I agree with your skepticism, but what happens here is not really FUNNY at all.
So how did you do on the last runup? Did you sell at the top or do you still have a few tens of millions of SHOMshares?
What Catalyst will make it run back up again?
For my part, I parachuted out of all my shares at .003-.004 and then experienced much disbelief as it continued into .009-land. Now that it's back down to to .002 I just don't know what to think anymore.
What info do you have about SHOM 2017 plans?
I cannot find anything about TB Group. Anybody have a link to info on the company. TB could stand for Tom and Bob, and they don't need to have the money to sign a loan agreement, do they?
The news appears to be just another pile of BS. Can anyone provide a link to info on TB Group?
I remain bewildered by SHOM and its recent news.
What's next? Reverse split? I doubt Sarvis even owns any shares at this point.
Does anyone know what the Taiwanese company annual revenues are?
Does anyone know how much SHOM paid for the Taiwanese company? Perhaps it was a combination of cash and newly issued stock!
Does anyone know SHOM'S annual revenues w/o Encore, which Sarvis retained?
The news of the acquisition has not done anything to explain Dotres' plans for SHOM going forward.... we remain in the dark.
If anyone can shed light, please do. Unfortunately, Unabashed Optimism doesn't pay the light bill or ensure the company will be successful.

We need a horsesh*t filter on IHUB.
Sarvis made off with the more profitable part of the business and left the shell to us and a new CEO.
How to interpret NOTE 3:
Dotres took the shell;
Sarvis kept the business;
Shareholders got the shaft!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
NOTE 3 - OTHER EVENTS
As of April 1, Southern Home Medical Inc. released control of Encore Medical Staffing Inc.
... and don't forget profit margin on their million in revenue was less than 10% after expenses.
Are you from Zimbabwe or Istanbul? It has been said many times that most SHOM revenue came thru Encore, and that part of the business is now with Sarvis, not SHOM.
WHY do u think Dotres is doing "it" the right way? In fact, WHAT do you think he is doing? Has anyone on this board ever had any contact with Dotres?
All comments posted about the value and future of SHOM are nothing more than PURE CONJECTURE at this point.
Just my $.02 worth....
Anybody have Jeffrey Sarvis' home phone number?
One point: Sarvis predicted merger may take 3 months, but he has left the company (with Encore as his reward) since he said that. Nobody currently associated with SHOM has made any statements whatsoever, official or unofficial.
Hmmm... maybe Sarvis made sure his merger deal included language to limit any legal liability to Sarvis individually.
No way of knowing what is really going on here; nobody to call for clarification on anything.
Very little basis for optimism or pessimism at this point; there's just no way to know what to expect for SHOM.
Regards to all SHOM longs,

BEE ESS !!!! WHY WOULD YOU THINK HE'S GONNA TURN APNEA-RX INTO POT-R-US?
GREAT! Please share WHAT do you think the BIG NEWS will be?
I sort of agree with that except you left out all those who only put out positives and never post good rationale for their rosy optimistic outlook.
My point is it is possible that he still has Encore as his share of (reward for) the "merger" agreement. He may have exchanged some or all of his SHOM common and pref
erred stock, resulting in a change of control to the new majority owner. It may be that he discontinued all ties to SHOM in order to prevent all liability for any other steps to the "merger" that have yet to be announced.
We just cannot know until further announcements come.
I understand that a Form 4 should be filed to announce his insider sale, but perhaps the sale will not be official until a future step in the merger is executed.
Just no way of knowing.
His LinkedIn account shows that Jeffrey Sarvis is still associated with Encore Medical but listed CEO & President of SHOM as a former position. He also shows ApneaRX as a former position. The way I read that is Sarvis has retained and still controls Encore Medical but has given up Apnea RX and the SHOM shell.
One could say the opposite as well, that is, SOMEPOSTERS continue to talk about NOBRAINER pie in the sky merger results that NOBODY can really confirm.
Future SHOM share price movement up or down is basically a coinflip from here.
Did anyone else here go see Jeffrey Sarvis LinkedIn status as currently affiliated with Encore and previous association with SHOM?
JMHO, 'stockpeeker'
Yucky situation; just sit and wait; INTHENOVOLUMEAGAIN1
GOOD1. . . ZEROVOLUME1 . . . SHOMQUIET1 . . .
Zero Volume today. Is that pretty remarkable too?
Beware those selling dreams.
FACT: BS REPEATED OVER AND OVER IS STILL BS.
Let's not ignore the separation of Encore (primary revenue generator, which ex-CEO Sarvis now runs without SHOM headaches) from SHOM, which now only includes the ApneaRX business (a minor business with nothing proprietary; just rental of breathing equipment and some other hardware, probably mostly for Medicare or Medicaid patients).
The ex-CEO's LinkedIn profile shows him affiliated only with Encore now, and CEO at SHOM as a previous job). Check it out!
Ladies and Gentlemen, do not be fooled by shenanigans and lofty projections. This is not an "easy 10bagger" blah blah blah "no brainer" blah blah or even a "to the moon, Alice, to the moon" shot.
Moderate your expectations on this one or you will overbuy. The volume is not there lately to justify any large purchase.
JMHO,
stockpeeker
Tried the number that oleskool posted, which was supposedly the same for AJGH as for SHOM. Go figure.
And ZERO volume this morning to boot.
I called the phone number, no luck.
Jeffrey L. Sarvis LinkedIn profile shows:
Current: Encore Medical Staffing
Previous: Southern Home mecical, Inc, ApneaRx
Sounds to me like his "merger" benefits him substantially, as he retains his interest in the Encore Medical Staffing, Inc., while dumping/jettisoning all ApneaRx and SHOM to the existing shareholders and other optimists.
I called the phone number that oleskool posted for SHOM and there was a message machine that said the phonemailbox was full, so couldn't even leave a message for SHOM (or AJGH).
Bummed,
'stockpeeker'
Your optimism is GRRRRRRREAT!!!
They've already announced confirmation of a deal; we just don't know who the deal is with. The CEO of SHOM has been replaced. What do you really know that makes you SOUND so confident? How many shares have you accumulated thus far? I think a week ago you claimed to have 8million or so.
Please share WHY you expect the next bit of news will take it higher.
Let us know when you finish unloading your 8 million shares, Bubba.
LOTS OF WILD CLAIMS HERE!
It's hard to believe much posted here anymore!
still backing up the truck ... yeah right!
PLENTY OF EXPERTS HERE ON SHOM. Right?
Different opinions always deserve to be heard. If you choose to be totally optimistic and full of faith that Sarvis's plan is to do everything for the good of the shareholders, THINK AGAIN. For instance, CEO Marissa Mayer will probably be asked to leave YAHOO after it is bought out, and she will be given a $50million+ golden parachute package. Similarly Carly Fiorina got a 100million+ package when she was fired from Hewlett Packard.
Doesn't anyone wonder WHY so little has been disclosed? Sarvis said he would let us know as things proceeded, but now he is no longer making decisions, so we have to expect the new management to announce something, but maybe they will continue to drag their feet.
I CERTAINLY have to WONDER WHAT IS GOING ON. Don't YOU?
One never knows; couldn't Sarvis have surrendered all his SHOM common stock as payment for his keeping all interests in Encore, while keeping his preferred shares in the new merged entity (sorta like "greenmail")? Nothing is ever as absolutely impossible as we non-lawyers like to think.
'stock_peeker'
ps> I remain optimistic longterm though I still doubt it will do the explosive move to the upside when "more good news" is disclosed.
Where s everyone today?
SHOM is listless with litte action.
Did anyone ever get a straight answer about why Encore has disappeared from SHOM website?
Seems to me that one way to treat Sarvis' claim that the merger would allow "exponential growth" would be to consider any business combination and change in management a way to potentially grow the FUTURE value of the combined companies, however, many here have grown to expect that the merger itself would result in an immediate explosion in value. I think the CEO's use of the word "exponentially" was very unfortunate and misleading.
IMHO, an immediate explosion in stock value is not gonna happen when further details of the merger are announced (by the new mgt team), especially if the merger was a combination of equuals.
Actually it's down over 50% and volume is down considerably since about 2 weeks ago when it popped to $0.0052 or so.
I've seen no evidence yet that the "this merger would be huge". What makes you think "this merger would be huge"?
Be specific. What WORD is getting out fast on what BOARDS?
Be more specific. What WORD OF DISCOVERY will make TOMORROW INTERESTING and why?
Thanks to oleskook56 for posting the link to the WY document. I honestly thought I saw DEVICES somewhere right after the WY registration was announced.
Regards,
'stockpeeker'
Questions:
1. Why would Encore no longer be mentioned on the SHOM website?
2. Why would the company name of SHOM be listed as Southern Home Medical DEVICES when they registered their corporation in Wyoming?
NOTE: SHOM may have always been called Southern Home Medical DEVICES, even when they were registered in Nevada; I do not honestly know.
