Anyone have the shares outstanding and float?
Do not buy cded.
Before or after new year, buy CSJJ under 0.0007, and BLFE under 0.05 and HCCF under 0.09.
What is an e-blast?
My mistake. I assumed the information on the company's website was correct with the shares outstanding as 80M. I have contacted the company and found that it is actually 350M. Knowing this, I do not see any reason for the stock to go past 0.007 short-term.
I don't like CDED. You may be able to get a nice gain tomorrow but do not hold onto it long.
What do you guys think of CSJJ. I got in today, but I think there is still is a lot to made off of this one.
That'd be nice.
I can see over $1 within a couple years maybe. They are estimating earnings of 25M for 2006. At a P/E of 4, if they do not dilute the shares or do a reverse split, price is 1.25.
They're predicting 2.5M for 2005. We could easily see 3 cents if that is true.
80M OS
35M Float

(PS not my spelling mistake)
I now own 1.25% of CSJJ.

Coastal Holdings, Inc. Profiled in Online Journal -- Blockbuster Discovery!
Tuesday September 7, 6:30 am ET
Share Price Forecast to Reach $48 over Next Four Years
HOUSTON, Sept. 7, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Coastal Holdings, Inc. (Other OTC:CSJJ.PK - News) is pleased to announce that it has been profiled in the current issue of the online journal, Blockbuster Discovery! According to the profile, ``A refocused CSJJ has adopted a unique formula for success: Find, fund and follow what it calls 'ChangeMaker' companies...if their conservative revenue goals are met, CSJJ stock could easily soar to $48 per share over the next four years. That would amount to an increase of 24,000%.''

Key excerpts from the article follow:
Coastal defines a ``ChangeMaker'' company as one with a product or service capable of changing an entire business or industry, and of achieving ``blockbuster'' growth. It already has two such companies: (1) BioSight Ltd. which offers a proprietary platform technology which enables the design of a pipeline of pro-drug peptide based guided vectors to actively target and release therapeutic drugs directly to the site of the disease -- and nowhere else. (2) Vetdermal Systems Limited, a company with a brand new technology for delivering any drug to commercial animal herds transdermally -- through the skin -- via a patch. A third company may soon join the first two ChangeMaker firms. Negotiations are currently proceeding.
Coastal's formula calls for it to FIND firms with tomorrow's technology, waiting to unfold, then FUND these firms to help them bring the new idea to market, and finally to FOLLOW this powerful path to profits from not one, but many sources. Coastal Holdings will be pursuing this strategy through the rest of 2004 and 2005, adding cutting edge young companies, each with ChangeMaker potential, thus growing its revenues, betting on tomorrow's technology. Management has targeted specific revenue goals. They are on the conservative side, according to the article, but even so, they are spectacular: $2.5 million in 2005; $25 million in 2006; $30.5 million in 2007: and $48.5 million in 2008.
The FINDING is facilitated by a group of international investors, sponsored by Prudential Securities and other institutions. Its mission is to discover companies with blockbuster potential. It is carried out by the Jerusalem Investment Forum, which provides Coastal with the fruit of its worldwide investigations. The FUNDING is made possible by Coastal's informal ``board'' of investors and venture capitalists. So, far, they have put $5 million at the company's disposal. But there's more where that came from. The money goes to acquire equity in promising high tech companies. The funds enable those companies to develop their breakthrough technologies and bring their products to market to fuel their growth. The FOLLOWING is performed by Coastal's crack management team, headed by a CEO with long experience and expertise in biotechnology. The team advises the young company on business and management matters, which encourages its continued development activities. Coastal guides the emerging firm on the path to success and the spectacular profits that can occur when tomorrow's technology is translated into practical products.
``ChangeMakers are companies that grab tomorrow and its new ideas and fly with them, make progress with them, even change the world with them,'' according Coastal CEO Andrea Cortellazzi. ``Texas Instruments did it for the chip. Microsoft did it for software. These were companies that altered all our lives by taking technology into the unknown regions of what comes next,'' he said.
Texas Instruments came out with an IPO in the late 1940s, offering shares at $10. Just one of those shares, split and growing, would be worth over $20,000,000 today. One share! Because ``TI'' was a Changemaker. Microsoft stock once sold for 87 cents a share. Look what it sells for now and the company is trying to figure out what to do with the billions of spare cash it has accumulated. Because ``MS'' was a Changemaker. If you had been there, if you had seen the future, if you had invested just a few dollars in TI or MS, you'd likely be a billionaire, but certainly a multi-millionaire.
So the question today is: ``Who are tomorrow's ChangeMakers? Where are the companies that can make you wealthy?'' Coastal Holdings has assumed the responsibility of searching for them, finding them, funding them, and following their progress all the way to genuine ChangeMaker status, and the incalculable profits that will bring.

TGEN moving off 52-week lows. Up 20% in the last 2 days.
CDED is ready to take off. eom.
time to get back in CDED. eom.
Time to get back in CDED.
I've been watching this stock for over a year. I saw it get pumped up by day traders from 0.07 to 0.35 in a week for no reason. The recent interest is obviously from the recent press release. IMO however, I don't think the press release says anything to increase the value of the company. From it, you may speculate that their technology will be developed and will get funding. This will be a long process however and day traders will sell the stock before any of this ever happens and cause the stock to dip. If your plan is to hold this stock, wait until it dips and try to get in under 0.15.
IMO it will go down again before it really takes off. Wait until then. I'm going to try to get back in at under 0.15.
CDED has until April 2 to reach 0.15. If not, it is gone.
Schedule: Sell CDED, buy NSOL, buy TGEN
Buy NSOL in mid-april. Look at recent news about the stock for the reason why.
EZ- Do you have a goal in mind for CDED or are you just going to wait and see what it can do?
Buy CDED now. It is going to take off. Read about it at: http://www.investorshub.com/boards/board.asp?board_id=2261
It is at 0.06. It is expected to run to at least 0.2 by the end of the month.
Buy BSX before close on Friday. Their earnings come out on Monday. I am expecting positive news. Set a stop order on it just to cover yourself. Also they are expected to get approval for a product of theirs that is used to clear clogged arteries in February or early March.
I just made the site today. Try it again. If it doesn't work, the stocks I have in the MSN are the same as what is listed under "Possible buys for the future."
