The CEO of this company has a great gig. No expectations, activity, or accountability and a couple hundred grand a year to sign papers occasionally.
Finally figuring this out? See my posts from two years ago.
I see there's the opportunity to selectively buy under .07 now.
Zero pump and dump. 100% dump.
The CEO has not contacted Google to remove the "this site may be hacked" alert. Wasn't his background in sales and marketing? The company is paying promoters and publicists tens or hundreds of thousands of dollars, but will not spend five minutes contacting Google to remove this alert which makes the company look like a scam or inept. Confounding.
Looks like more end of the year tax selling in January.
It appears the shareholders that matter are happy watching the shares decline so they can increase their share count for pennies. I have held onto my shares because I believe at some point, when they have finished diluting and accumulating, they'll release news and let the pps increase. Another theory is they really don't know what they're doing and continue to throw away money. It's a gamble.
There is no "actual product."
No reason to buy and plenty to sell. Are you still selectively buying under .30?
Why don't you call Dahl and ask him why a PR isn't being released? It seems silly that the company would spend tens or hundreds of thousands of dollars on promoters and publicists to regurgitate known information but then fail to issue a PR of supposedly good news. Unless that news is not good.
This indicates massive dilution for everyone but the shareholders that matter.
Why don't you call Dahl and ask him about the status of the items you listed.
Look at a five year chart.
And no buying by insiders even at these levels.
If you lack ambition, skills, and the ability to make money, you'll never have to worry about an indictment.
He has a much better track record than Dahl at increasing the value of shareholders' investments.
As I've been saying for years and it now seems you agree, management is a joke. From the day the website was published, I pointed out it was inadequate. There has been no effort to market this company or its products and the CEO claims to be a former marketing executive. Who neglects to maintain a basic website and then pays hundreds of thousands of dollars for a promoter/publicist? One would think this is a scam, but who (aside from salaried management) are gaining anything? The shareholders that matter are under water and there's no way they could profitably exit their position at this price and almost no volume. I thought at one point they were letting the stock tank to take it private for pennies, but it has been at pennies for awhile. This company and its comically poor performance define irrationality.
It's hard to believe the shareholders that matter are letting this go down the tubes. Based on what I've read, they're successful businessmen who continue to thrive in other business ventures. Given the amount of money they've invested in ZIVO I cannot believe they tolerate inaction and poor communication by current management. Also the failure to utilize talent on the BoD is unfortunate.
Why bother? It clearly doesn't fool anyone.
It looks like the "money event" could be a bankruptcy filing.
Why haven't Dahl and the Bod been buying at these levels?
What was Dahl's closing remark at the annual meeting? Onward and upward!
And now at all time lows.
Zivo needs a CEO like Martin Shkreli who focuses on shareholder value.

Only way this stays afloat is a reverse split and massive dilution.
I wouldn't say they lied. They fail to inform and it's evident are unable to attract investors or develop and execute a business strategy. It's clear Battelle and Zoetis didn't see anything worth investing in.
Buy this is a great selective buying opportunity.
I've never seen such complacency and lack of energy in a biotech. Zivo needs a younger executive who can articulately deliver a message to investors. I cannot believe the shareholders that matter tolerate such poor performance. Their money has been locked up for years and there's no way they can sell with such low prices and volume.
Appears Dahl's efforts to get investors interested in the stock are going swimmingly.
Statements of fact, not assumptions.
Did I miss the money event? I see the pps is down but we are told that means nothing. As I expected, Zoetis is another Battelle-like pipe dream. If we assume the research was yielding anything worthwhile, management made a terrible error in redirecting resources to the WellMetris high school science fair project. Zivo has spent a lot of money and time promoting the company to potential shareholders/buyers. Despite this paid publicity, there has been no increase in trading volume. Instead, volume and pps have dropped. Insiders have not bought in a long time so the quiet period excuse is without merit. I thought the shareholders that matter were content with the sinking price so that they could take private for next to nothing. That argument is based on the assumption there is value in the company. Given the shareholders that matter have made no moves to privatize, they seem to lack confidence the research has yielded anything but sunk costs.
The chart and pps cut through any fairy tale BS.
I thought the shareholders that matter were successful businessmen. Why do they tolerate this shady incompetence? And these so called esteemed board members have turned out to be worthless. Either they refuse to utilize their networks to bring investors to ZIVO or they tried and no one wants to invest. Also, no indication they have invested personally.
Shareholders were told WellMetris was "market ready" years ago. Not only was the product not "market ready", the patents were worthless! We were lied to by management. WellMetris appears to be as "market ready" as a high school science experiment.
But $1 a share buyout imminent based on this huge volume! I think anyone with a meaningful amount of shares would be thrilled with .50 a share buyout offer.
Using a paid promotional service to report on a piece by a paid promotional service. This doesn't look desperate at all...
That's why, despite spending valuable and almost nonexistent cash resources on promoters, no new substantial money has been raised. Despite purported high caliber of a few board members, there's no indication they've done anything to benefit the company. Management and most board members haven't purchased shares in years.
It has been falling steadily for years and has recently flat lined.
"I mentioned in August the stock was set to fall ,,,, someone decided to buy up some shares after that but here we are .... been falling since that little blip."
It looks like the fat lady is singing.
New study on dangers of statins. Incredible what a failure management has been in monetizing paz. Mickey Mouse could do a better job selling the potential of Zivo.
