Cam’s departure can’t hurt. Ever since he gave early guidance for the 3rd quarter and then ACB missed, the stock has plummeted. I wish I could see into the future. They have a lot of assets, but can’t seem to get anything positive to promote the company.
Thanks Cam for Hosing us shareholders. I cannot believe the company would give some pre-earnings numbers in August and fail a month later. Pretty poor
The most we can hope for is that Aurora was truthful with their pre-earnings conference call. Maybe these folks from canopy growth in tillray will be moving money into Aurora. Aurora has been pretty silent lately so maybe there’s a big party ahead.
Was listening to Bruce, from canopy growth, the other morning on squawk box. He said he has a no compete clause built-in for for X amount of months. They asked him about what he would do in the future and his comment was possibly be a co-CEO working on the international side of the company. Wouldn’t this be interesting if he joined Aurora and managed the international side?
If it wasn’t due to the partnership carrot, I’d be selling this. Money to be made elsewhere
On January 24, Aurora stated that they would show their US expansion plan in a few months which could come anytime in March. Do you think that will happen and if so How do you think they would present it?
Seems like down is the growing trend
Starting to wonder if one should sell out of ACB for a while due to missing gains in other markets sectors. I’ve noticed a lot of institutional mine but at this time, it’s not doing much for our stock. We had a nice percent gain but now it’s tapered off. Wish I could see into the future.
I agree that today is not such a fun day but one needs to keep track of institutions buying. That number continues to increase daily which is a good sign if you have the stomach to stick with it.
It appears that Aurora is not performing like the rest. I don’t know if there’s consolidation going on or what but it used to ride along with the back
I wish he would say one good thing about Aroura.
Just curious, what would cause you to say that? I’ve been watching the institution list and it hasn’t change for a while.
Short term is starting to equal a POS. It’s obvious that there are too many outstanding shares.
I’ve seen on several boards where people are putting 100% of their portfolio in a ACB. This is tempting, as the 2019 market sectors appear to be slight games. Cannabis, being a new sector appears to be the growth at least for next year. That said, it seems to be a very high risk to move everything into the cannabis sector, but tempting
Been in the markets for a long time. Mostly good, but then there’s the others. I have ACB and CGC. more weighted in ACB by far. I’ve read articles and watched numerous videos with the ceo and others . I’m now lost as to why this stock continues to go down. Does anyone actually know or is everyone guessing?
Although Friday was a short and low volume day, I don’t understand why ACB was down when most other Cannabis stocks were up. This is a long-term investment and has posted great news, but the stock has had minimal traction.
I know this is not the canopy Growth board, those folks have to be pissed at Jim Cramer. He continually promoted CGC. Look what happened. Jim, Fast Money, etc. are bad for the markets.
It still seems very unclear as to when the quarter results are announced. I still think it’s November 8 but doesn’t really say. If it is November 8, is it before or after the markets?
Would not trust Cramer at all. For what it’s worth, the show Fast Money is just as bad. 4 hosts with 4 different opinions. They all do options and shorts. What’s that tell you.
Somewhat disappointed in the performance today. I would think with all the activities from Canada to New York New York Stock Exchange this word turn green today. Listening to fast money and mad money, their concern is that price per share on all the stocks too high. Guess we need To sell a lot of product in order to justify these prices.
If I look for the approval letter for the New York Stock Exchange, I am unable to find it on Google search. Is this true or is this just fake.
It almost appears that today’s drop has removed tomorrow is momentum. I thought folks would be super excited and posting like crazy regarding tomorrow’s big day.
Not that I watch Mad Money very often, but Jim Cramer called this covering, but happened sooner than he thought. My thoughts are that this afternoon is going to be very interesting as this sector turns green.
If you wish to own three cannabis stocks, Aurora be in one of them, what would the other to be?
Hopefully you can understand my reply. I guess that’s what happens when you talk into your phone and don’t proofread it. Anyway, as I said, don’t get wrapped up and waist 24 hours a day watching after our markets.
Your shears will automatically be changed to simple ECB. You won’t have to do nothing. As for Premarkets and after hours, it’s a bad habit in my opinion to get into. In my experience, it’s miss leading to an investor as to what it will open on that day.
No. Canopy Growth
The yahoo message is stating that Bloomberg talked about Aurora and coke this morning. The only article I found is from September. Anyone aware of this?
No. Midwestern
Some say acbff doesn’t trade before or after market hours. I show it’s down 6.82% or .72. Did some news hit after hours that I can’t find?
Was “vidablue”. Looking forward to next week
Is this “swim” from the paychest board?
Agree, just answering a question
If you go under Yahoo and look for historical prices on Canopy, you will see that it did go down once it joined the NYSE. It took a month plus for it to regain the high and it has gone up since
Was hoping the pot stocks offset the rest of my red portfolio. Hoping October 17 does that for all of us.
I’m glad that the US government wants China to suffer with these tariffs. I think they need to look back at what it’s causing with the stock market community. It’s pretty bad when everything on your portfolio is red, including our cannabis stocks
I’m curious as to why the stock trades like it does when most know it’s applied to be on the New York Stock Exchange. Is this already priced into the stock?
I've never had a fund that's delisting. Just curious if some will ride it to the end or start selling Monday or Tuesday. This has been a great etf. Considering moving funds to UCO, just don't know when
Longymickshort, where do you see this? I've been monitoring the open news and have not seen what you posted. Hope you're right
