IDN - VSUL
Went over VSUL - Their acquisitions and partnerships are Seattle-centric and UWashington connected (RATlab). In the IDN move to NY they talked of a satellite office in Seattle. One wonders there. Curious though - I can't find quarterly reporting or any further reports of income for V - ? J
IDN - may beat resistance this week. Next up: $3.10
IDN setting up me thinks for a nice 4th Quarter report.
Disclaimer: I have been wrong before - but IDN has maintained its incremental price increase and increased its volume each day save yesterday this week. Not only that but the buyers have been in big chunks. This is not the gray-haired ladies of Uptown applying their sharebuilder... Monday will tell more for Tuesday's announcement IMHO J
So how can a company so favored manage to launch a product on a day the market is closed?????
IDN reports profit and up in pre-market

IDN - tomorrow is 3rd quarter results...anyone as optimistic as I out there?

Let's get to the important stuff - what was the Ranger's score?
IDN - My guess - With this volume - by far the greatest in recent history, with very few flippers - face it this stock is not on the I=Hub radar, is the buying for the most part is from the outside. My gut: it is not just tomorrow's roughly 7AM earnings announcement... something else is afoot. JMHO J
IDN - a steady ramp today - possible news prior to the annual/quarterly report? According to past behavior they will post the quarterly roughly 7AM Tuesday the 25th of March...glta - J
PHOT So when will we hit .59999$
IDN My guess is short term traders are slowly bleeding out for other pastures but I think the company's potential is keeping a lot of new folk that bought in the .40's - .60's firm. In the last few minutes a 40 - 60 thousand buy cluster punched it to the high of the day - so moves like the wind. My curiosity is whether IDN will trend down to .80 before the 25th. I sorta expect news prior to the annual/quarterly report - which looks like sometime next week. Just my amateur take... J
IDN Just listened to Dr. Nelson Ludlow, Mobilisa CEO's message and the message is good. High points: 18 patents dating back to the 1990's all more or less on barcodes, scanning, ID verification. The web site touts IDN's hand held wireless ID scanners used by TSA, Military, NY Port Authority etc but what surprised me was the patented software for state drivers licenses and retail CC verification at point of sale and CC application etc all of which - due in part to companies/agencies constantly reinventing their process - IDN has now locked them into paying for their service, not by purchasing the software. That's service by stations in the example given of a department store that has 30 cash registers - thus it's 30 x the agreed $ fraction of service use x retail outlets). Service is the key word here: Like MS-T, IDN has a huge number of potential clients who would be paying just like your cell service. Lastly: no competition - the SEC even began proceedings on IDN's monopoly behavior but found out there was no one else due to those patents...SEC settles without financial loss to IDN.
Everything was up-beat - applause was generous and they report on the 25th of this month. Here's the link to the podcast

DATA
Yup - I am - small holding and kicking self for not adding more yesterday (there was that voice...) Will add once the Q4 settles. This is a long stock for me... will check back. J
SSOL - FYI: the large sells today - including the peripheral smaller sales all grouped in the same minute or less amount to 9,407,000 shares - could just be an even 10 mil. Wonder what the count will be tomorrow?
SSOL .... SO any word on the plant opening? If I wasn't elsewhere I'd drive over there myself....Any Idahoans out there willing to put eyes into this?
SSOL - HOKU I added on H and S the other day - As to HOKU: There's an article referenced by Journie from an Idaho paper about the HOKU plant under construction - I tried to get info on the completion date from the reporter but no response... still that sits out there for a ribbon cutting this year. One can only assume SSOL has orders booked at HOKU... J

Forest City Hawaii and Hawaiian Electric Company have reached a power purchase agreement for up to one megawatt of solar photovoltaic (PV) power to be generated at the Kapolei Sustainable Energy Park in Kapolei, Oahu. Hoku Solar, a subsidiary of Hoku Corporation (NASDAQ: HOKU), will design and install the project using more than 4,200 solar panels atop a concrete racking system.
The contract must be approved by the Hawaii Public Utilities Commission with input from Consumer Advocate. The goal is to be operational by the end of 2011, subject to regulatory approval.
The 12-acre site near the James Campbell Industrial Park was until 1986 an industrial disposal site. Under an order from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, dumping was halted and the site sealed under a plastic liner and thick mound of asphalt. Because the cap must be undisturbed, the site has been unusable until the James Campbell Company proposed it be used for a solar plant. PV panels can be installed directly on the surface, allowing "brightfields" to operate on sites not suitable for most other forms of development.
This innovative use for the site recognized the State's need for renewable energy and is consistent with the vision of sustainability for Kapolei and with the Campbell Company's history of stewardship.
"This project helps move Hawaii forward to a clean energy future. By safely reclaiming contaminated and unusable property like this, we help protect open spaces, add to our made-in-Hawaii energy supply and bolster our local economy. The Department was pleased to work with Forest City to make a productive property out of a wasteland," said Gary Gill, deputy director of the State Department of Health, Environmental Health Administration.
"The Kapolei Sustainable Energy Park is a model for what Hawaii wants to accomplish in meeting its clean energy goals, while making effective use of land," said Jon Wallenstrom, president of Forest City Hawaii. "Considering the past use of this property, it's a remarkable turnaround. It will now be used to help preserve our environment going into the future."
"Hoku remains focused on delivering large-scale, investment-grade solar energy facilities, and we are pleased to support Forest City Hawaii and Hawaiian Electric on this innovative venture," said Scott Paul, CEO for Hoku Corporation, an experienced provider of solar power for commercial, industrial, institutional and utility users.
"We are happy to be working with Forest City Hawaii and Hoku Solar on this PV installation," said Scott Seu, Hawaiian Electric vice president for energy resources. "Kapolei Sustainable Energy Park joins two other utility-scale solar projects with power purchase agreements, with more in the pipeline."
"This project is part of a growing trend of distributed solar electric projects in Hawaii. On Oahu today, there are nearly 4,000 customer-sited solar installations, with more coming in that category as well. In fact, Hawaiian Electric was recently honored as the third highest utility in the country for adding solar watts per customer in 2010. With the work of the solar industry and our customers, we are on track to do even better in 2011," Seu said.

PowerVerde Announces Shipment Date of its First Commercial 50kw Renewable Electricity Generating Waste Heat Recovery System, The Liberator, for European Distribution
6:00a ET July 5, 2011 (PR NewsWire)
PowerVerde, Inc. (OTCBB: PWVI) today announced the completion and successful testing of their 50kw electric power renewable waste heat recovery system named the "Liberator." Under a previously announced Letter of intent ("LOI") with Newton Investments BV, ("Newton") PowerVerde will ship the first of five planned systems, the week of July 4th.
PowerVerde Director Rick Davis commenting on the Liberator and PowerVerde's relationship with Newton, stated, "We are more than satisfied with the Liberators performance and happy to have met our Dutch partners launch date. We believe the Liberator may be the most efficient waste heat recovery system ever demonstrated and are confident that the opportunities this system can create for Europe and the rest of the world may forever change the renewable energy landscape--- historically dominated by photovoltaic, geothermal and wind type systems. Newton Green Power BV is in final negotiations with PowerVerde to offer the Liberator technology to private factories, farms, greenhouses, biomass plants, geothermal and Government funded programs."
Newton's President Piet van der Hoop stated, "I just returned from Arizona and witnessed the Liberator producing 50Kw's of green electricity. PowerVerde certainly lived up to our agreement entered into last February and we're very pleased to have this system arriving in Europe next week. We have been evaluating renewable power systems over the past 12 years, and finally have an opportunity to offer continuous green power to our European clients utilizing newly created Government incentives for this type of technology. After reviewing hundreds of renewable power companies, we believe PowerVerde has the best ability to deliver an industrial style non-intermittent continuous power product capable of creating distributed energy solutions. With several European Governments mandating the eventual closure of all nuclear power plants in the aftermath of the Japanese tsunami disaster we hope to replace much of this lost capacity with megawatts of totally green power."

Augrid Global Holdings Acquires Carbon Composite Technologies
HOUSTON, TX, Jun 27, 2011 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) -- Augrid (PINKSHEETS: AGHD) announces it signed a Binding Letter of Intent to purchase controlling interest of Carbon Composite Technologies (CCT). Richard Blackmore, CCT President and Founder, sees the acquisition by Augrid as being consistent with his own strategy to grow through acquisition and licensing. Augrid, as the public vehicle, provides the funding mechanisms necessary to accomplish this strategy.
Ninety days post acquisition, CCT estimates $500,000.00 in revenue with a cost of goods sold of $175,000 and EBITDA of $250,000. CCT anticipates sales of $20,000,000 during a twenty-four month operational period with revenue from licensing, material and equipment supply agreements. Augrid's plan is, acquire companies in FRP and Concrete industry and issue key licenses in the near future through CCT. Augrid anticipates conclusion of the acquisition by Friday, July 8, 2011.
CCT produced prototypes for the cement truck industry and has been approved to manufacture parts for a leading cement truck manufacturer. The market potential is based on 10,000 trucks yearly and CCT's customer estimates market share of 15-20 % within two years. The composite parts cause weight reduction which allows for 25% increase in load capacity in new or retrofitted composite trucks. Their 340,000 older trucks operating with an annual 10% market capture represent a large "aftermarket" potential. Replacement composite drums sell for $15,000-$18,000.
