Apologies for the long response. I read the last four 10-Qs. 8/19/2014, 5/20/2014, 4/14/2014 and 11/19/2013. No toxic financing in any of them. If you or anybody else can point me to the page(s) much appreciated. Otherwise, I have to believe no toxic financing took place in the years the 10-Qs were filed.
Let me address your second comment. "Second, even if there wasnt any toxic funding in the last filing it does not mean a subsequent toxic funding didnt take place since the filing date,"
You said there was toxic financing. Multiple times actually. In fact, it was why I responded in the first place. Now you're saying, "even if there wasn't."
Well was there toxic financing or not? It's a yes or no no question. I know Yes and No questions are the toughest to answer because you're forced to defend your position. It's not a comfortable feeling to backtrack or hedge your position. BTW, it does sound like you're backtracking with this comment but hey who am I to judge a person who hides behind a pseudonyme.
I specifically asked you or anyone on the board to point out the toxic financing and nobody has. You surely haven't. Again, have to believe that no toxic financing has taken place and the thought of it is being used as a scare tactic.
Now could toxic financing have taken place since the last filing? Possibly. We won't know until the filings appear. My response to that is, "Could there be an Ebola out break in NYC any day now" Again, not sure until it happens. I like to deal in facts not speculation.
Now regarding your last comments, "Put your thinking cap on. LVVV had $6k cash as of June 30, 2014. It's now almost 4 months later. Something had to pay for their parties in Vegas. Do the math."
You said to look into the past to see LVVVs use of toxic financing, which I did and couldn't find any, and now you're asking me to look into the future and assume they used toxic financing to pay for parties in Las Vegas. I'm a reasonable person, could they have used toxic financing to pay for those parties? Possibly. But I can think of a half a dozen ways for a company to pay for parties in Las Vegas including the use of a credit card(s).
Again, if you or anybody can find this "toxic financing" in LVVV's filings and not in ones imagination I would appreciate you pointing it out to me.
TIA.
Can't find any toxic financing in the filings. If there is any could someone point it out. So far nobody's been able to point anything out to me.
Can you show mw where there is toxic financing in the filings? I've read the filings backward and forward and have been unable to find any. Thanks.
The reason why there was no ruling since July was b/c you had the case filed in two courts, Texas and Missouri. Has nothing to do with the "arguments" or "merits" of the case. Now that Texas has said the case should be heard in Missouri you'll see things move a lot faster.
Isn't ignorance bliss!!!
There's actually two issues here; one is the injunction which the Court could address fairly quickly it's just a matter of putting it on the docket, and the patent infringement which would take much longer.
The more favorable scenario would be to immediately get an injunction considering this case was filed back in July but the reality is the wheels of justice do move slowly.
I don't like telling people they're wrong but... Texas court ruled that "First to File" is applicable here since the arguments by Plaintiff and Defendant are basically the same. Therefore case should be heard in Missouri where case was first filed.
It's a three page decision with established case law that is actually pretty straight forward and an easy read.
In what retail outlets are Monster Moto's products sold? They only do online sales at their site and on Google Shopping I found three products online one via Home Depot another at Sears and the third at MyGolfer!
https://www.google.com/search?q=MONSTER+MOTO&oq=MONSTER+MOTO&aqs=chrome..69i57j0l5.2089j0j7&sourceid=chrome&es_sm=119&ie=UTF-8#tbs=vw:l,brand:monster&tbm=shop&q=%22MONSTER+MOTO%22
So I'm not sure when you say they are "eating" APT MotoVox Group's lunch and dinner that your statement is factual. Unless of course you can share with us a side by side comparison to show us.
I respect that. As politicians are fond of saying, "Lets agree to disagree."
I'm not convinced there is sound reasoning behind mgt's decisions. IMO, they're either out for themselves and could care less about common shareholders or are just stupid i.e., see Lanza's most recent sells.
Surely anybody with a half a brain could see how poorly the optics is when you combine the Shareholder meeting announcement with the Chief Science Officer selling stock at the top. The optics are terrible. And by the way, they have PR and IR firms on the books.
Again, I'm not questioning the science but mgt. And based on what I've seen and the history of the company I find The Who song "Won't Get fooled Again," most appropriate.
If people see value in the company they'll come in and buy the stock. Only time will tell. Remember it's not how you start the day but end it.
That said, you're not only buying the company but mgt as well. And IMO, you're seeing the stock price get crushed b/c of bad mgt.
So the question in my mind is, over time do you want to invest in a company with good mgt or bad mgt?
Looks like they're doing a good job.
Nice find...should benefit everyone.
If so why are you even here posting? Wouldn't your time be better spent on a stock you own? I believe in Economics we call this Opportunity Cost.
Say what you want about Yeardman but he is one of LVVV's largest independent distributors in the field and seems to have stronger lines of communications to management then some of us on the board.
My 2¢
You know what they say about opinions, they're like ass##@# everyone has one.
I've been buying packets of the Sour Apple from my local Vitamin Shoppe and they taste pretty good. .
Risk vs. reward. I see the upside reward greater than the downside risk.
Got my .056s which I said I would purchase plus purchased even more at .04s. Between all of my purchases I'm still green.
LVVV would have to fall into trip 000s for me to go red.
The way I see it eventually someone, possibly management, holding a lot more shares than I do, is going to get greedy and drive the price up to put a few dollars in their pocket. And when they do I'll be prepared to take whatever profit I have and start the process over again by buying new shares.
I'm in from .04s. So I'm green.
they're not doing business with the company, they're TAKING OVER the company...learn the difference
yeah, we're taking you seriously....
Good point. That's why thinking out loud...is well....thinking out loud.
Thanks for posting. Just thinking out loud...I wonder if Bill will be successful renegotiating and restructuring Apple Rush's (APRU) debt.
Not saying Bill can't do it...but APRU's debt might be one big cluster fuck and it might make more sense to just walk away then spending countless hours and money to try and fix something that might not be fixable.
Again, just thinking out loud.
I don't agree with a lot of the people on the board regarding the 10K. IMO the 10K is not going to make much of a difference in the stock price, up or down.
A lot of people bailed when the MMJ chews didn't hit the market, and now they've moved on. I'm basing my opinion on the stock price falling like it did.
I think once LVVV comes to market with a MMJ chew all those people who bailed come back into the fold and we gain other investors interested in MMJ products.
They're not interested in the 10K but the MMJ chews and other MMJ products LVVV is working on.
Again, just my opinion.
LVVV will take off when the MMJ chews hit the market...hopefully sooner rather than later. But you never know. After all, they were suppose to hit the end of February I believe.
Just placed a GTC buy order @ .056 which is a 60% retracement off the highs. See you at .056!!!
No idea. I'm just hanging around to see all of the pumpers lose their ass...so I could say "I told you so...."
I don't think people realize it's going to be a long time before Herbaceticals produces anything, let along sells product...to much state and federal regulation to deal with.
So if you own shares in LVVV what you're basically relying on are the sales of chews, and not even MMJ chews.
Right now it's a "lose, lose" proposition. There are no MMJ products being produced or sold. And nobody has the slightest idea when they will see any products if any at all.
I could be wrong, but the MMJ chews were suppose to be announced at the end of February. We still don't have to show for it.
Shareholders have been sold a bill of goods, and some of the people on the board have no problem looking at things through rose colored glasses and just keep pumping LVVV like everything is wonderful.
Stop it with the, "we should get shares etc etc etc....fact is the stock is retracing b/c people did not get a MMJ chew release, and now if they do it will be with a different entity, and people are starting to think that Bill is not a messiah as some posters have made him out to be.
To many people have been looking at LVVV through rose colored glasses. There are two issues driving the price down...1) no MMJ chew...people bought with a certain timeframe in mind and it wasn't meet...2) a questionable acquisition...and how it's going to be paid for.
Don't be surprised if we see a 60% retracement from the highs of .14 even with a "great 8K"
LVVV is not going to move until the MMJ chews are announced. That's what got people excited and no announcement drove people away.
This is going to get ugly now. No place to go but down. Next stop .04s. To many people were disappointed when the company didn't announce the MMJ chew. So what you have now is residual selling. That's the news they wanted. Not an 8K or a questionable acquisition.
Until the MMJ release hits there's no place to go but down.
you know what people say about something being too good to be true....it usually isn't...
A lot of people are going to have egg on their face if a merger doesn't take place on Friday...and if news doesn't hit Friday AM, watch out b/c this is going to get real ugly fast...
Thank you for this but we still don't know how this deal is being paid for, do we?
Thank you for validating one of the points in my message.
I think you have a combination of things taking place here.
First, there are definitely some people saying they don't like the acquisition. Second, there has been a lot of LVVV cheerleading taking place on the board which has led to skepticism, and lastly, the MMJ chews have not been officially announced.
I'm sure a lot of people bought in hoping for the MMJ news to hit end of February and instead they get an acquisition announcement with a lot of unanswered questions. So instead of waiting around any longer for a MMJ chew release they've decided to bail.
Just my 2¢.
Really!!! Can't sell you shares? Based on the last few days the stock has been very liquid.
Maybe you should think about what you're asking. Asking for 5ç when a stock is trading at 2¢ is unrealistic. You sound like an ice salesman trying to sell ice to an Eskimo. You need to move to a warmer climate.
Also, I think people might take you more seriously if you had more than six posts and all of them coming on this board. Just my 2¢.
I think you're being overly generous. It's been roughly four months since the LOI was announced. Normally, these things take six months so you're probably looking at sometime between March/April for an announcement. If any comes.
I still don't understand how a bankrupt human resources consultancy, they're not even a financial services company as their name implies, with no money in the bank and a 2¢ stock price can even attempt to acquire 51% of a web development firm.
But hey, stranger things have happened.
I agree. It could free fall once someone decides to hit the bid. I for the life of me can't figure out who would buy into this.
I don't know if we're going to see sub penny, especially if you look at the daily, weekly and monthly charts. IMO, I think we've reached bottom here at the 2¢ range at least until they update shareholders on the Zenetek acquisition.
Then again, anything is possible including going sub penny.
My 2¢.
Look moron, I'm not going to get into a pissing match with you. But there were two big mistakes in the email thread you fabricated. I pointed out one of them. I'll leave the other mistake alone.
I suggest you delete the emails you posted.
