I though it said the audit was scheduled for August 16. I did not read it as the audit would be completed on August 16. Audits generally take more than a day to be performed, review findings with management, and provide documentation. Are you sure it was to be completed with results determined on Friday?
Befuddled?? Unless these are shorts today, I am totally lost on why someone is selling at 29 or less today when they could have easily sold at 30/31 last week? What am I missing?
If they did an increase in authorized like they did in May 2012- it would be about .0001. The last increase in authorized made it go from .0182 to .0095 that day. The risk factor is: will they get CE mark and leverage that before they need to increase authorized to get funds?
I am betting CE mark will be there before increase in AS is needed (IMO)
You can look for filings to increase AS here:

You're right! -- VFIN not always a dilluter!
First - August audit
Next - approved for CE Mark
Then - merger or sale for a VERY, VERY high price due to its newly acquired Intangible asset called CE Mark
(IMHO will be bought by one of the major device companies for at least .25 per share if not more) J & J, Medtronic, or Siemens, possibly Stryker in the picture too-- J&J, Medtronic, Siemens- have mucho cash !!
This will shoot to the moon if they can complete the development of an app to backup and secure data from Ipads, iphones and android devices. They have all of the tech knowledge and tools to do this--- it will just take development time, testing, and then marketing it -- via app stores, etc. Good price to buy and hold awaiting that big release.

What is the connection?
Thanks-- I hope they find a buyer--
It makes you wonder-- I would't put it past the management to plan it that way. Particularly, slow the process down for thoses brokers who had a larger number of shares.
BK BARRETT--- any progress you know of on selling their rights?
I finally got my shares available for trade last week from Scotttrade and from Trade King (Zecco). Since they are virtually worthless right now, they will sit in hopes of ECDC one day really having something to sell. OR perhaps some future pump so I can dump--
This dude is dead in the water until the company comes out with a PR or something that gives future hope of a revenue stream from a successful development project for user in the newer technologies (ie. in 4g smart phone world, etc.)
IMHO-- my interpretation of this is that these are admin fees and other expenses associated with obtaining the CE mark. Likely, this was the bone of contention delaying the auditors 'signoff' on the financials. Many times these fees can be capitalized and amortized over future periods benefited from the resulting asset. However, if these are fees and expense associated with Expert Resources and those fees and expenses are being financed with the resulting intangible asset rather than being paid now, then it would have to be expensed until the asset (CE Mark) is obtained. If this is the case, then whomever is financing the fees (probably Expert resources) believes strongly there will be an intangible asset (CE Mark) to be obtained with work done to date.
These are normally expenses associated with costs (primarily legal fees and consulting services) associated with a loan application, whereby the loan amount is to be 'guaranteed' with a future asset stemming from a project in progress.
AHHH -- the impending DOOM of yet another R/S.
What is the difference in owning 1,000,000 shares @ $.0038 and owning 1,000 shares at $3.80
I am really hoping for an opening Monday PR with huge revenue increase Year over Year. Their revenue should be up anyway, but remember they had to defer some shipments last quarter due to Hurricane Sandy. That should give them even bigger revenue numbers this release. If we also get other good news along with it-- this would go to .015 ASAP. It should hit the .008's just on a good 10K report of double digit revenue growth.
Thanks for the refresher history class. I have never said that investing in sub pennies is not without risk. Those who invest in subpennies, by nature, are risk takers betting on the future of a company. IMHO, SNDY is one of those with a future.
Starting to see a little profit taking this afternoon from those .002 buyers from late 2012 and early Jan 2013-- still a real bullish uptrend overall--
Totally agree-- could be going to penny land with news and financial results corroborating that SNDY is for real!
Yessir-- alot of buy demand but nobody selling. Supply and demand rules would dictate that PPS goes up like a rocket !!!
CE mark for Mammoview plus European distribution partnership established = $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
AND
Saved lives due to earlier detections
I have Scottrade and have the hash tag. I also have some in Zecco now TradeKing and same issue there-- they say they are waiting on the certificates-
What a shock?
Incorrecto mundo--- last rs was 11 24 2010 --
If it was a goal every year, then why did they skip an R/S in 2011 and in 2012?
Depending on your broker - they usually will not show up until they get the stock certificates from ECDC's transfer agent. Your broker or customer service rep for online traders can tell you --
Yessir--- That's our goal-- why else would we be here buying pennies instead of going to the casinos!!!
With a little DD, buying certain pennies has greater odds than the blackjack table or roulette wheel (although only slightly ???)
Amen--- you're preaching to the choir here!!!
We have seen all the posts here about device companies and how SOLOS compares. Note that in the medical device industry, most all of the BIG PLAYERS became big players by buying technology and ideas from smaller companies and from physicians. SOLOS is on the cutting edge of mammography with its endocopy products. The 2 leaders in mammography equipment are Siemens and GE Healthcare. Both of these players are trying to find better solutions for physicians to more quickly view and 'investigate' leisions and suspected cancer forming structures that their present technology 'discovers'.
Look at the Siemens link below and
NOTE :SOLOS PROVIDES THAT FURTHER REVIEW OF SUSPECTED STRUCTURES FOUND WITHIN THEIR EXISTING TECHNOLOGIES !!

GO SNDY-- either SIEMENS or GE wants your technology NOW!!
Nice DD post Penny-- as always Thanks for your input !!!
Gotcha--- Thanks
Anyone heard if there is a new pump campaign coming soon or not?
Have you heard anything recently on progress towards selling the rights? I assume they did get some help to keep the lights on since I've seen no bankruptices????
Anyone have any insight on where these guys are on developing the iPHONE security? I'd love to hear from anyone who is willing to share their insight on CGUD---- looks like some potential akin to software geeks in a garage developing something worth BIG BUCKS!!
tabun936-- Great Post!! Thank you for your insight
Sales-- they need to increase their EBITDA. Infrastructure and red tape first (very costly)--- then come the sales and EBITDA__
IMO
They do not need to make it more attractive----- right now it is showing 2.4 million book value with no debt. It would cost the big boys 10 times that to start up a new product supply chain for U.S. and Global marketing. They'd easily pay .04 a share for this company even at the stage it is at on getting CE mark. This stock is already way undervalued.
In the past R/S's, they need the funds for debt service.
R/S just makes absolutely no sense IMO--
So why would a company with virtually no debt and a state-of-the-art product in an exploding healthcare market (mammography)need to do a reverse split.
If they do a RS, then they are only doing it to hose the investors. I just don't think that is their agenda.
