That's really bad then - mine just show as SUNWW with no details - that $4.15 strike price supposedly is much closer to $0.50 now. Between that and the split there appears to be no control on what is being bought/sold/held any longer
Does anyone's trading account depict a split for SUNWW shares? My Ameritrade account does not . . . I emailed Rob Fink the night prior to the SUNW reverse split and he indicated that
No adjustment for warrants yet - at least in my account
Per Rob - warrants will be adjusted accordingly
Golden Cross!

Golden Cross should add fuel to the fire!
That's great, but it looks like a residential address (perhaps the sales lead for the region)
Sunworks to Announce 2018 Fourth Quarter Full-Year Results and Hold Conference Call on March 12
For what it is worth - the 10K annual report is due 90-days from the end of the fiscal year (December 31st, 2018 for SunWorks) . . . So, this will be a couple of weeks earlier than required.
Exactly!
Thanks for the background information, or chatter, if you will!
It definitely is fishy to me if the new company includes installation in any form. It could be argued it will be in the capacity of a sub-contractor - exclusive to SUNW - but if they operate independently eventually they would have to become a competitor . . .
I was interested in your perspective due to your expressed trust for Chuck yet your concerns regarding Abe's new venture. Can the two be resolved cognitively or is Chuck just saying what he feels has to be said?
I don't recall anybody mentioning or commenting on Chuck's remarks, regarding Abe Emard, from the 2017-Q4 Conference Call (transcript excerpt - with my emphasis - courtesy of Seeking Alpha):
Article - Comparing Vivint Solar, Inc. (VSLR) and Sunworks, Inc. (SUNW)
Sounds like an opinion
Thanks for the great articles - both are very interesting in their own way - but the one about the Tariff decision was particularly enlightening. It made a great point about how the decision also affects U.S.-based manufacturing of components related to solar installations that are not necessarily related directly to the production of solar panels themselves (e.g., racking solutions, inverters, etc.)
As for the 3D solar cell patent status - the last I checked the company had been granted a patent in China and Singapore but denied in the U.S. The patent in India still is pending review (and is associated with "Solar 3D Inc." or similar).
From the March 29, 2017 filing:
Nice ventriloquist act - I could barely see your lips move . . .
The previous map depicted the Great Lakes boundaries - for example - Lake Michigan partially belongs to Wisconsin, Lake Superior and Lake Huron are shared with Canada, etc.
So, in effect the map represents the boundaries in an International sense.
I never liked that map but did figure out why it was drawn that way . . .
16!
This is interesting though I don't quite understand who/what/when ("last summer" - as in 2017 or 2016):
Sunworks is mentioned on page 28/29 (thanks, Mel!):
https://issuu.com/easoncommunications/docs/californiabuildingsnewsq3_2017
Unfortunately, this tariff issue isn't going to be settled today . . .
That
Just
Sounds
Fishy
Go SUNW - make us rich!
Aldi store grand opening:
https://www.aldi.us/en/new-to-aldi/grand-openings/hesperia-ca/
Sunworks permit for same address:
http://www.cityofhesperia.us/DocumentCenter/View/14299
This isn't breaking news - just some timely follow-up on past DD of others.
GLTA - SUNW likely will be treading water until the tariff issue is settled . . .
Plus Sunworks is expanding into other States which will reduce the impact of Regional weather patterns . . .
5 =< X <= 16
Today's results are excellent IMO! Profit on lower range of $25 million revenue.
Solar Power World's "2017 Top 500 Solar Contractors"
What is the Top Solar Contractors list?
Solar Power World, the leading solar publication covering technology, development and installation, publishes the Top Solar Contractors list annually. The list includes hundreds of solar contractors and developers in the United States, listed and categorized by state/territory, service and market.
Sunworks is ranked 51st (up from 83rd in 2016):

Scottrade has this news about SUNW:
You are interpreting it all wrong - that is the range of acceptable sunlight from morning until evening (left-to-right if you will with noon being directly overhead for example).
Their claim was that it permitted better light gathering earlier in the day and later in the evening providing not only greater instantaneous power efficiency but also substantially more for a given day because it isn't just generating power only during the middle of the day.
Sunworks never intended to be a manufacturer themselves but rather to license the technology to other manufacturers.
In that way they wouldn't need to supply the upfront capital to build-out a manufacturing facility, take the risk associated with that capital outlay, try to compete against established competitors, etc.
They could have had a variety of manufacturers using their technology with a little "Solar3D inside" sticker on the the frame of every panel . . . raking in the dollars panel-by-panel
Hi - thanks for this update btw - how is your Sunworks solar system working out for you so far?

Very interesting - it appears that in addition to China the 3D-cell also is patented by Solar3d (aka Sunworks) in Singapore - effective October 14, 2016.

Forget about last year - Q1 sucked (weather) and now they have three quarters left in fiscal 2017 to make the year profitable
Thanks - that's great news!
Sunworks is formerly Solar3D (SLTD) or S-L-T-D!
That's the long and short of it . . .
Regarding Nevada and Oregon - Sunworks CEO - Charles Cargile commented during the 2017-Q1 earnings Q&A
(courtesy of Seeking Alpha: https://seekingalpha.com/article/4072334-sunworks-sunw-ceo-charles-cargile-q1-2017-results-earnings-call-transcript?page=9 ):
All these recently announced sales are going to give bears ammo to claim that the backlog is growing which means the company can't execute installs in a timely manner, leading to cancellations, etc. LOL
Q2 will be over next Friday. I haven't tracked the California weather closely but am under the impression that skies have been sunny. It seems like Charles was confident it would be a nice quarter but didn't want to project the blue-sky scenario.
From the 2017-Q1 transcript Q&A (via Seeking Alpha) https://seekingalpha.com/article/4072334-sunworks-sunw-ceo-charles-cargile-q1-2017-results-earnings-call-transcript?page=8 when asked if he could anticipate 2017-Q2 revenue higher than the Q2 period from last year, Sunworks CEO - Charles Cargile responded:
