lowtrade,
CLDX definitely looks like the cup and handle. It's recommended on USAA as a strong buy and Cantor Fitz calls for target price of $7. Looking at the morning drop and buy-in under 5.
Thanks again for championing this board...best on iHub.

jt,
No problem. Your favorite quote is spot on. Time for this government to skinny down and support the small business owner. Cheers and have a great weekend.

jt6455,
First off, appreciate your insight and taking time to address my questions. I'm learning the TA piece and it's definitely at odds with the "views of others". Guess that's where DD comes in. Again, appreciate you sharing your views and experience.
Peace.

smoke em,
Not clear here. Are you saying there's a possible PRIVATE MERGER happening here or am I reading into your post? You seem like the nexus of the knowledge here on ATRN, so I need to ask, what is your opinion of the CMF, RSI and PPO on the ATRN chart? Seems like some accumulation going on perhaps? Thoughts appreciated.
Peace,

jt6455,
After reading a series of your posts, do I understand you saying this is the 1 out of 100 stocks that will return to the NASDAQ after falling from grace? You seem to top notch reputation and that means more than the views of other here. What's your view on the CMF, RSI, and PPO for this stock? Thanks in advance.

Not sure a lot of folks would have stayed in this long if it weren't for you, Chake14, Chit Wolfy, and your devoted crew! Your advice to buy-in in the 20's was priceless. Reading your past posts, we'll see $1.00 in the upcoming weeks which many of us are counting on. Thanks again for the outstanding advice and staking your reputation on the future of this NASDAQ-bound top-shelf performer!
Peace,
SS1
balamidas,
what's the CMF and late reporting telling us?
SS1
Penny,
I had to wait 30 days. Good to have you back.

Doctorate in Business Admin (Strategy and Innovation). I retired in 2005 after 23 years as Combat Comm and Tactical Intel maintainer. Spent the final five as Command Chief and my fight against the politicians pushed my patience levels beyond my tolerance level so I took the high road and went out on a positive note with my integrity intact. Long story, but hats off on the Combat Controller approach; spent a few months with those guys and that's a really cool calling my friend.
Finally, I know schools a drag but if you want to make a difference in life, you need the knowledge to make it happen--where it comes from is all your choosing.
Cheers and Happy Easter,
SS1
Cool. Starting my 6th DBA term tonight--10 weeks of 30+ hours in Financial Decision-Making and Dissertation work (argh!). Over half the journey's complete and it's felt like a life time. Where are you going to school and is Scott your target area of opportunity?
Cheers,
SS1
Thanks as well and have a great weekend!
SS1
life,
Regardless of the choice in delaying the PR announcement, one must appreciate the rationale for doing so. Now that we're all in, I'm looking at strategic exit points (removing the emotional play) and finding that Low's recommendation at 5x (half my shares) & 10x (the other half) are my initial demarc points. Your thoughts?
Best wishes on a Good Friday and Happy Easter,
SS1
Now that's a great photo. Thanks.

Roag,
This is like the TV game show, "Let's Make a Deal" but Bob Barker's not around to host this one. Don't want to be a naysayer here as I hope all the earnest and honest ATRN faithful are rewarded, but I believe mergers and acquisitions have pretty strict reporting rules and there's little room for waiving or ignoring those rules (paperwork needs to be filed, usually by your legal folks or executive staff?). Perhaps someone who specializes or is knowledgeable about A&M's can provide additional fidelity as it's not my specialty.
Further, strategically speaking, what innovation(s) does ATRN bring to Kenshoo or any other marketing outfit? I've read on this board that a company's customer base can be purchased along with the company but I'm not confident things work that way. Agreements are pretty definitive and spell-out exit clauses if the customer does not agree with the new provider and provisions. In other words, new contracts and statements of work need to be accomplished and that can take months.
So, all the aforementioned is just my humble opinion and anyone reading should make their own decision on any position taken here or thoughts offered.
Either way, wish all a great weekend, peace, and goodwill.
SS1
Psionic,
Was in the penalty box along with a poster small 4shat or something like that--can't remember the name but not important. Interesting view on things. So what I'm reading is your foundation for supporting this stock is based on premonition, your sixth sense, and the dreams of new retailers new to the scene? Got to love acronyms...I gather the best indicator for your PTCB litmus test can be found at http://www.ptcb-exam-review.com/ptcb-exam-practice-test.html. Entertaining!
Cheers and don't forget your sunblock this weekend,
Peace,

Sand,
Using a 60 degree loft from 30 yds out, right bunker with the ball half buried in the trap ... Where's this stock headed? When will you sell and buy back in? I'm thinking .035 out and back in if it breaks .05. Cheers and enjoy the sunshine this weekend!
Peace

To All - Wishing everyone a great weekend, friendship, and appreciation for the contributions that many make to this board. Put on that sun block as it looks like a hot on this weekend!
Peace and Goodwill to all,
SS1
TC,
Best wishes on a Good Friday and Happy Easter as well.
God's speed, to you and your,
SS1
Pich,
Sounds like you're way ahead of me! I went with HBRM and PPP and am holding tight to see what happens. This board is eons better than the others I've been on...folks willing to share knowledge and insight while learning the mechanics.
Cheers,
SS1
Thanks Low. I'll take a look at GURE, WTAR, and CHGY (Chart wise and see what I come up with). Cheers.

SS1
Lowtrade,
What's your assessment of EVTN? Hopefully the indicators I chose show here. Thanks in advance.

Pich,
I took another write-off in SPAH today which erased my few good moves for the year - Qtr 1 down and starting over for the year. That said, I didn't have access to Lowtrade's board nor the sound contributor's like yourself, TA Sleuth, Life1234, Born, etc. Hopefully I'll get this balanced out and "plan the trade, trade the plan" mantra engrained in my business process (lol).
Have a great week.
SS1
born,
I totally understand. I'm working on my DBA and unfortunately, have to due the "story line" and research for every paper I work on. That said, I'm an devout believer in the Lowtrade's approach and am still learning the ropes. Appreciate you kind response--this is by far the most productive, responsive, and educational board I've joined here on iHub.
Started on the Dr, Pennystock deal but that led to much speculation and I wasn't getting the ghist of how he (she) was reading the T/A piece. That said, he had some good stuff to offer but the recommendation that ATRN was the next panacea for the emotional retailer cost an ignorant SS1 some hard earned resources. Needless to say, I left the ATRN scene based on Lowtrade's observations here and my own due diligence and haven't thought much about it since.
Peace.
SS1
Lowtrade,
T-Storms in the area and couldn't sleep. Pending job change and move back to the West Coast on my mind. Working through the charts on PPP and HBRM and could use some guidance please. I setting my parameters over the trailing 6 months, I should be looking at the MA's, (10, 20, 50, 200) RSI, volume, and candle sticks. Any others at this juncture?
Thanks in advance.
SS1
As I thought. Thanks for taking the time to provide your philosophy and rationale for investing.
Best regards.
SS1
Psionic,
I challenge your logic and that is not off topic. I don't see that from your chart. IF you're a T/A type, you won't find it hard to explain your position. You cast this as "off-topic" again because you don't want to answer, have a nutt.
Peace
SS1
Born,
Lots of mixed messages on this one and I believe there's several ($4-5 million) owed before the Laotian dream of mining will break ground). The new CEO has very little success making things productive from my research and I bailed when I read his Linked in page. Sorry, just my two cents (from a retailer).
Peace,
SS1
Mr. Young,
It's time for you to stand up and say something about your company--stakeholders (including ONE disabled Vet), would like some truth to what's going on behind the scenes. If it's that you don't have the business prowess to make this work, time to own up and let folks know. You need help running the business? Invite some input from the stockholders. Easy stuff--just ask!
Peace
SS1
Thanks Low. I greatly appreciate your thoughts (as always)...plan the trade, trade the plan. In small on HBRM and looking at JOEZ now for end of day purchase if it stabilizes above 1.30.
Cheers,
SS1
Thanks Low. Sitting here on lunch break trying to decide if HBRM at .0158 is worth jumping into and when to exit.
Cheers,
SS1
Low,
Again, your wisdom and insight are priceless! Thanks again.
Cheers!
SS1
Pich,
Definitely difficult to do during the day that's for sure! I've been slow to react to some trades and have taken a beating or two--mostly out of ignorance I must admit.
Cheers!
SS1
Pich,
Retired AF working to finish DBA so I can work strategy and innovation in the international community. How about you? Doesn't look like a Gucci bird there!
Peace
SS1
Low,
The great thing is being there. Not everyone's a Gerry Lopez (
Thanks Low. Funny, I'm starting to understand the charting piece but have a long way to go on learning the rules of engagement (ROEs) and subtle nuances that make the difference between walking away (APPL, OEDV) ahead or behind (SPAH, SPLI). Another "out of the ordinary" day of weather here in the St Louis area--90 degrees. Waiting for the rain clouds (other than those in the market place!).
OBTW: Hat's off to you for raising four kids on your own my friend--that's a tall order for two parents!
Cheers,
SS1
Low,
OBTW, those are prime spots these days!

The coast has changed. Rode my first Bradbury (8'1") at UCSB in 1969 and bought an Andreni (7'6") in 1977. Sticks got small quick and I ended up joining the military in the summer of 78' vice heading to UCLA on a partial grant. Not a bod move. Spent 320 years overseas and learned there's a huge world out there many Americans will only read about in books. What a blast!
SS1
Low,
Tell the kids the new Avengers won't feature the Silversurfer...I picked up the nickname from my day surfing the beaches of SoCal back in the 70's. Stuck with me. Odd, beach comer come warfighter. Was glad to bring that contradiction to an end but we do what we have to to raise our kids and provide.
Peace
