Seems to me that one way to treat Sarvis' claim that the merger would allow "exponential growth" would be to consider any business combination and change in management a way to potentially grow the FUTURE value of the combined companies, however, many here have grown to expect that the merger itself would result in an immediate explosion in value. I think the CEO's use of the word "exponentially" was very unfortunate and misleading.

IMHO, an immediate explosion in stock value is not gonna happen when further details of the merger are announced (by the new mgt team), especially if the merger was a combination of equuals.
