Do you know him personally??? I thought he's been doing a terrific job the past few months. Don't know what he drank to wake him up, but this thing was/is a GEM IMO.
You see what happened to M*KP.....train wreck! and at such a great time. I think Weber needs to focus on uplisting ASAP because there was no good reason for at least a few of the companies suspended Monday to have been so.
It is ALWAYS a good time to buy this stock iMO. However, if you're only 'trading' the stock and not stocking up for long term, then yes, today looks nice--these dips are terrific.
I did read this finally last night--but it seems to me (and correct me if I'm wrong, but it seemed as though he said 'eventually' and it looked to be referring directly to the AMEX thing)
Did you see they put one out yesterday? http://blog.mtpprods.com/2012/09/19/it-was-the-best-of-times-it-was-the-worst-of-times/#comment-86 Crazy times for the pinks my friends
On a lighter note-- ANYONE catch Tomcat's trailer for Lizzie Borden??
No no- he/she needs PROOF! You're not hearing me. LMAO
Haters. Meanwhile- time to crack open a bebida beverage! Got some dip opps here!!!
So WHEN then will we see action on here as we do over there? Any insights? welcome fellow m$kp shareholder btw! I cannot believe the same CEO is on these two companies. Night and Day.
Hey, this is nice and all, but please quit distracting LeGiOn- He's working hard trying to find proof that the DTC chill was lifted on MIKP.
These guys can do as they please. I know you'll all call me a conspiracy nut, but fact is-- there are no rules for MMs on sub-pennies--they can naked sell all day--- Once MIKP decides to uplist, the games are over. Until then, we just have to prove to them it's not worth their time to work against us!
Anthony. Scratch that. Keep drinking the hard stuff!! way to go team.
Anthony, switch to decaf, bro! Labor Day weekend upon us :) Then the fun starts IMO!
This is simply inaccurate and I find your post irresponsible. I don't know how many others, if any, you are wrong about, but I'm a shareholder of MIKP and their chill was actually lifted AFTER the DTCC reviewed their transactions, including those with Fairhills. They even have a letter directly from DTCC counsel stating their reinstatement. Might want to rephrase your caption or focus a bit more on your due diligence when framing your posts as an 'authority' of such.
stepping in here- I think you're both saying the same thing here, yes?
Easy! Farewell TZs, HELLO DZS!!!!
I think we need this one stickied- mods?
I think they 'may' be banking on that- and those are going to be big big deals here once realized (the white space returns)- but to overlook this low budget thing is nearly myopic because like my mother always said pennies equal dollars-- you keep your eye on the pennies and before you know it they are dollars and I feel that very much applies here. This news today was great if you read the "supplemntal" material they have on their blog.
They explain it pretty good on their blog today: I LIKE! http://blog.mtpprods.com/2012/08/24/more-movies-more-revenue/
those articles at the end-- I'm still going through, but skimming-- I'm thinking these guys are geniuses!
adding here! Mark my words on KOOL folks--- be it this year or 2 years from now-- mark my words.
I'm doubting any PRs will have sales figures. I remember an email from Mark to someone on this board in which he said announcing details on each sale hurts them on the operational side in terms of negotiating with buyers/distributors and the quarterlies would speak for themselves....I can respect that- in my industry (contracting), for instance, let's say I was a public company, I would still never be releasing details about job to job.
Old? maybe. relevant? Definitely!
I don't think so. They clearly stated the PR was about an acquisition. This was neither a PR or referring to an acquisition. Secondly, I don't think the company would blog that they are putting out a pr only to then 'release' the pr via the same blog.
oh- looks like you found it first-- on their blog I see.
Ha! well while you guys were arguing- an interesting FB post from the company-- http://www.facebook.com/MTPfb
Yessireee! It drank some Koma, but I think it has the Potencia in its system now-- kicking it back up after a nice consolidation!
There's no way a film like that sells for $15m -- I'm thinking closer to $5m- but still a big wow for this company IMO-- a first outing??? I'm stoked on this movie stuff. sidenote: it may MAKE $50m, 60m, but that will go to the buyers, not the company. key for branding though.
jesus man, you need to seek professional help. Do you realize how little credibility you carry here? your good posts, your bad posts- neither matter at this point.
Well I guess I'm just talking to myself here LMAO---but I'm still pumped on KOOL!
oh no! It's working!!! down to .0012 again!!!!! BAHAHAHA, Dow Jones- you slay me.
I still think the serve nation card thing will pop up out of nowhere for us. that industry is only getting bigger.
Agreed- but--- costs $ to make $ -- they need to just maintain that strong work ethic and sell some lemonade!
Dilution so he can go get a Lamborghini--- WRONG. But once they right this ship a little, I have no problem them accessing the markets for capital- I just want to ensure it goes right back into a movie or some acquisition that turns into 2x 3x it's value over a year. and thx--I think a handful of us are willing to see it that way, but many here- good and bad- have unrealistic ideas as to how its all working (and going to work). just MHO
True story, but I doubt MIKP funded White Space all by itself-- and it definitely won't fund Skin Trade if it's a $60m budget or whatever they are saying- so someone is ALWAYS going to get a part of their revenues-- just in this case, the lenders get to have first dibs.
Totally agreed. I think the thing we're all banking on isn't 'zero dilution' or even unrealistic jumps in revenues--simply a good work ethic with regard to growing operations, building revenues and respecting shareholders
I believe it said right of first refusal ( I've got limited internet access tonight) to invest in their projects--- I've got a contact in the entertainment industry I ran this by earlier myself- and all this means, to them, is that the lenders get the first chance to decide whether they want to invest in a project presented -- no one else can invest unless they pass on it. So- no biggie in my eyes..Someone has to invest in them.
We have this from today's filings until fatcat there produces:
The company does not expect in the next year to raise capital through various forms of direct equity and debt financing these may include Public and Private Offerings under SEC Registration and Exemptions, at this time a Regulation D Offering has been presented to a specific Accredited Investors, while capital has been raised through these means, at this specific point in time no future agreements are anticipated with this offering. The company plans to fund successive projects via incoming revenues and private investors without accessing the markets for capital.
I jumped in this week! Glad I did too-- not sure about the IP, but it's worth a small gamble in this arena IMO--- if it hits, could be hUGE
Damn good find, laser-- guess that's why they call you laser!
I don't think so. Just keeping it real. I think this will fly but I'm not expecting to be overly wowed by financials just yet. Though
