I believe that if the SEC got about 50 letters they would probably act.
Count me in.
I'm also writing a letter to the Board of Directors that it time for a change in the leadership of this company. Smith had his chance and has been unable to deliver.
Again 50 letters to the Board may get their attention.
Dear Fellow Investors,
This past Tuesday I had the opportunity to speak with Charles Smith, President & CEO of WMIH. He also holds several other positions EVP, Interim CEO, Interim Chief Legal Officer and Secretary. Seems like he is a one man show. I express the anger and frustration of the shareholder and I asked questions;
• I asked why there has been no communications with the stockholders and he has us left in the dark. I stated that the stockholders have the right to know what is going on with the company. I stated that the stockholders have lost all confidence with the company management.
Response: Everything is available on the SEC filings that are available for review as required by law. He stated he was going to email me the lasts filing. So far he has not.
• I told him he should the review The Investor Hub website and he can see for himself the anger and frustration of the stockholder.
Response: He had heard of the website. Did not say he would check it out.
• I said that many companies have a Facebook account where they communicate with shareholders and potential investors and he should do the same.
Response: He said he will take it under advisement.
• I stated that shareholder call and no one ever answers the phone or returns the call. No email address provided.
Response: He stated he called me back, but nothing about all the other calls. (FYI: when I left my message I asked it if 200 shareholders writing to the SEC would get them to return my call….. I guess they would not like that so the called me.)
• I stated the stock price has dropped 25 times in the last 30 days and down 40% since the 52 week high and he has done nothing about it.
Response: He stated he did not know how to respond to this question.
• I asked about the merger/ acquisition strategy mentioned 2.5 years ago and since then it has never been mentioned again.
Response: He stated he could not speak on ongoing negotiations.
• I asked about the Blackstone/ KKR deal.
Response: He would not speak about this.
• I asked about the assets held by the FDIC and the escrow shares.
Response: Stated he did not know anything about what the FDIC is doing.
Mr. Smith has a bland personality; not friendly in any manner and did not promote an open conversation. It was obvious that he was annoyed talking to me and he did not like any of my remarks or questions.
Mr. Smith is a bankruptcy attorney, and he may be a good one, but he definitely did not display any of the traits of a top executive. He was wishy-washy to say the least and basically had nothing to say about anything. At the very least he could have said that he would try to be a better communicator …… but he did not. He could have displayed some concern for the company investors …. but he did not. He just tried to get me off the phone as fast possible.
I believe that all of us should write to the Board of Directors stating we believe that it is time for a change in the leadership of the Company. We should state that the current CEO had ample opportunity to demonstrate his leadership abilities, but he has been unable to deliver on any of the strategic objectives of the company. (per Annual Repot) . He has also failed to deliver any significant shareholder value and not had the common courtesy or consideration to keep the investor informed. It is very obvious that we just do not matter to him.
I will be writing to the Board and I strongly encourage all of you to do the same. We cannot afford to remain silent and be kept in the dark any longer. Another 5% stock price decline today.

For some time I have been calling the WMIH office. Today I got a call from the executive assistant to the president. A telephone meeting has been scheduled for the President to call me tomorrow.
If you have any question you would like me to ask, I will be happy to do so and later post the answers.
If you have questions please send them today or tonight by the latest.
Thank you
Nick
Dear RFB
I would also like to send a letter to FINRA. Not sure how to describe the problems. Would you mind sharing the letter you sent.
I think the more complaints the better.
Thanks
Nick
FYI i've sent several emails and never recived a reply. That's why Ifiled my SEC complaint. I am wait for a reply from SEC
Regards
email sent was well done
Thanks very much
Dear RookieInvestor1
Would you mind posting your email to the Anerson
including the docs you sent.
I am presenting sending an update to the SEC complaint I filed and this info would be helpful
Thanks
All this salary information for both the Andersons needs to be brought to the attention of the SEC. This really, really smells.
Thank you
If they bought that many shares back it a good sign...probably time for me to add more shares at this price
Dear pj123
Could you please tell me where you got this information
Thank you
A number of us have already filed an SEC complaint. All of you should do the same. IT'S THE ONLY WAY TO GET SOME ACTION. Wishful thinking is useless. Act now....the more the better.
What do you mean ALMOST never answers. HE NEVER ANSWERS. HE JUST A COWARD.
Has anybody ever talked to him or someone in their office?
Way don't we call the Director, or the President, or the Secretary or the Treasurer ..... OH YEA, their all (coward) Wayne Anderson.
You still didn't answer the question. When have I ever been dishonest.
Answer the question you coward..... or apologize .... if you have the guts.
How's that. Please explain one instant where I have been dishonest.
Either put up are shut up if you have the courage.
NOT TRUE. A few weeks ago I sent an email to the SEC and within a week I received a very nice email answering all my questions with a name to tel number to call if I had any question. I called are they are very helpful.
I just curious... Have you ever contacted the SEC and NOT received a reply or are you just a pessimistic at heart?
If you filed online you should have received an email saying Thank you and will will a response soon.
It’s very strange now that several of us openly stated on this bulletin board that we filed SEC Complaints the stock manipulation has stopped, the volume is down and the stock price seems to have stabilized. I hope Anderson reads this bulletin board and understands and gets the message. He needs to response and account to the shareholders.
Mr. Anderson…..What are you hiding???
I agreed ... go ahead and try it.
Go ahead... keep your head in the sand. That's always a good strategy and it will make you a lot of money.
I'm am waiting on the results of my and others SEC Complaint.
Don't know. All I can say is what Mr. Anderson filed with the Florida Sec. of State. Have you read it? Especially the part that it was approved by shareholders votes. Read it carefully ...........it's amazing.
IF YOU AGREE - FILE A SEC COMPLAINT. IT HAS TO BE MORE THAT JUST ONE COMPLAINT. THEY NEED TO POST THEIR FINANCIALS. HELP YOURSELF.
Better to have them shut down, then to get screwed .....don't you think?
Nevertheless it done and I will just have to went and see what happens.
It seems very strange now much you try to convince other not to file an SEC Complaint. Just a question do you have any ties with the company or are you just an investor. Do you actually have shares in the Company???????????
Just found some very interesting information on the Florida Secretary of State website. It seems that Anderson filed on May 8, 2012 an amendment to Article 5 of the corp. Common shared was increased from 1,800,000,000 to 3,600,000,000 thus the dilution we have see lately.
Other changes made -- Anderson now, Director,President, Secretary and Treasure.
Has everyone read the "Corporate Governance" on the UNGS website?
It very interesting especially the "Record Keeping Section" and the responsibly of the Company.

All this complaining going back and forth is of no use. All we are doing is watching our investing go down the drain.
It's time to act. I filed my compliant with the SEC yesterday.
if you are interested in saving your investment you should do the same without further delay.
P.S. Does anyone know in what state UNGS was incorporated in. I will will a complaint withe the Secretary of Sate also. Please let me know if anyone has this information. thanks
According to Anderson they had only $40,000 for the buy back programs. Let's hope it the buy back
That's because you are placing a limit order.
I don't think you understand. The ASK is what you buy at. The Bid is what you sell at. You cannot place a limit price at a higher price than what the stock is trading at. You can place it but it will always give you the best price.
Buying at .0003 cannot trigger at sell at .0004 that makes no sense.
The BID is the selling price
I don't think so. If the SEC shuts them down it will open Anderson to a lot of lawsuits. I don't think that they want to risk their
business and personal liability now that gas prices are going UP and things are looking up. The SEC is there to protect the investor...read their website.
I just did it again at the close ----------- Closed at.0003
I have a lot of shares. $15 was worth several thousand gain. Don't you Think.
I just filed my complaint lets see what happens.
I don't understand you. You suggest that everyone do it but your unwilling to risk $15 yourself. What gives?????????????????
I've had dealing with the SEC before. What you stated is not true.
Only a fool stands around doing nothing. Savvy?
I have no idea what you just said. Please explain.
Thanks
Dear Blackhawks,
Thanks for your replay to my message. I'm wondering if you placed a market order as I suggested. It actually only cost me $14.95.
Please let me know when you try it.
Thanks
I recently sent a email to the SEC and just got their reply.

I'm filing my complaint know. If you want the CEO to move I would suggest everyone do the same. It's easy and cost nothing. Time to stop this nonsense.
The volume today is very high. It seems that some are buying at .0002 and selling at .0003 to make a few hundred dollar profit.
Several minutes ago I tried an experiment. The last traded was at .0002 so I placed a MARKET order for 20,000 shares and the stock immediately jumped to .0003.
This trade cost me with commission about $20. I think that if we all try this it will drive the price up and hopefully the day traders out.
Wayne Anderson, President of US Natural Gas Corp recently stated " while we will no longer be bound by the reporting obligations of the SEC, the company does intend to resume regular communications with the investment community as a stock traded on the OTC Markets" .
