Who is lying to investors? Someone is breaking the law here! It is my understanding ironridge is not the rightful owner of the note. So, why does ironridge continue to submit these filings?

My main point seems to be overlooked by some around here. Yes, TCP "may" have a valid claim. But ironridge leaked information, then filed before TCP. Any way you twist the facts, ironridge can be held accountable for losses by us shareholders.

All the email responses posted on the SVFC board indicate news by the end of July. Keep in mind all emails had words such as "should" and "hope" So I guess...should in one hand and hope in the other. See which one fills up first.

Any mention as to when it will be released? 5-10 days? LOL. I'm confident in SVFC long term but a lot of talk around here holds water about as well as a screen.

I'm thinking SVFC will be acquired while current board members retain their positions. Big pharma money will launch the company. SVFC receives a boatload of money initially while the staff continues to benefit down the road.

SVFC buyout may be the explanation for a lot of things going on here. Cleaning up Hanover, Ironridge involvement, hiring Southstreet and I honestly think the lack of filings fit in here. We keep hearing "10 days" I figure the delay is not because SVFC. I figure they are waiting for agreements to solidify before making announcements. Although tough on investors short term, SVFC is planning the long term effects and big $$$$$$$ JMHO

I agree with you on that fact. Our issue now is the damage has been done by the MM's. They killed the momentum. Now we need some news for the next move up.

SVFC's recent actions look like a tell tale sign to me. Recent patent approval followed by settling of debts. If I planned to go into business with a company or wished to acquire it, I would require them to settle outstanding debts beforehand. That way I wouldn't have to deal with it. Just my opinion of the recent filings.
