I'll be drinking Dom Perignon at the little pub after the AGM with the rest of JBII millionaires who will be attending this years 2012 AGM.
The dandelion flower is excellent for Migraine headaches, the root can also be baked and the leaves used for salad. The wine like JBI ohhhhhhh so good ;)
several years old means.......oops! they are OUT OF SHARES now which means
Reverse Split
Read the 10K and decipher it for yourself. Increasing the OS to pay off companies diluting your holdings and equity. Ask them why
Of the 5000 or so shareholders will you also be attending this years 2012 JBI Inc. AGM!? Its going to be packed with information about the Rock Tenn machine roll out placement schedule.
There is a nice little hotel off the beaten trail on the Canadian side called Michaels. Indoor pool, jacuzzi, infrared sauna.....
You should go (:
Very nice diagram to ponder at while grazing, dont you agree?
Sounds like nothing of the sort, not if a reverse split is in the wings. Why buy at 11 cents when a penny will do?
What about the Reverse Split that is coming up soon as per the 10K, is ELTP really that stellar?
We are obligated to issue a significant number of additional shares of Common Stock pursuant to existing agreements, including the Epic Strategic Alliance Agreement and outstanding warrants and preferred stock,. Existing holders of our Common Stock will experience substantial dilution from the issuance of shares of Common Stock pursuant to these obligations. By way of example, if we and Epic consummate the quarterly payment closings under the Epic Strategic Alliance Agreement, we will issue to Epic an aggregate of 437.5 shares of Series E Preferred Stock, convertible into an aggregate of approximately 18.0 million shares of Common Stock, based on a conversion price as of June 22, 2012. In addition, with respect to the products developed by Epic under the Epic Strategic Alliance Agreement, we may issue to Epic (a) warrants to purchase up to an aggregate of 56,000,000 shares of our Common Stock upon the receipt by us from Epic of written notices of Epic’s receipt of an acknowledgment from the FDA that the FDA accepted for filing an ANDA for certain controlled-release and immediate-release products developed by Epic at the Facility and (b) up to an aggregate of 40,000,000 additional shares of our Common Stock following the receipt by us from Epic of written notices of Epic’s receipt from the FDA of approval for certain controlled-release and immediate-release products developed by Epic at the Facility.
Im happy this company is at the forefront of solving the worlds waste plastic problem and that they have the blessings of Rock Tenn. I'm also happy that a few thousand bright souls have embraced this company allowing it to continue operations. The fuel will come when its time on their schedule not yours or mine. Shared pictures indicate growth in Niagara. Who was it that put a gun to your head forcing you to buy JBII and not allowing you attend the first two AGM's to answer your questions? Thats who I'd be upset with.
For a person who went to the factory and saw the first version of the P20 machine you sure have a lot of demands. May all of your concerns be addressed at this years 2012 AGM the third one for JBII so far. Im a little surprised your concerns weren't addressed at last years 2011 AGM, did you ask these questions then?
You really worry too much. Raggertail is a small portion of the big JBI picture. Someone as loyal as yourself should see this.
The way I see it is Rock Tenn has 240 facilities spread mostly across north america and 4 other countries that Im not even remotely concerned about.
They like waste management had to have done a feasibility study to see if joining forces with P20 would benefit them.
For example RKT has a plant in Mississippi that has two main boilers that drives their equipment for what they do. Each boiler requires close to a million gallons of number 6 diesel per year to operate that plant. 2 Million gallons of #6 diesel is needed to run that plant!? then knowing RKT has another 239 more facilities also requiring a similar amount of fuel to operate?
RKT saves big time being involved with JBI.
Who ever used to haul their plastic waste stream is now being replaced by P20. Loss of revenue for the hauler, major bottom line savings for RKT.
RKT melts their waste plastic with JBI's P20 machines that make #6 diesel which runs their boilers through out their facilities worldwide. No brainer!
I could care less if we havent seen more then a conveyor full of plastic in the video's.
Big guns with big bucks just confirmed to me in 10 million ways they like what they're seeing so why sweat the small stuff?
Have you heard anything about the shareholder beer bash?
Will you be asking this question personally at the AGM?
Forget about the individual franchises and the 45 sites originally slated during the franchise days. P20 has signed with a 3.5 billion dollar corporation named Rock Tenn the largest recycling company in the United States.
Try discussing how many processors Rock Tenn wants for its numerous sites across this continent then speculate on how many more they'll want at their worldwide locations.
The SEC will settle with JBII
A AGM confirmation is when a shareholder sends in their RSVP that he11 ya!!! their going to the meeting. Its a great way to meet like minded people who believe in this company regardless of what tribal wars are raging in different camps. Like minded people who have contributed millions of dollars seeing P20 technology being developed by none other then John Bordynuik and his excellent team. They did all of this, they are the reasons we invested and they are the people we go to see to congratulate on getting us this far this soon.
can you relate?
That is a very cute picture is that a dolphin or a whale? But really Generic the SAIC study is for DoD applications where P20 will be of some use. Imagine deploying a cluster of P20 systems to foreign lands in the middle of nowhere that have vast amounts of discarded plastic. What better resource then to use local waste plastic to fuel military operations. P20 once modular and mobilized can be inserted into numerous applications.
I thought the ADS' were retired? It doesnt matter $3.15 is a handsome reward for buying a few shares. The X date is the 13th or the record date
July 13th their giving away $3.15 to anyone standing in line
Are we talking about JBII who is about to make significant history or the pail of plastic company Agilyx who isnt even public yet. Did you check with the Ulums about your version of the JBII/AGLX comparisons???
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=76897513
Wouldnt it be something if people went out and trade marked all things that sounded like Agilx?
The SEC will settle with JBII
According to the guru I was asking the existing lawsuits are diminishing with new things developing as we speak. Im pretty sure the guru will update all Pacer events that pertain to JBII and its litigations
One way to gauge the AGM attendance is to attend. This years meeting is July 23rd and it cost under $2.00 for admission. Will you be coming?
Welcome back Steady T, all went well with the operation?
Guess you'll just have to wait for the new IR team to show up while the landmen round up more concentrated leases
How are the JBII lawsuits coming along? Any new developments?
Is IR in the states or Canada? Not everything is free
That is excellent DD which totally proves JBII is producing fuel that is being hauled away by tankers based on your pictures and examination of the situation.
Thanks for confirming JBII is the first Plastic2oil company in the world successfully making fuel from waste plastic!
Hats off and a Wayyyyyyyyyyy we go!
http://www.plastic2oil.com/site/home
woooooooooooooo hooooooooooooo theres the volume, 90,000 shares traded but oh my its going the wrong way???
The equipment once manufactured will ultimately be assembled at the Rock Tenn referral locations they are destined for. Have you been to the NFNY location yet? Lots of expansion going on to accommodate all the plastic they are processing into fuel. As the other guy said, only intelligent people are JBII shareholders (:
The SEC will settle with JBII
One thing is for sure, JBII wont have to worry about running out of plastic anytime soon. I like the sound of $100.00 per share, it has a magical ring to it
Just the facts that the previous owner of Domark was himself a lying scammer should lend a little credence that the apple doesnt fall far from the new Domark tree
If you come to the AGM you'll be able to ask the man like many had the opportunity to do last year. Heddle is onboard with P20 like thousands of other intelligent investor are.
Dont forget the Whales just invested 10 million to continue operations which equate to building more processors for modular deployment, be it air land or sea (:
Well thank goodness for that, how can the company possibly roll out 2500 machines on a simple 10 million dollar budget. The great thing about whales is, theres MORE WHERE THAT CAME FROM
(:
Didnt you make a comment that the truck driver delivering the P20 kilns to JBII was related to you?
14000 shares isnt a party its a funeral, 800,000 shares would make for a great party, nice to see the left coast waking up
a development PR announcing something would do it, but that makes too much sense, these guys like trading under a nickle with a 2 cent bounce on occasion. The promotional team getting the word out must be morons
When does the party start? its already 10;30, has the left coast woken up yet???
What about today, would today be a good day for the sp to go up?
Why do you think that?
No idea, something is up another board is noticing the unusual volume too.
Yes! local certs are collecting dust in dusty drawers. Thank heavens John Bordynuik developed and spread the word about this company for everyone to share in the P20 pie. If it wasnt for his technical genius P20 would have never gotten off the ground. Until Bordynuik did it, no one before him succeeded enough to satisfy any State agency. Everyone is very proud of JBIIs accomplishments. All of those involved have done a fantastic job at making this company an investment of a lifetime.
the Ibox should have this companies website in it
http://www.regenicin.com/
- The U.S. Department of Defense recently awarded more than $18M in funding to a unit of Lonza Group, Ltd. for the development and commercialization of the therapeutic candidate, PermaDerm for the treatment of severe burns among U.S. troops and civilians.
- Regenicin, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board:RGIN.ob - News), has an agreement with Lonza pursuant to which Regenicin has been charged to obtain FDA approval for the commercial sale of PermaDerm. The funding will assist Regenicin and Lonza in advancing the clinical trials to be conducted in connection with the FDA approval process. Regenicin was a presenter at the conference at which the funding was awarded.
Ya the big guns are lining up. P20 is a no brainer for any community that deals with plastic. Seeing the pics of the new 30T version reminds me of locomotives. Massive modular machines able to swallow how many tons of plastic per hour? Behemoths I tell ya!
History shows JBI mechanically evolved from a miniature Blest machine to where they are today. Its good to see that Bordynuik can focus all of his attention at cranking out armies of P20 3 cluster modular units while Rock Rauber lines up global placement sites. Rock Tenn/Plastic2Oil
Rock2Oil
Globally, its a good marriage (:
SAIC are the guys who recommend companies for DoD applications. Big money is coming in off of the sidelines. Im surprised the new CEO hasnt addressed the shareholders yet but there must be a lot to transition. Wouldnt it be cool to learn P20's are aboard aircraft carriers to handle their waste streams using the fuel for support equipment, jet fuel and other petrol chemicals etc.
