Q: I filed a workers comp case and my employer told me to change the date or he will file extortion on me. Can he do that?
A:
The employer can allege extortion, but I am not certain how far such a claim will go. First, if the amount of money involved is small, the District Attorney and/or state of California might decide it... [more]

What baffles me is the volume is 11,444,508. I understand the volume can be inflated by lower price but at least at a minimum $34,333.53 was worked on this stock today. If it is on a low and legitimacy is established then whoever is doing the inside trading is going to have a fortune thats for sure. Tomorrow night was the supposed launch date. I am very dissappointed and suspect that Janina Ramos-Cabera is a ficticious name at this point. If I find anything legitimate besides newswire and otcmarkets I will gladly post. this maybe more of a technical position than a solid one and hope everyone profits from this if it is bad. The history and the players involved in the history of this company aren't showing anything good to post and share yet.
Still researching. I am holding my position with a standby to maybe and that is a BIG MAYBE to take more position.
Right now the only picture I see is a renewed timer and talk.

I really believe pictures are a thousand words and they need to produce a lot of them to convince me to go all in on something like this. Newswire won't be enough. The CEO needs to produce some of pics from the backstage party promotion to many other things. The timer reset has MM written all over it. That can go both ways at this point. David E Price doesn't seem to have a positive track record either with what I am reading about shell companies he has operated in the past.
promotionstocksecrets.com shows a $35k dilution to Global Marketing Media LLC.
I am looking at buying more too. I am still researching a few more things before I do. I know big name bands don't pop for nothing and Japan is very very thorough because when it does launch it won't matter what the economy is. Music inspires people and they love getting it directly from who inspires them. I am watching very diligently on this one.
I noticed that too. I hope that it doesn't effect launch date as scheduled or it is a major flag.
The vibe timer is now 33 days vice 3 days.
I am looking forward to seeing the promotion campaign as it was announced 1 minute after the exchange was closed. I believe this a huge steal and surprised it is at a new low in cost. I believe this has super lift and the p/d really junked up a great company and it is worth taking advantage of as an investor getting in on this low.
It goes private or lets say Disney goes after it to have controlling shares or does a full buy out. Whatever the set price for buyout is that will the final controlling shares investors can profit from. Pricing is the key factor for profit of course.
I am looking for takeover bid or share dilution at this point before going into this company.
There was a share dilution in April of 60 million shares so it may seem like bad news but if your getting in now it is actually very good news because it is August. The promotions I see this week are for BLBK. I won't touch because it already doubled value within a week. If there is no promotion here then I will be having fun with this one because I believe that people with big money will get into this stock for good reason being a serious competitor of I-tunes in the app world we live in today. School starting up also will draw heavy interest to this campaign currently. Some schools do start in August. Ooops forgot this is INTERNATIONAL!:P
It's a young company and delays are expected however this lull is a real lull before launching. The otc markets news is what you need to pay attention too. It's legitimate and looks like it is shifting into higher gears even though it has been promoted.

Oryon Technologies Appoints Business Performance Expert to Board
DALLAS, TX, Aug 01, 2012 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) -- Oryon Technologies, Inc. (OTCQB: ORYN) (PINKSHEETS: ORYN) ("Oryon" or the "Company"), a developer and manufacturer of the innovative next-generation, flexible, crushable, water resistant and wearable lighting technology known as Elastolite(R) is pleased to announce and welcome the appointment of Mr. Richard K. Hoesterey to the Board of Directors.
Mr. Hoesterey brings over 35 years of experience in the manufacturing, supply chain, distribution and service sectors. His highly effective career as a senior corporate executive and as a management consultant spans a number of Fortune 500 companies, start-up operations, and turnarounds. He has served as an officer and/or member of Boards of Directors for public and private companies including the Components Corporation of America (CCA), Trulite, Inc, Micropac Industries, Inc., and Sealco, Inc. and is a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD). He has also served on the Advisory Board of Standard Renewable Energy Group, LLC and the Business Development Board of American National Bank of Texas. Hoesterey & Associates to continue applying his expertise enhancing business performance with client companies and as a trusted advisor to CEOs of small to mid-cap companies.
Prior to CCA, Mr. Hoesterey served six years as Senior Partner, Thomas Group, Inc; driving client companies through culture change and process improvement. Previously, he was Executive V.P. of EPI Technologies, which was preceded by operations and manufacturing management positions at Compaq Telecommunications, Harris Corporation, and Xerox. Mr. Hoesterey has actively participated in community service as a member of the Associate Board, SMU Cox School of Business -- executive mentoring for MBA students, as an executive mentor for secondary school principals in Richardson, Texas ISD and with the Board of Trustees, SMU Catholic Campus Ministry. He earned a BBA, Industrial Management, Clarkson University, and also achieved lifetime professional certification (CPIM) from the American Production & Inventory Control Society.
Regarding the appointment of Mr. Hoesterey, Oryon's CEO, Tom Schaeffer comments, "We are very fortunate to be able to access the experience and capable oversight that Dick brings to our team. As our operations gain momentum, his expertise in supply chain management, manufacturing and distribution will be invaluable in helping us address the inherent challenges of rapid growth. I expect a super spike when the website goes active. Timing, position, and patience= profit! :D
Sweet!
If you don't get in the low price grab today I believe you will miss a major profit margin. Absorbtion strategy is in play here today. :D
Now is the time to grab before the launch date. I didn't get in on the very low the trade didn't go through but is set in the system in case it dips this afternoon.
The biggest seling point is venue support of the artist directly. It removes 3rd party profiteering. You know your getting the genuine original items associated with the artist on a GLOBAL scale not just the USA and will hit the Asian counterfeit markets hard.
I am really looking forward to the launch date to see where this goes.
I was thinking that too. What research I have found may interest you though. If pics are produced of the newswire events then that would help promotions too however it looks unlikely according to sources that expose the CEO and co harts in stock promotions, Janina Ramos-Cabera. Promotionstocksecrets.com has a full report on the APS crew.
Rare day today the stock spiked to .15 for 13 minutes. I didn't realize until after the fact doing research. I am optimistic about this venture so far. Timing is everything and look forward to seeing what happens after August 15th.
I'm willing to take a small risk to grab a good profit. I like what I see so far and see potential to explode.
This is really a no-brainer pick! As the electronic industry is effected even moreso than the auto industry. A major point overlooked.
