Just a few more!
Hard to believe you missed this it seems that there is an ever increasing need for data storage as apple wants to help protect our privacy. Is this one of the latest trends that require huge amounts of data storage?
http://venturebeat.com/2012/06/20/new-patent-will-apple-clone-you-to-save-you-from-big-brother/
Sorry folks I've been busy all week with meetings since I've been back I hope next week is not as busy I guess that's what I get for taking a two week vacation.
Now while you noticed the article of a so called competitor I noticed the article below it their is plenty of room for growth in this industry. In fact I'm wonderring if all the data storage company's combined can keep up with such explosive growth in the need for data storage? Could we have a situation with the internet like what we have with californias power grid? Will there be enough storage for the future needs?
To me it seems with this latest apple developement and cloning of a user it could rapidly multiply the need for storage in an exponantial fashion! Iweb could easily find themselves overwhelmed with back-orders of their latest greatest storage devices from here on. And could very well need to hire the best contractors to expand their facillities as quick as possible.
All is just my opinion but this is why I'm paid as a ceo it is my ability to speculate and my vision for the future. As always do your own dd and keep an open perspective. Hope you all enjoyed this little tidbit even though there was no mention of iceweb except on my behalf. Thought I would give you a little food for thought this morning as I had a few xtra minutes. GLTA LONGS!
Relax rfb, many charts show what I like to call the hiccup effect. They will climb and hit a point of resistance for those that are flippers and then pick back up and keep going. Is this one of those hiccups? Idk but if it isn't we longs won't have to wait very long to see a good profit. It will happen befor years end I'm sure. Things look to good for it not to happen. Although you never know this could be the run. Well my ships about to set sail again g2g. Have fun all!
When you put it like that I will agree doesn't sound dramatic but when you look at previous days shorts its still significant. And I love to see shorts try to cover. Also we could dispute resistance as one might say we hit it this morning. But all is insignificant in comparison to the bright future ice web has and its investors.GLTU!
Ps. I forgot to give you a link for the dramatic increase in short sales. Here it is.

Is their anything else I can help you with? Its like I said shorts are rushing to cover!
Food for thought indeed, let's keep in mind we are talking about a stock on the otc not the dowjones or amex or even nasdaq for that matter. Case in point let's take a look at a stock that trades on the otc named lode. Here is a company formerly named goldsprings that has never produced anything but debt. They have an eps of -.75 and yet in 2010 they went all the way to $4 pps. And are still trading at around $2
That's what the otc is about investors don't care about the fundamentals they care about the future price and improving fundamentals. We want to know what it will be worth three or four years from now. And let's face it if google was to announce a buyout of iweb it wouldn't be for .17 cents a share it would be for at least $3 per share.
Iweb has positioned themselves for this very interesting scenario. And don't be surprised if iweb shows a mind blowing quarter real soon that leaves everyone scratching their heads including myself wonderring how did they pull that off. Never saw that kind of increase in sales coming. Because that's what could happen with their incredible technology. And that's the second key word technology.
Technology giants are made overnight let's not forget what sector we are talking about here. They could very easily have that kind of year this year in the tech industry. You just never know when all the giants might place ridiculously large orders in all at the same time. Its that kind of industry. GLTA LONGS!
Today should be an interesting day. I believe iceweb may verywell push its way past .20. We have had a huge volume of shorts racing to cover. Resistance the way I see it is at .0175 and .20 if we push to .20 or beyond we could very well see a run to .30 or .35.
Also what I find hard to believe is no matter how good a stock is doing some always focus on irrellevant issues. Its like an old saying of not being able to see the forest for the trees. Iweb is headed north. Well beyond $3.00 and many will miss out due to their pestimism. Oh well is all I can say they had their chance to get in cheap like the rest of us. The only question is will this be the run that just keeps climbing or will it be the next run. I'm not taking a chance at missing out. Some may be braver than me or more foolish depending on your level of pestimism or optimism. Anyways GLTA LONGS!
The only reason some have shares is that they where forced to buy to cover the short sales. Lol it is great to see shorters rush to cover. I love it. GLTU!
You never know there might not be a later it could keep up a slow and steady climb all the way to $3+ I've had dozens of stocks that have done such. Even when the dow is crashing. That's the great thing about the otc.
Did anyone happen to check out short sales yesterday? 68% short, I wonder how many got a margin call from that. That will be nothing compared to what happens at the quarterly if they wait until then to borrow all my shares. It will be epic. There will be many tears from short sellers on that golden day. Have fun all! Here's the link.
http://otcshortreport.com/iweb
Sorry I didn't reply sooner, I've been out deep sea fishing. I have had no internet. Some of my shares have been borrowed but not enough yet. I would love to see the look on some faces when a quarterly suddenly shows a 1000% or greater increase on revenues. It would be priceless. What do you reckon will happen to the pps then knowing its only getting started. Its going to be one heck of a ride.
It will be interesting to see if iweb sells or decides to decline an aquisition to become one of the big boys. Either way shareholders will win. This will probably go to a pps of $3+ almost overnight and no end in sight if they don't sell out to one of the other big boys. If they do sell out I expect that the buyout would probably make this a 10+ bagger regardless when we are all rich whose going to throw the afterparty? That's the only question I have.
We have been catching everything from barracudas to shark we had to resupply ill try to drop back in after another couple days and chat a bit more. GLTA LONGS!
I'm on vacation, but here's a nice little article I hope you enjoy.
http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=nmona&article=52726209
Actually its a temporary thing. It is about to spike so do your trading quickly. It won't be long and all my shares will be borrowed that's why its on the dive now. Once they get there I'm going to put up a high sell price for all 6mil. Then accumulation and distribution will spike and then my friends will buy in causing it to spike further and through the roof we go. Not to mention the herds and flocks of other investors that will notice and keep buying it up. On that day shorts will suffer huge losses. I've basically reverse engineered how fluff campaigns work and will cause it to happen without the need of the fluff.
I agree 100% accumulation was on the rise until recently and those that wanted out got out now its a new game and accumulation is about to spike in a big way. And I know I don't have to tell you what happens next. I can tell this ain't your first rodeo either.
What happenned to all the opposing replies I was getting? I hope no one got discouraged from short selling. It was just starting to get fun. Maybe we will all enjoy a nice drop in price shortly. Lol wouldn't that be great? I love this game it never gets old. Its way better than what I rememberred monopoly being as a kid. Don't worry the shorts can't resist 6mil shares available to short. They are going to think they are calling a bluff it doesn't matter what I post. They will continue to short and its just a matter of time befor all my shares are shorted.
To all who don't know about short selling. When my shares are borrowed the price will go down at first from the short sale then they will skyrocket after they have been borrowed as I will put a ridiculously high sale price on them so they can no longer be borrowed and my friends will buy in forcing the shorts to buy shares and cover. I will announce when my shares have been borrowed. Others with margin accounts I invite you to do the same as I'm sure many of you know about how a squeeze play works. GLTA LONGS!
And just so you know my neighbor is my broker I get a text when my shares are borrowed. Then guess what happens next. Its easy enough you can guess this one. Ok, ok ill tell you. My friends get a text and the play is in motion.
Southern gal its not my worry. I have all the shares I need. Its just going to be a bigger profit for me when it happens and anyone who has short sales gets a call and has to cover. I'm not worried a bit. I've got my margin account for iweb with no sale price on it all 6mil shares. Please go ahead and short them if you like. I would almost be willing to pay you to short them.
It is very likely to happen. I've seen a thousand volume spikes and within two weeks the volume drops and boom! Its like a nuke going off!
Oh is it now? What do you think will happen if let say 35 - 50mil shares get bought up? Remember this is the otc we are talking about. Its the poors lottery and the riches playground for speculation. So don't knock it till you've seen it happen. And in the otc it can happen faster than you can blink. I've seen it personally over a dozen times. And iweb is as prime of a canidate for a giant like google to throw their petty cash at as I've ever seen.
Will today be the day that shorts scramble to cover? Well I figure it will be from now to the next 3 days. For more than one reason. 40% of iwebs trades yesterday where short sales.
http://otcshortreport.com/iweb
What happens when you get huge volumes of short sales and the price goes up? You get short sellers scrambling to buy the stock to cover so they can prevent further losses . This creates a huge volume. Wich causes the price to rocket. I have many friends in the investment world who I know are looking at this stock hard as a prime buyout canidate. If 10% of the ones I know who are looking at iweb buy in you could be looking at, oh a pps of at least $1 but if 25% buy in your probably looking at a price of $3-$4 overnight.
The volume we have had by itself is likely to push this stock to .40 in the next three days if none of my friends buy in. So I expect to see shorts scrambling just any day now! Lol I love it.
GLTA LONGS!
I will say I agree it is definately amusing. However amusing it may seem it very well could be a reality. Now while iceweb is not facebook they do have an amaizing product that IMO could launch them to this kind of status if they continue to play their cards right. That my friend is one of the wonderful things about tech stocks. They are shooting stars. New winners are born giants overnight.
My first questions on this board was can they keep up with the orders coming in. The one reply I received was they didn't think it would be a problem, I tend to agree. When you have money waiting to be made you find a way even if it means you have to hire a group of expert analyst as a think tank to figure out how. IMO this may be a once in a lifetime chance for a few.
Now why did I compare this to facebook? Think about how long ago facebook was concieved. While it just recently had its ipo the company in a few short years is a multi-billion dollar company. And while one could debate that's like comparing apples to oranges and it is in a way. It shows exactly what can happen to a company that caters to the internet. And data storage wich is what facebook, twitter, google, htc, samsung, basicly an infinite list of company's need to keep the internet thriving and exploding. Data storage is one of the fastest growing sections of the internet.
So while it is amusing I feel we are all about to find out just how lucrative it can be. The more big company's get on board the more that will flock to it. And honestly I can't see this company continuing for very much more than a year without google or a giant like them offering a premium for iceweb. JMHO! GLTA LONGS!
Your reply did shine a bit of light on some of my questions thanks. As far as formulating models that's probably one of the most difficult questions you could ask any investor to do especially for an otc stock. All I can do is share my speculations. I have a pretty decent track record as far as trading goes. I've only lost money once in 20yrs. I contribute my good fortune to my ability to speculate as do those that hired me as a CEO.
If I was going to speculate long term 1-2yrs. as it is a tech company I would say conservatively probability will put this stock in the $20+ range. Medium term 2q's -1yr. I would say conservatively pps should be around $5-6$ short term 1-2q's we should be conservatively between $2-$3. Next how do I get my figures? As I'm sure some will be asking questions like, well what about debt? What about there being over 100mil shares? What about snow falling on the north pole? Who cares is my reply.
There has been plenty of PR and with the revenues increasing at an alarming rate speculations are high. Volume is amaizing. As one who enjoys studying charts it wouldn't surprise me if we didn't jump to a dollar within 2 weeks with one good PR. And I say one good PR for this right here. Shareholders and buyers alike need reassuring that the company is going to continue to move forward after the death of their CEO.
If next quarter shows the company is still gaining momentum hang on to your chairs it will be a wild ride. Especially with a couple of PR's announcing it. The thing to remember is the funadamentals are great for accumulation of shares by current investors . But PR's catch the attention of new investors willing to pay a premium. The OTC market is like no other. Its the only place you can gain 1000% overnight.
Debt will worry about itself as revenues increase. The number of shares is insignificant. The age of the company doesn't matter when it comes to sales as it is a tech company. Right now is the time to load up with as many shares as you can as investors are just starting to take notice, that's all it takes. I've seen company's that never made anything but debt like comstock lode formerly goldspings trading under symbol lode. Go all the way to $2 and stay there. Why they got noticed and speculators to this day think they can go farther. So while short sales are keeping this down right now watch out, it is creating a massive squeeze play brewing. That could launch us into the nasdaq price range overnight. If you would like a little info on a short squeeze play here is a link.
http://m.wisegeek.com/what-is-a-short-squeeze.htm
So let's get ready to trade! GLTA LONGS!
Rfb, I look forward to discussing short selling on this board in greater detail soon. As most longs should concern themselves with short selling. There is a lot of misinformation on this board that longs or other potential investors should be aware of. It should be a high priority for longs to quickly correct the missinformation being posted. I've got to go for now as I must prepare for my meeting, I will be back on later.
Thank you for your kind reply. I hope to have more time later today to discuss it. I have a few meetings this morning to attend but should have more time later this afternoon. GLTA Longs!
I'm also still looking for a response to my first post of the day, if anyone has any information or links it would be appreciated thanks.
For any investor who would like a link showing short sales are taking place here it is!
The first link just type in IWEB in place of goog and then click timeframe and a new chart willl appear.
http://www.shortvolume.com/
http://otcshortreport.com/iweb
There has been a significant increase in short sales along with the buys. JMHO investors would be wise to do their own dd to confirm all information and opinions. As all information or opinions may have hidden motives.
Also in my opinion the fact that this stock is traded on the otc has nothing to do with the future revenue they can generate. As this is a tech stock. And the wonderful thing about tech stocks is they can explode overnight when the right investor catches wind about an amaizing new technology like what iweb offers.
Here's why let's use google and android for comparison purposes. Theses technologies evolve so fast no one cares if the company has a proven track record or not. Its better to work out the bugs when the product is already out than to be left behind. Every tech giant wants the latest greatest gimmick. And they don't care if its made in a basement. If it has glitches or not as they can overwrite programs. Everyone knows how often google has to update if you have a droid.
With giants like these its better to jump on the latest technology with flaws than it is to get left behind. Only extreme cases such as CIA is reliability critical but that does not mean they wouldn't use it they would probably just have a backup system in case of failure. GLTA LONGS !
I was glad to read in the quarterly that iweb spent a bit of money to expand. The only questions I have is was it enough? Can they keep up with the orders I feel are about to start pouring in? Or are they going to have huge backlogs? Can anyone shed a little light here? Does anyone have any idea on what the production capabilities might be now? Also curious how long it takes to make one unit? That would give me a better idea on future revenues thanks!
Hello Dhole,
I've stumbled across something very interesting to say the least. I'm doing some further investigating. But if it is what I think it is this stock could soar as soon as main stream figures this out. I will keep you updated as I find a little more conclusive evidence. If the press doesn't release something first on my discovery.
For all the critics who will read this and have something negative to say, I challenge you if you truly are a greenshift investor dig deep as you will want to know this befor the masses. A little clue to what may possibly be greenshifts biggest news to date. Check websites and make phone calls. I hope to have more for you soon. This is no pump and the least that could happen by digging is you become better informed befor I release what it is that I think that I know.
Also a little clue if I find more conclusive evidence I will be buying about a half mil more shares befor I tell all. And in addition so you know this is no pump I will tell you this it could turn out to be not what I think that it is. If it turns out to be nothing I will be the first to tell you its not what I thought it was. So good luck with the dd.
Also if it is what I think it is it could be extremely difficult to uncover enough evidence to call it so I may just ask a question if I can't find enough conclusive evidence. That way someone with better searching skills than I may be able to find out something more conclusive.
Memorial. Day Salute,
I would like to take a moment to thank all the veterans for their courageous and honorable actions in the service they performed to their country. As well as the families whose loved ones made the ultimate sacrifice and paid a debt we can never repay by laying down their life. I won't carry on with a long speech as words do those valiant actions no justice. I just wanted to thank you all! And to all others I encourage you to do the same. I wish you all peace, love, and prosperity. Good day to all!
Wow, I was really tired this morning. Sorry I had just landed in Cicily when I wrote that there is a lot of bad spelling in it. Got a few winks and feel a bit better.
I wanted to also answer a question I saw posted the other day but was to tired earlier. In regards to the 5th patent, if it is not used in this trial greenshift WIN,loose or draw can take Icm back to court over this patent. And seek damages for this patent by itself. They are seperate patents if greenshift wanted to they could have used each patent in a different proceding. It would have been a lot more expensive and took a lot longer.
But they chose to include several into one to strengthen the case and show Icm purposely infringed. I also read a post that stated Icm could be calling for a summary judgement befor it gets a chance to be enterred into the trial. Here is my question in return was not the 5th patent ( 840 ) the patent for continuous production of biodiesel? I would fail to see the relevance to this in this trial and I'm not even sure if Icm has infringed on this. Maybe someone else knows.
And yes my explanation of greenshift winning was similar to skunks explanation but I fealt the need to change it up a bit as there where some doubts about what this meant for greenshift. And some may not have been around when skunk expained it in his way or may not have understood it properly. I saw many post about this yesterday and fealt the need to adress it.GLTA!
Do you want to know why greenshift prevails?
We are almost to the finish line! I want to talk for a minute about greyhounds as I grew up near tampa fl. You see the nice thing about greyhounds is they are extremely focussed. If they are after a rabbit or fox they never loose sight of their target. They don't need blinders like horses. A greyhound is so focussed they will run right into a barbed wire fence chasing their prey. You might be thinking how is this nice and what does it have to do with greenshift.
Well I'm getting to that. You see there's a lot of folks who have been waiting along time to see greenshift finally overcome their obstacles and prosper. There has been a few barbed wire fences in the way but like a greyhound Greenshift has remained focussed. Another nice thing about greyhounds they never give up. A greyhound will run right into a fence, keep their eye on the target, get back up and resume chase. Its been documented (although rare as they are so very fast) that a greyhound will run themselves to death befor they give up chase. This has been the story of greenshift!
They have kept their eye on the prize. And while some have got discouraged greenshift through their persistance is about to catch their prey and claim their prize. How can I say this just read icm's filing. Icm alledges their is a differance in the product they copied and changed the design of . And their is I'll give them that. But they are either desperate or ignorant as greenshifts patents have nothing to do with their product design.
You see if they had mechanical patents icm would have an argument. But they don't they have process patents. Skunk I'm going to quote you I hope you don't mind. " let me skunk it done a bit for you". A mechanical patent is a bad investment. Let's use a paper airplane for example. With a mechanical patent you can make the same paper airplane but change the wingspan or lenght of the plane and you have not infringed. If I get a process patent for folding the paper airplane with my hands your in trouble. It doesn't matter if you fold it in half first or fold the wings first or change the length it doesn't matter you are still using your hands to fold it and thus infringing on my patent.
Icm is claiming that their tricanter is different and removes a different amount of oil. It doesn't matter greenshift has a process patent not a mechanical patent. They are still removing oil at that particular point in the process they are infringing. You see if it was a mechanical patent all that Icm would have to do is change the location of a button or the lenght of the tricanter by 1/4 of an inch and they could get their own patent for their device. But its not so they can't. This is why icm has not been succesful at achieving patents. They do not understand the differance between the two.
The judge has seen a lot of icm's tactics as well as other cases he has presided over and is not fooled by their smoke and mirrors. This has been evident through out the trial he will rule in greenshifts favor. IMO icm and their lawyers are either still ignorant as to the differance between the to different types of patents or they are desperate and reaching for straws hoping they have confused the judge enough to rule in their favor. GLTA!
Hello all,
Just bought my piece of the pie. This looks like a company whose shares are about to go through the roof. Real nice growth, nice tech, low share count I think this one is well on its way to the top. And there's a lot more room for growth ( one of the wonderful things about technology). And it appears its going to be like any other good tech and skyrocket almost overnight. Well GLTA!
Reread your quote its obvious how the money was made.
Peix quarterly report is out I think that it reaffirms what we already knew about the ethanol industry as a whole for q1. It also explains a lot about greenshifts revenues as many ethanol producers where still trying to sell from q4 2011. Corn prices where up but not ethanol prices so margins where tight in an already tight market. If you look at post 28839 I give several reasons for revenues being low. One that I did not give is ethanol is always slow for q1 as is gasoline. Its just the time of year when most motorist don't do much travelling. Anyways here is the link.
http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/778164/000101968712001720/peix_10q-033112.htm
Hi Petalman,
I hope the wall for your pool is coming along nicely. And you are right we don't know for certain royaty rates differ. But I think it can be a safe to consider it as so being I've heard no better explanation for why it would be confidential when so many ethanol company's openly state the amount of corn oil produced. I think it better than the explanation of greenshift cooking the books as the IRS,SEC,Finra, and a host of others would be all over it like white on rice. There are many theories out there but I think its a combination of many on my list and maybe one or two I haven't remeberred or read yet. But certainly not cooking the books. I think that rumor by itself is investigateable by the SEC for the uptick rule.
Anyways good to here from you and GLTU!
One more thing to consider on the so called missing revenue. Actually several things to consider. As I have named a few off in times past that have been dismissed.
1. We know that there is in fact lag time as the accounting practices states so.
2. We know not all custommers pay the same royalty as its confidential.
3. This could mean greenshifts biggest custommer only pays a small % of what others do(speaking of gpre) as many company's wil often give big discounts to a custommer with credentials such as Gpre for proving a technology on the market.
4. Many custommers have had some downtime on corn oil production as greenshift has been installing new technologies at several locations.
5. We know 1q production was down across the board as many company's where trying to sell surplusses of corn oil.
6. Befor you believe a bunch of nonsense do your own dd!
7. We know the only reason for current share price to be so low right now is from a very intelligent strategy of a short position that shorted 130k shares openning bell after the 1q and so much dismal posting was taking place.
8. No matter how you slice it greenshift is still undervalued.
9. Despite they way some post have read investors look for company's with low P/E ratios as it shows the company is massively undervalued.
10. Greenshift had a profitable year last year and will likely have its second in a row this year with increased revenues.
And finally I expect the market to correct itself real soon as many will come to see greenshift is hugely undervalued. Even at 6mil shares diluted per quarter that equates like this. 3 quarters left with a current OS of 29mil + 18mil shares =47mil shares. 7 mil profit last year and said to be about the same this year. 7mil profit/47mil shares= .14 per share. Although I personally believe profit will be higher.
You can say that again as their are many different types of agreements. Read the patents for yourself.
I don't see how they could default when they seem to have an unlimitted printing press like the us government (hence the white house analogy).
Jim,
Dhole is right Wisness and Cantrell hold most of the patents. As far as collateral goes its the shares of the company is what is used why would you wager the white house when you have an unlimitted printing press. Not that that is what it will come to but that is the backing for any loan in todays business. And if yagi cannot own more than 5% of shares per agreement than I don't see how yagi could ever own greenshift or their intellectual property (especially when you consider they rent the technology) jmho. GLTA Longs!
