) Thank you for the explanation that solidifies the sentiment that management is highly incompetent and does not know how to invest its time and energy wisely. Other posts talk about the huge cloud market, but I guess the reason why IWEB is not successful with any new sales is because they are serving the 5 or 6 small clients that they have and don't have time to chase other sales.
It all makes sense to me now :) IMO of course.
"Based on feedback from clients and partners around the globe"????
You mean all 5 of them gave the company this big list of new requirements? Then why did they buy the product then if it was missing these valuable features? It must be because they were very impressed by the financial stability of the company they forfeit the technical due diligence :) LOL
Where are the sales IWEB? Any pipeline you can share with shareholders on the future and potential of yet another version?
Show me the "Order Book" that is referenced in this pump since it's been 2 weeks since the last sale.
Company need 4 sales A DAY to keep their doors open. IMO
Another version of the product they can't sell. This company will never be able to sell products for a simple reason (IMO). You get what you pay for. The company is not able to hire sales talent because they don't have cash to pay the bills, therefore they can only hire sub-par talent that is willing to work for paper and cash in at each pump (AKA. Payday).
Don't expect quality sales and only hope for a bluebird. IMO
GLTA.
For those who don't understand what fundamentals are, I recommend a good book or some articles. IMO
For those who don't see fundamentals, I also suggest reading financial filings. IMO
For those who don't understand how stock works, I recommend not investing in stock and look for other tangible investments. IMO
The most sound and profound investor advisers and investors (like the world richest man) recommend investment in companies that has strong fundamental performance in a market that needs their product or services whose stock is under-valued then when you find these company, take a long position.
Check out the SANT fundamentals or ask a friend to help you read financial reports. IMO.
GLTA.
By the Numbers: 11 days since last sale. Company needs 2-4 sales a day to pay bills and stay relevant. IMO
For the benefit of full disclosure, you should state that you are offering a subjective and biased opinion towards the company rather than risk your credibility by stating that you don't see the fundamentals. Perhaps it would help if you read the Q and the rest of the filings and stated quantitatively (which means numbers, as in 12345,etc...) where the company has not been performing better than any OTC stock.
Nothing wrong with being subjective, but if you are going to debate facts then numbers are a requirement.
As I have stated numerous times, stock performance is due to lack of company visibility in the retail market not due to company performance. I also stated that this will continue to be an issue going forward if the company does not address it.
Happy to be proven wrong by the numbers that the company is not performing financially and growth wise.
All the best....
