May 28th, 2015: ZTE – SDNY – All documentation due to VRNG for the NDA case in New York.

May 29th, 2015: ZTE NDRC – Evidentiary Hearing in the Shenzhen Court PRC

June 1st, 2015: ZTE NDRC – Substantive Hearing in the Shenzhen Court PRC. Decision possible.

June 3rd, 2015: ZTE (Romania) – Court website has some type of meeting scheduled for 9:00 (Case 1691/2/2015)

June 12th, 2015: Additions/Deletions to Russell 3000 and Russell MicroCap listings announced

June 15th, 2015: ZTE (Romania) – Court website has some type of meeting scheduled for 12:30 (Case 6341/303/2015)

France – Waiting for the decision from the Trial held on April 13th, 2015. Typically takes anywhere from 2 to 6 months. Vringo says decision expected 3rd quarter (July – Sept) of 2015.

Germany – Waiting for the scheduling and announcement of trial dates for the nullity (validity) hearings for the EP ‘119, ‘136, ‘919 and ‘941 patents

India – Waiting for the scheduling and announcement of trial date re: the IN’980 and IN’572 patents

Romania – Waiting for the scheduling and announcement of trial date for the EP ‘029 patent

Spain – Waiting for the scheduling and announcement of trial date for the EP ‘119 patent

UK – (ZTE) – Waiting for the scheduling and announcement of the Remedy Hearing (June ??, 2015) for the EP ‘919 patent

US (USPTO) – Waiting to find out if the PTAB will grant ZTE’s request to have 5 US patents reviewed
