I vote to exit @ 13 USD !!!
What do you see short term, say the next 60 days? Or will it take a security night mare to give the ETF a bost?
I think he was attempting to agree with You! Believing management makes a great living on the backs of share holders and they do not have to gamble with their payroll by purchasing shares.
But I really posted to ask why shares did not drop into the 30-40 cent area? I figured that it made it back into the 60 cent area when you finally broke down to purchase more shares before ZTE settles this next week.

A few clips here:
With that information, business's, governments, and individuals will know what another hack could cost them and therefore better understand how much they should be spending to better protect themselves. That figure could be both more than what they are currently spending, causing the industry as a whole to increase in value, thus pushing the stocks of cyber security company's higher, and making HACK ETF investors a fortune.
Regardless though of whether or not companies spend more than expected for cyber security, the expected 9.8% compounded returns over the next 5 years sound great to me, especially in an industry that really is just getting started.
Lastly, what I really like about the cyber industry is that high levels of security are always needed; regardless of the economic climate. To me very few industries are recession-proof, but while we don’t have good data on whether or not the market will still demand increasing levels of security during a recession, I would have to image they will and maybe even more so when world economies are struggling. Desperate times make people take desperate measures, and during a recession stealing someone's personal information seems like an easy way to make a buck, especially if you’re a laid-off computer programmer.
One comment here reads:
"ETFs keep getting better and better. This kind of diversification is perfect to allocate a small percentage of a portfolio in a new industry. Thanks for the article, this ETF is new for me."
I Like seeing VRNG, Our company being an Innovator!
AGAIN, one posted about Lang being a DOER! He has an open field here with an expertise in this area. It would be foolish for him not to plunge into this arena and as long as Vringo can capitalize too, the better for us!
Would it not be great to see VRINGO name amongst these in a couple of years?
"This well-deserved fear has led many investors into wondering how they can turn this bad situation into an investment opportunity. One could start by buying shares of cyber security software firms like FireEye, Palo Alto Networks, and Frontinet, or by buying the hardware manufacturers like Cisco Systems or Juniper Networks. But with that strategy the issue is correcting picking the right company or companies that will benefit the most from the increasing demand for cyber security."
Would in not be more prudent to attack their assets, Spookie? How bout the GulfStream they flew in on? Won't be too much longer before we petition the courts with some heavy punitive measures!
Think before posting Spookie! What does Twitter & Vringo have in common? Not too much... A large company with promises of a huge review stream. A big name with a bigger brand, not so much for Vringo. Since Vringo is trying to monetize through legal avenues they must guard themselves from jeopardizing their plan, through the courts, this paths may have to choke ZTEs phone supply line into the various world markets to get ZTE from stealing from them & G00gles heavy handed tactics of making more money off Vringo's back, "patents" that drove their revenue stream to higher numbers... For how many years? !!!
2 major players with DEEP Pockets! Their is light NOW @ the end of the tunnel so don't go nutty on us here! I chose to stay the course and if I have any concrete thoughts that may help little old Vringo, I'd shoot Cliff a line. No one here wants to be caught in a downer!
Yes, at some point the cost of legal fees & injunctions will trigger a need to act, especially in the case of ZTE
There is a dollar point where they will have to Act!
Has any one decoded these filings? Have just got up and am to foggy to find my way to a cup of coffee!
NOW da Judge can rule! My order @ 0.61 took over 20 minutes to fill!
Not mentioned although UK 1.212.919 was to have meet on May 22nd. Not sure what came out of that? The next to last entry on my previous post may have some barring on this as what was posted on Vringo website.

VRINGO STATEMENT ON FORTHCOMING PATENT INFRINGEMENT TRIAL AGAINST ZTE IN MALAYSIA
Wednesday December 17, 2014 11:15 AM

NEW YORK - December 17, 2014 - Vringo, Inc. (NASDAQ: VRNG), a company engaged in the innovation, development and monetization of intellectual property, today provides an update on its patent infringement action against ZTE in Malaysia:
On June 23, 2014, Vringo Infrastructure, Inc. sued ZTE Malaysia Corporation Sdn. Bhd. and ZTE Corporation (collectively, "ZTE") in the High Court of Malaya at Kuala Lumpur. The filings allege infringement of Malaysian Patent MY-142706-A, which is the Malaysian counterpart to European Patent 1,808,029. The patent in suit relates to the handover between different networks initiated by a mobile device. This patent has been declared essential in connection with 3G and 4G LTE standards.
When Vringo filed the case in June, it initially sought an interlocutory (interim) injunction against ZTE's infringement of the patent during the time period prior to trial. The court then set the full trial to commence on March 9, 2015. Vringo determined it would be more efficient to withdraw its claim for interim relief and proceed to trial where it is seeking a permanent injunction against ZTE's infringement, among other remedies. At a hearing on December 16, 2014, Vringo formally withdrew its request for interim relief. Although ZTE Malaysia requested costs in a quantified amount, the court denied the request and deferred the determination of the costs to the end of trial. Vringo estimates the costs to be no more than $2,000.
NOT SURE IF IT IS KEEPING TO THE SCHEDULE....?
Grabbed some call options. :0 Hi Oh Siver And Away!
And another...
May I suggest some NightQuil to a void a sleepless night? Oh and something for tomorrow's stomach ulcers... Be proactive and get some Goodies Powder too!
No patient in Europe with this case.
The Court receives about 7,000 petitions every year. It has almost complete control over which cases it will hear. The justices choose about 90 percent of their 100 to 120 cases by writ of certiorari, an order to send up a case record from a lower court
Hearings begin in October every year, and the last cases are usually heard in June. The justices receive briefs, or summaries of arguments, from the lawyers ahead of time. Often they receive amici curiae, or briefs prepared by interest groups or government agencies that support one side or the other. The hearings are open to the public and are strictly timed. Each side has 30 minutes to present its case, and the justices typically ask questions and even debate one another during the allotted time.
How does that make you feel?
My bid & ask is showing same $1.00 even no volume to speak of?...??? Etrade computer glitch?
"But finding fact is not the role of the CAFC.”
The chosen few now to hold all the power and law/ rules do not apply to them.
Well, this is Obamas America now... Innovation be damned and the elite be blessed ...
"If the CAFC's ruling stands, there will be severe, long-term consequences. It will discourage innovation, thereby harming the public interest, by weakening patent rights and creating great uncertainty as to whether patents can be enforced. It will unfairly upset the settled expectations not only of inventors but also of investors, licensees, and others who have played by the existing rules for decades."
